Pleasant experience for me and two guests who received 50 minute relaxation massages. The masseuse was thorough and did a great job. The spa area was clean and well appointed. My only gripe was a loud AC unit in the treatment room drowned out the relaxing music. Overall it was a positive experience and I’d be happy to return.

The overall experience was 5 stars, from check-in to check-out, to the amenities and wine served was great. My aesthetician and his masseuse were polite, friendly, respectful and great to be around. But the service itself, we expected a bit more for the price that was initially presented. I felt like more could’ve been done with scrubbing and exfoliating more towards my chin area which was missed. While my husband wanted more pressure and targeted areas to be massaged after expressing his concerns. Overall, I would go back for other services and ability to use the gym.

I had a lovely time during my birthday. I had a couples massage. My masseuse was splendid, she really focus on the areas where I needed some extra work. One of the top massages I had in my whole life! I also spent some time in the steam room and the hot tub. Everything was incredibly clean and organized. I am looking forward to book an another appointment here. It’s pricey but worth it!

Thought about giving higher stars because the staff was super nice and I did use the amenities for majority of the day. However, overall experience was just okay: Fire and Ice 50 min massage and 50 min facial. I’ve never broken out from a facial but this one caused a breakout under my chin and chest area. The most frustrating is this. My back has been in pain since a the day after I left (now going on 3 weeks). Majority of massage was pleasant, but my masseuse got incredibly close to my spine which was not only odd as I’ve never had anyone do that, but it was painful. I tried to keep it cool and simply mentioned that I am sensitive in that area, but he continued to press around that area with an explanation about the technique he learned, ignoring the cue to move away from the spine. Now I have had excruciating back pain in the area that I’ve never felt before. These pains have now migrated throughout my spine. Please audit techniques and do not go near spine unless you’re a doctor.

I visit monthly. Hope makes my skin look amazing. Ask for her. She’s my skin angel. This is literally my happy place once a month. Everything is absolutely wonderful. Very happy with the Ritz-Spa.

Every Perez was on duty and working for 12 years but as a manager, I expect him to trust that his employees verified my ID for the rate earlier. It was an unnecessary hassle, but he handled our frustration with grace. We were legitimate customers to which he verified (again). Cielo, he deserves a name tag like everyone else has.

I had a great experience at the spa. My deep tissue massage with Anthony was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone who enjoys deep tissue massages. I enjoyed the amenities and relaxation room post massage. I am removing one star because the price of the massage was $25 more than the price shown on the Ritz Carlton Denver spa website. When I received the bill I pointed out that the price was higher than what is listed online, and was told that on weekends the prices are $20-30 higher. I think that should be stated online as I am a Denver resident and would have booked on a weekday if I had known that. For an already very pricey experience, it’s not great to be hit with a higher price than expected.

I had the best experience at the Ritz Carlton Spa in Denver CO. I received full body massage by Anthony, a facial by Hope, front desk service from Althena, and mimosas from Samantha. Let me say 10/10 recommended! The massage was deep tissue absolutely lovely, the facial I fell asleep during it and the service from everyone else was amazing. I appreciate everyone taking great care of me! Highly recommended and thankful!

Disappointing for a Ritz. Not what I would consider a high end spa experience. Have been to a few locations around the world. Very small amenities area and loud in the relaxation rooms with people blow drying and chit chatting. Steam room smelled a bit mouldy and there is no pool. Snacks and water provided, although all of them contained nut products. Couples massage was OK, however could find a better massage for $500+

Got some great massages here, group of 6 friends that booked the night before but they still gladly accommodated. The staff was helpful, accomodating and exceeded all of our expectations and every misuse we had was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable and hit every spot that left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed in time for dinner at Elways downstairs afterwards!

Had an amazing facial with Ryan! Her hands are pure magic. The spa is exceptional and the I could have set in the sauna forever. Very clean and well maintained! Would book again in a heartbeat!!

Hope gave me the most relaxing facial and made sure everything was extra comfortable for me when I let her know I was pregnant. She even suggested a different facial than the one I’d originally booked to make sure all the ingredients would be safe for my baby which I really appreciated. It was an amazing experience and my skin felt great after!

I had a great massage from Gordon. A complimentary oxygen treatment gave me the relaxation I needed. The spa is located in the lower level of the ritz. At 17.15 there is champagne in the garden.

Never did a 5 star hotel/spa before. What a phenomenal experience to have done. I could do this once a year. I really felt pampered. Well worth the money for an anniversary experience.

I have had several massages in my life, and this was by far the most disappointing. I’m convinced it was my masseuse’s first massage. He kept running into the massage table, and making very loud noises, which made the environment the opposite of relaxing. The pressure was much too light and it felt as though I was receiving a gentle pat rather than a thorough massage. Additionally, their relaxation room is extremely dated and did not help me to feel relaxed in the slightest. I expected a much greater experience out of the Ritz Carlton spa. It was my birthday gift to myself and I left disappointed.

I just came at Alexander with the most complicated spa reservation ever. He was a delight. He wasn't bothered at all by all the switching around and juggling times. It's stressful to try to coordinate five massages but Alexander made it so much easier. Thank you so much for helping me create an amazing spa day for the girls!

I received an AMAZING massage from Meghan today! It was the perfect combination of relaxation and work on some tight spots. She was amazing! I arrived early to enjoy the steam room and amenities. I still feel soooo relaxed.

Definitely do not recommend. I am a busy new mom that hardly gets any alone or me time so My husband had purchased a massage for me at the ritz for a evening of relaxation. Well let’s just say it was the complete opposite. The massage I got was ok but a tad bit strange compared to other massages I’ve had. My massage started at 5:00 got done about 6:10 so In my head I have about around 2 hours to relax and enjoy the amenities whirlpool steam room relaxation lounges. WRONG! I went into steam room there were dirty towels everywhere but I have spa to myself so I tried to overlook it so I get out real quick to ask Michelle for eucalyptus for steam room she said they were out then she says oh by the way the spa is closing in 15 minutes at 6:45. I explained to her the gentleman I spoke with about amenities said the spa is open til 8pm Monday through Friday. Her response is well we’re not busy tonight and you are the only appointment so I’m closing at 6:45. The website also says they are open to 8pm. So now here I am leaving the spa with my hair soaking wet waiting for my valet in freezing cold weather because Michelle decided to all of a sudden close early with no prior warning especially during my check in. Not happy and don’t waste your money it is definitely not worth it. Not once was I offered a drink or asked how I was ding if I needed anything, horrible customer service!

Had an amazing massage by Kristie. I enjoyed staying for a couple hours after to take advantage of the whirlpool and steam room. They are not large, but very nice. (As others have said, the whirlpool/hot tub is a large step to get into so maybe not recommended for mobility impared or ederly). I enjoyed the variety of snacks and tea (no coffee). I plan to return! (Hint: if you are a local and going on a weekday, be sure to ask for your 10% discount).
