By far the most pathetic services. I made a reservation online with my card details. They made me wait one whole hour and then said there is no reservation under my name after I went and asked what’s up. They have no respect for people’s time. How can you charge a $100 for a haircut and have such a disastrous management??!! This is the least professional and worst place I have come for any services and I definitely do not recommend.

AMATEUR STYLISTS!!!! Amber said she could do a Blonde Ombre A line cut.... I left a burnet with no A-line... I message Amber about it days after I tried to tone it lighter and she let me know she did not put ANY bleach/blonde in my hair. She obviously has no idea what an Ombre is. Amber said she could get me in a few days later for $150 highlights? I reached out to the manager of the salon who set me up with Tracey who was to be an Ombre specialist.... I showed her the pic I showed Amber, she also agreed she could do it. She pulled the end out as you do on an Ombre and added bleach to the ends... and disappeared. The bleach was on my hair for 30-50min. The ends of my hair all broke off.... Save your money and go to a REAL hair salon.
