Nubia has been my nail tech for almost 4 years--I've followed her from two other places! She does an excellent job on my nails, really cares about her work and making clients happy with the results. The new location is much more spacious with great parking too.

I've been getting my eyebrows microbladed, my eye lashes extensions, set of nails & pedi, and my hair extensions done at The Room since 2018. I been bringing my daughter here since 2022. The girls here provide prestige work with excellent customer service. They offer so many services I highly recommend to ALL in the El Paso county area to check The Room out.

It’s always hard to find new places to take care of your beauty care needs. After moving to El Paso I had bad experiences at many places. The Room Beauty Stuido is definitely my go to place. Nothing but good vibes, spirits always good, definitely treat you like family. Nubia always does amazing work I never leave disappointed.

Had a great experience visiting the The Room Beauty Studio. I went for a manicure and pedicure with Nubia, who fixed my nails to perfection. Nubia is so talented and I loved our chat, made me have an even more fun experience. She’s the best!

I come here and ONLY here for my lashes. They are fairly priced and always willing to accommodate the customer. Also unlike other studios they are educated and experienced in the services they provide. The BEST lash technicians in El Paso!!!! Come see Mayra or any of her girls!

I was hesitant about writing a post but I should WARN others. Before going to this place or any do your research. She uses products that are not FDA approved (I have confirmed this with 3 doctors) and should really be investigated by the health department. Months after her services on my lips I have had to pay 1000’s to get corrections done. I highly warn anyone getting anything done here to think twice! She never refunded my money for her poor service and skills. Zero stars in my opinion.

If I could rate this place 0 . I was an existing customer and also I was happy with the service but unfortunately who ever works on the front desk is rude and lack of willingness to help a customer .in top of it don’t even speak English . I could always go spend my money to a business who are willing to be nice , polite , and HELPFUL!!!

Tenia Años que no vivia una experiencia tan fregona Como la que vivi en este lugar. Desde el primer dia que llegue al Salon Mayra y las otras chicas que trabajan ahi me trataron muy bien me hicieron sentir Como en Familia, yo venia de una Mala experiencia pero ellas se encargaron de darme la confianza de poner mi cabello en Mayra quien es una experta Y me dejo bellisima la verdad la recomiendo. Y ya se gano una clienta fiel porque ella sabe cuidar a sus clientas y eso es lo que uno busca. 💯recomiendo este Lugar.

Very bad nail job the nail technician had her young daughter running around and she was constantly distracted and it took her two hours to finish my nails which ended up looking lumpy and like a third grader did my nails. The bathroom is dirty there was a dead roach in the bathroom. Sometimes I found the owner doing her own hair at the salon. Very unprofessional. The prices are way too high for the quality they provide. Also I pre paid for two massages that I never received asked for a refund that I still haven’t received. Bad customer service. I’m a nurse and I don’t have a lot of free time so when I book an appointment with this salon it’s disappointing when they cancel and ask me to reschedule that happened a lot. The other issue is that they take entirely too long to complete a service they do. I can spend hours there in one day.
