I had such an amazing experience at the Salt Caves last night. I was able to release stress and be in community. I also loved the assortment of high-quality products available for purchase – the artisan soaps being my favorite. Myra, the CEO and owner, is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I highly recommend this experience for a self-care day or a date night.

So grateful to have discovered The Salt Caves & Spa! It’s such an inviting and therapeutic environment. My friend and I did the infrared sauna which was wonderful. The salt caves have anti-gravity recliners, soothing music, white noise, cozy blankets. I hope to try the foot bath next time I visit. The Salt Caves & Spa is a local treasure with owners who are dedicated and passionate about health & wellness . Great for routine visits, special occasions or date night! Highly Recommend!

I recently learned about Salt Caves. I was curious, if I can calm my mind for 45 minutes. My brain moves constntly at a fast pace. I decided to expermiment, what did I have to lose. When I walked i, I met Myra. She was friendly, kind, knowedgeable and caring. She explained how it wold benefit me in the Salt Cave and a great breathing technique. I will be honest, I was very skeptical at first and question myself. Would I get bored, could I just relax for 45 minutes with being calm inside. The experience blew me away, 45 minutes went fast, I had never experience such calmness and relaxation. Even a massage doesn't relax me the way the Salt Cave did. I loved it so much, I purchased a membership. Give it a try you won't regret it!!!

My husband and I went yesterday for the first time. It was a relaxing way to decompress and enjoy 45 minutes for yourself. The owners are very knowledgeable and nice, facilty was ver clean. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Happy New Year! 🥂 Today, my girlfriend and I kicked off 2025 with a rejuvenating visit to Myra's Salt Cave in Lakewood Ranch! It was the perfect way to detox and center ourselves. Myra and her husband have truly created a serene, healing space, offering a variety of wellness modalities. We started with the Salt Cave, which is amazing for cleansing and relaxation, and then we spent some time in the infrared sauna to continue our detox journey. Next time, I'm definitely doing the foot detox bath, which is incredible for both detoxifying the body and supporting the lymphatic system. All of these therapies work harmoniously to promote healing on a deep, cellular level. I did not have high expectations from past experiences, but my friend wanted to go, so I said okay. I am so glad I went. This place was AMAZING. My friend and I started out with an ionic foot bath and added on the infrared therapy. My water showed joint issues which is something I am currently dealing with. After the foot bath, we went into one of the salt caves for a 45 minute session. It was so relaxing to sit in a zero gravity chair surrounded by the salt. I almost fell asleep. In addition to the peacefulness of the salt caves, they offer lymphatic massage, sound baths, and a sauna with all sorts of cool options I don't remember. They even offer a salt therapy treatment booth for pets! The owner, Myra, explained to us all of the other awesome modalities she hopes to offer in the future, including yoga. Evening classes would be awesome for people like me who work, so I made that suggestion. Here's hoping! Myra is so welcoming and friendly. She has a lovely space and offers some cool modalities. I highly recommend checking out The Salt Caves and Spa of Lakewood Ranch.

You won't be disappointed here! The salt caves help my asthma and I enjoy a detox foot bath beforehand. The staff is so sweet and friendly and very knowledgeable. Buy a package deal and treat yourself! Such a gem to have here in our area.

I absolutely love coming to the salt caves! Its so relaxing it’s like stepping into another world when you go in for a session Myra and her team are so wonderful and personable. I would absolutely recommend anyone to get a package and come here regularly!! Also the products she has for sale are incredible and clean ingredients which is the best for my sensitive skin. If I could give 10/10 I would.

I used to go to a salt cave spa in California, and it wasn't nearly as nice as this one. The facility is top-notch, the owner, Myra, is the friendliest person and very knowledgeable about natural wellness. I brought in my tween daughter who had been coughing for several weeks following a cold. I know that you usually need several sessions to see any effects, and I was pleasantly surprised to see an immediate improvement in my child after just one session. I will definitely be back!

Myra was an exceptional host. She shared her personal story about her mom and family, which are her motivations about getting into this business. My friend and I went to the salt cave for her birthday. Myra gave us the best time and immersive experience. I've been to other salt caves but this one was really unique. Thereband private caves and even a booth for fur babies! Amazing healing experience

I had an amazing experience. I have never been to a salt cave but with some sinus and respiratory issues I gave it a try. The owners were so friendly and very communicative and made the whole experience so relaxing and wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and very willing to share. The cave is so amazing and the shop with all the oils, soaps and products for purchase. They have a booth for dogs and I will definitely be bringing my golden retriever who suffers from anxiety. Great business and can't wait to go back. So happy they opened this Salt Cave in Lakewood Ranch. I highly recommend.

The Salt Caves and Spa at Lakewood Ranch is more than just a space for relaxation. It treats the entire body, literally, from head to toe. The detox foot bath allowed for an exiting of toxins that revealed a need to alter my intake of foods. That was followed by a session in the Salt Cave. While a nap was unavoidable, the way I felt afterwards was a pleasant surprise: relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you to the wife and husband owners, Myra and Ralph, for bringing this type of wellness to Lakewood Ranch!

Loved my first salt cave experience! I'm sure it will be the first of many. Relaxing and serene atmosphere while reclining in one of their zero-gravity lounge chairs. The venue is clean and soothing, owners are welcoming and helpful. Bring your friends for some fun bonding time. Don't forget your fur baby, they can indulge in a special room designed just for them.

My husband & I have been there a few times already & it never fails to disappoint. Between the kind, caring & doting owners, the lovely serene atmosphere & the wonderfully relaxing & healthful salt cave experience - it couldn't have been better. We are looking forward to the halo infrared sauna & the foot detox, as well as any other service they offer. We highly recommend this wonderful experience.
