My son gave for Mother’s Day a prepaid gift card including 20% mandatory gratuity for over $200.00. I was expecting a luxury’s treatment. Not at all. The premises were nice and clean, they offer an open sauna and steam room, but there was no time to spend there for the manicurist was waiting for me, the manicure was just like any other regular manicure that you can get at any where for $15.00 nothing but nothing special, not a massage or a treatment for your nails or hands , nothing. Then I was taking to have a facial, which was really a cleaning with a nice cream, and more cream applied and extra cream added and that was it. Then I went to have my hair done , very bad shampooing just a simple shampoo, no massage, no special hair treatment nothing, then I got a horribly done haircut, the blow dry very bad, I was not happy with the results. The services I got were the services I chose to have and what I needed that day before going out for dinner with my children I thought that for what my son paid I was going to get a first class service. Since it was prepaid and tip already paid as well. They take you for granted.

The Ritz Carlton at Coconut Grove has one of the best spas in Miami. My only complaint is that the nail technician did not remove all the cuticles (skin) under the nails. But she did a great job! The massage therapists did a great job.

Had a hydro facial today and it was the best. Can’t wait to go back. You have to try the spa. Everyone is so nice and talented ❤️

Escojo este hotel para un ResortPass fue maravilloso la experiencia, muy cortes los de valet parque , luego te vienen a buscar y te indican hacia donde la piscina. Muy buen trato , te visten las sillas tus toallas el señor muy Cortez El servicio muy excelente , un menú bien variado y rápido La pase muy bien con mi neto Sin peligro y satisfecha de haber escogido un buen lugar para una buena tarde Gracias al Equipo que me atendió

Massage was okay.. decent but not the best. I do not suggest getting your nails done here. The gel was the worst I’ve ever had. Chipped / bent after like 3 days of getting them done. Seriously the worst gel I’ve ever had done. Would never go my nails here again.
