My partner and I had an incredible first visit to the Spa at the Ritz-Carlton No Mad to celebrate our anniversary. Elizabeth and Imani made booking our services effortless and stress free, setting the tone for a perfect day. From the moment we arrived, Michelle at the front desk welcomed us warmly, making check-in smooth and offering us a comforting cup of tea. Jose gave me a thorough locker room tour while Michelle showed my partner around, ensuring we had everything we needed for an unforgettable experience. Nana was also an absolute delight—friendly, hospitable, and a joy to chat with. He really added to the experience. The facilities and locker rooms were the best we have ever experienced—well-maintained, tranquil, and like a separate oasis in the heart of the busiest city in the world. My partner couldn’t stop raving about her treatment with Gordona, calling the scrub, back massage, and scalp conditioning absolutely heavenly. I had my first-ever facial with Tara, and it was the best spa treatment of my life. I’d give her 10 stars if I could! She made the experience so relaxing and shared valuable skincare advice after a detailed skin analysis. My partner’s facial with Natalie was just as amazing—she loved how Natalie helped her better understand her skin. If you’re considering the best facial of your life, Tara and Natalie are the ones to book. And for an unforgettable massage and treatment, Gordona is incredible. The experience was amazing from start to finish, and we can’t wait to return!

Perfectly relaxing, indulgent, calming experience at this lovely gem of a spa. Absolutely outstanding massages from Eleanora and Anna, and a fellow guest raved about her facial from Courtney. Alba was a magnifcent attendant - the perfect balance of there-when-you-need-her but not ever-present. The spa is a splurge, but worth every penny. We loved that the spa was quiet yet had lovely amenities. Will definitely be back!

I had the best experience with Courtney Wynne Williams. I was so relaxed the whole time. The techniques Courtney did to my face were amazing! The switching of the hot and cold on my face was the most amazing experience that I never had before. As well as the facial massage letting oxygen go to my face getting ride of all the puffyness for days! Definitely recommend booking at the nomad with Courtney.

The most unique spa experience. Great atmosphere, Diane and Simon welcomed me as a special guest. Alba offered tea and snacks. I had the best experience having a facial with Natalia. She is an incredible aesthetician, very knowledgeable and addresses your specific needs. Even though the spa is in NY, it feels like you are somewhere remote, very relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend to have the facial with Natalia.

Absolutely blown away by my experience at the Spa this weekend. Made two massage appointments to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. From start to finish, Imani was so helpful and wonderful. Helped me select the best service when scheduling over the phone. The spa itself is so relaxing and beautiful. They definitely made It an oasis. And then with the attentive and kind staff with the most impeccable attention to detail really just made the experience perfect. In addition to Imani, I also like to say thank you to the other spa staff members who were so great during our stay: Elizabeth, Irma, and of course our talented massage therapists Thaddeus and Eleonora. If you’re looking for an incredible deep tissue massage - couldn’t recommend Thaddeus highly enough. I felt like a new woman afterwards!

Arrived 2 hrs early to workout in the fitness center and take advantage all its amenities…then was pampered with an amazing facial by Tara… she is truly an excellent and knowledgeable esthetician who pampers you with a confident and gentle touch. All the staff went out of their way to make sure I was well cared for and comfortable. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the city!

When my skin needs special attention, I go to see Natalia Lehman at the Ritz NOMAD spa. She has phenomenal technique and offers high-tech, effective facials that actually make you walk away with glowing, lifted skin. Ritz spa uses Augustinus Bader products (one of my favorites), and has the latest and greatest in-devices. Plus, you can’t beat its amenities and the team. Ritz’s spa rooms, relaxation space, the front desk and the attendants make you feel pampered and exquisite the entire time.

I want to share my delight from visiting the cosmetologist last weekend. My experience was simply amazing! When I entered the Ritz NOMAD spa, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere. Cosmetologist Natalia Lehman was very attentive and professional. She carefully listened to my wishes and told me about which procedures would be the best choice for my skin. During the procedure Natalia explained me each step in detail and answered all my questions. I felt that she cared about my comfort. After the procedure, my skin literally began to sparkle! I didn't expect the result to be so noticeable after the first visit. Moreover, Natalia gave me recommendations for skincare at home. I am truly satisfied with the result and service. Delicate, professional staff, excellent interior, the entire procedure process is very thoughtfully and competently organized - you hardly notice other clients. Thank you for your professional work and care! I will gladly recommend you to my friends and acquaintances.

I was lucky enough to have a facial with Tara while visiting NYC for the first time. She was simply incredible, so skilled, professional, caring and the treatment was easily the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had treatments in some of the best London spas). If you are in the area and want an aesthetician who goes above and beyond to give you the best treatment possible, ask for Tara. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My experience at this spa was horrifying. I booked a 90 min method facial and was really looking forward to it. However, upon my arrival I wasn’t provided with a health consent form to sign before the treatment which is vital. Not only I wasn’t informed about risks and benefits of the treatment I’m receiving but a technician wasn’t aware of any cosmetic procedures or surgeries I’ve had in the past. The treatment room wasn’t equipped properly and had bright lights which made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. My technician was extremely poorly trained and unqualified. She was unacceptably rough and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I felt like she had intentions to permanently damage my face. I didn’t feel safe and just jumped out of the spa room . Never have I ever felt so horrified at the spa facility. What a nightmare! Please avoid at any cost!!!

Thanks to expert Facialist, Natalia at the Ritz Carlton NoMad Spa - my skin has completely transformed. There are a lot of choices in NYC but if you are looking for a *consistently amazing* spa experience - look no further and head to the Ritz Carlton Spa in NoMad. You will love it here! I have been back a few times now and I can’t emphasize how consistent the experience is. The hotel and spa recently opened last year and is so beautiful- you will not be disappointed. It is always sparkling clean and has the best amenities - not to mention their comprehensive spa menu. Their spa lounge is always very peaceful and the boutique has an incredible product selection that the staff can recommend for you. Most importantly - the entire staff is wonderful. Diane at Reception called me as soon as an appointment opened up and it made my day! The entire team is very genuine and accommodating making it such an enjoyable experience so you can just focus on relaxing and self care. I have very sensitive and acne prone skin and thanks to Natalia, she always knows the exact facial I need and recommends specific detox masks, cleansers and peels that have completely transformed my skin. Ask for Natalia - she is the best and will take care of you!!!!

The back massage I received from Thaddeus ranks among the finest I've ever enjoyed. Their wellness area, offering serene relaxation both before and after the treatment, is truly remarkable and their Diptyque cosmetics transfer in another realm. It's hard to believe that bustling NYC is just meters away. Kudos to Nana for his exceptional and attentive service. PS: Apologies for using my mobile to take the photos; fortunately, I was the sole occupant at the time, so I didn't disturb anyone! :-)
