When I first started visiting this nail salon the service seemed top notch. Everyone was so nice and friendly, but that seemed to change over time. I had been going there for over a year and a half. The staff seems to not be as friendly or courteous as of lately. BUT....I do want to say that Reina is AMAZING. As a customer I've chosen to work with her mostly and she's NEVER disappointed. She's so sweet, caring, attentive, and does great work. She's never made me feel like I was bothering her with any of my requests or made me feel rushed while getting serviced. I have chosen not to return due to lack of courtesy and professionalism from other staff and the owner, but I would highly recommend Reina. Wishing her much success in the future.

Muy buen servicio!!! Mi pelo está fabuloso casi 3 dias después y hasta un poco de agua lluvia me cayó y sigue intacto ! Y el corte de pelo ni se diga

t's my first time here and I have such a good impression that I can say that I am super delighted with this place. I ordered a classic French on hands and feet and fell in love with the results. More and Reina were super friendly and worked together and organized. In fact, all the staff are friendly and have an amazing atmosphere. I will definitely return 😊

my coworker recommended this place to me and i went to get my hair cut. big mistake! i saw on their instagram story that they were taking walk-ins so i went in. i also asked again when i got there just to be sure because they seemed pretty full so i told them i was more then willing to come back when they were not as busy, but they insisted. i think i was very clear when i told them what i wanted. i didn’t ask for anything complicated. all i asked for was a trim and some layers. i specifically said i wanted more volume on the back because my hair was very flat, and some face framing layers. but instead of telling me that the only person that specialized with hair, was occupied, the owner (that specializes in nails) took it upon herself to rush my hair just to get me out. she chopped of random bits of my hair without sectioning any of it. i didn’t think to question it because they are supposed to be the professionals, i assumed they knew what they were doing my dead ends that i asked to be trimmed off are still here, i have no layers, the back of my hair looks the same, and the front is entirely uneven. one side is longer then the other. i am visually impaired so i didn’t notice until i had already left. i very disappointed i will not be returning.

I don't speak Spanish, but the ladies took care to try to understand what I wanted. My pedicure was relaxing and my feet look great! I love my nails, too!

Fui hace un par de semanas atrás a cortarme el cabello y me cortaron mal, no fue lo que pedí y ahora mi cabello no tiene forma, no lo recomiendo por lo menos para un corte de cabello que cuesta 75 dólares porque te dice que para que se note el corte tiene que ser con secado, no vale la pena, siento que me malogro mi cabello.

Very good place to go. Normally I do my gel manicure here and it lasts 4 weeks, I've coming here for over a year. Definitely highly recommended!

Hoy tuve la desafortunada experiencia de visitar éste salón y fue una verdadera pesadilla. Llevé a una prima a recortarse, que estaba de visita en Jacksonville y la cual tiene impedimento para caminar. Llegamos 15 minutos tarde por obvias razones y acordamos con la recepcionista que esperaríamos el próximo turno. Después de esperar nos llamaron y pasaron a mi prima para lavar su cabeza. Luego la sentaron en una silla y después de estar un rato esperando, nos vinieron a decir que la persona que la iba a recortar se había ido y que no tenían a más nadie que la recortara. Que qué? Ni siquiera muy poco profesional e irresponsable al ni siquiera venir a disculparse. Jamás volveré a ese lugar.

100% recommend Maruka and her team. She is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Sinai is great with pedicures. All of her team members are super friendly and very professional.

Maruka is amazing wonderful and very talented everyone there is so sweet. I love my nails how ever 4 days after I got them done 2 mail came completely off so now I have to go back and get it fixed

Staff was friendly for the most part although there were little kids hanging out all over the place. But I was charged $52 for a basic pedi w/gel. There was a bare minimum effort leg massage and the polish, that’s about all. I’ve been to way nicer salons with more attention to detail and paid a lot less so I’m not sure why it’s so costly here but such was the case so I won’t be returning.

Hands down the best nails in town. I drive from St. Augustine every 3 weeks for my appointments and will not go anywhere else. I have been with Maruka for almost 3 years now, and u have never walked away unhappy. She's truly an artist!

I asked for cateye but chrome was added. I'm not sure what the reason was. I was also overcharged for my full set and was called a Gringa while being serviced. If I could give 0 stars I would.
