I'm so excited to get back to Jackie for a facial!! Seriously I was not a facial person till 29! I happen to go to Jackie for my first one and boy did that really make it hard for anywhere else I happen to go. I now know when I want the best facial, I come to her! Every second of the service is smooth and such confidence in her work and you really feel it!

Jackie has been my go-to esthetician for....losing count on the years now.. lol! I have followed her from Modern Salon & Spa.. to her first small private salon room.. to now watching her so successfully grow her own major salon in Charlotte -- The Room // Salon Station! It has been a true joy watching her journey and knowing that I have helped in some small way as a loyal client. I know I can always count on her to be on time, flexible with my schedule, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. I have trusted her with my face for over 4 years! Her salon is warm, inviting and clean and I always look forward to my appointments with her! Pro tip: try the CBD facial and do a tint on your brows when you wax them! ;) Oh and Jackie, thanks for the stream of compliments I always have coming in on these brows! Jackie has been doing my waxing for years. She is fun, energetic, and a great person to be around. She is quick and pays attention to details. Her customer service is above what i have experienced with most places as she always does her best to accommodate my busy schedule. As a small business owner myself, i always appreciate someone who takes care of their clients and employees with love and intention. I’m seeing her for a CBD facial on Monday and can’t wait. It’s a new thing and i love that she’s always on the up and up with new products, techquines and trends. Jackie is my girl, and she should be yours too! If there was a 6th star, she’d get it! First of all, Jackie is a class-act. Incredibly friendly, puts you at ease from the get-go. Her set-up is professional, organized and clean. Her techniques with her facial and use of high-end products set her apart from all the other high-end spas and professionals I have been to. I was incredibly impressed, considering this was my first time today with her and my skin still looks and feels amazing well after. She also gave me a mini massage and the experience was just relaxing all around. I will definitely be back! I got a wax and facial and it was awesome. I no longer have dry patches on my face, it is glowing! As a bonus you get a foot massage, a mini neck and scalp massage. When she was finished, I was so relaxed that I didn’t want to get up…. Best ever!!

I just had the most amazing relaxing facial from Jackie. I hadn't had a facial in awhile but saw Jackie was running a special (3 1 hour facials for $200) so I jumped on it. Jackie made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She gave me tips on what I can do to improve my skin (drink more water!) and suggested a plan of what we can do to get my skin back on track. She also gave me an amazing foot and scalp massage (included in the price). I made sure to go ahead and book my next appointment, as I know her books are going to fill up fast! The Room, is by far, the best place in town for waxing and beauty! I got my eye brows waxed today and Jackie always does an amazing job.. I will only go to her!!!
