Jenna Caldwell is a local Austin hair color specialist with 12 years of experience behind the chair. She is also a national educator for BALMAIN hair and carries their luxury line in her studio. She is a master with all hair types has lead teams at fashion week for major designers as well as local celebrity looks. Her work has been featured in Estetica, UK hairdressers and The Colorist Magazine.

I've been seeing Jenna for about 7 years and always leave her chair feeling happy and confident! Her energy is always a joy to be around, could not recommend her more! She keeps my hair healthy and happy and is super knowledgeable and professional.

Jenna is an absolute magician! She is incredibly talented, full of knowledge and absolutely nails my hair every appointment. I would highly recommend Jenna's services: especially if you are a blondie like me. It is hard for me to trust anyone with my hair, but Jenna puts me completely at ease and ensures that my hair looks bright and fabulous! My friend told me about Jenna over 7 years ago, and I’m so grateful for the recommendation! Jenna’s been a part of my life since then:-). I love her eye for color and my hair feels healthier since I’ve been going to her. She has been flexible with scheduling when needed and the appointment times are always accurate. The salon is in a great location and the space is nice and calm. Highly recommend!

The ABSOLUTE best!!! She is so knowledgeable about color, and it turns out perfect every time. Your hair is constantly changing and she tweaks every appointment to exactly what your hair needs at that time. She’s never late and never reschedules. Very dependable. I love her so much!!!!

I found my hair color expert! I wanted a dark brown with a slight red tint to it and Jenna delivered. She is amazing at her craft. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled hair colorist.

I have been going to Jenna for 4 years and would never go to anyone else. She has kept me super blonde while maintaining my hair’s health. My hair seriously looks amazing every time I leave her salon. She’s also such a great conversationalist and so fun to be around. She has even educated me on how to style my hair at home and what products to use.

I have worked with so many amazing hair stylists and I have followed Jenna for years because out of everyone I’ve had to my color, she’s the best. She’s brilliant with blondes and redheads but I’ve seen her do near impossible color corrections as well. She also is amazing with styling!!! Highly recommend

Jenna is incredible! From the second I sat in her chair, I was comfortable and confident the results would be outstanding! Not only did my hair turn out great, her level of detail in the whole experience is impressive. Not only were the results great, Jenna knows her stuff! I asked several questions about hair, products, etc. and she was quick to inform and educate.

Jenna is my go to hair god! Ever since I started going to The Salon, now I can only have Jenna do my color because she gets exactly what I mean whenever I want to try something new or just touch up my blonde highlights and it’s always even better than I imagined. She also is always the sweetest and makes my day to see her (: couldn’t recommend this salon and Jenna more!

When I moved to Austin, I was so anxious about finding a hairstylist who I trusted, was fairly priced, and who I could enjoyably spend 2-3 hours with every 8 weeks. Jenna was highly recommended by multiple other girls in the Austin area and finding her was a godsend. She is the most talented hairdresser I’ve ever been to, she has transparent, affordable pricing, and she is an absolute joy to spend time with. I’ve been seeing her for almost 3 years now and my hair has never looked better!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jenna, her work, her professionalism, and her whole experience-- she is TRULY the best!! Her pricing is so wonderful and I always feel like it has to be more expensive for the quality and how great I look and feel after! She runs a non-gratuity salon, which is how we've been able to develop a sensational relationship over all these years because there's no awkward tip dance. I feel like I can be honest with her, I get beyond my expectations, and she has made my hair healthier than it has ever been. I will always go to Jenna!! You will seriously be so happy you've found her. I think I've turned my entire friend group into Jenna fans and more every day. The BEST!!

I've been going Jenna for over 7yrs now and her attention to not only my hair color( she is a true expert in the science of hair coloring)but also my health by using top quality products that are not only benefit my hair but are also safe for my healthy and that means so much. She is above and beyond when it comes to professionalism - always on time and always respects my time ,she is the most dependable in the industry I have ever experienced. Love her!

I’ve been going to Jenna for over 5 years now! She is literally incredible! She saved my hair from a horrible extension mess and have colored my hair many different colors! She really cares about her clients hair and making sure it comes out amazing. If you need any color in Austin you should definitely check her out!

Jenna has been my colorist for 12 years and not only have I followed her but now that I am traveling and residing in the Cozumel, I plan my trips to Austin so she can color my hair. She is AMAZING!!! Best ever!
