They have a horrible policy of charging full rate if you miss, even if you have an emergency situation. They could at lwast give credit. Would never go there again.

Was visiting the town for a few days and decided to get a 60mins massage on my birthday. My therapist was Nicole and she was amazing! Her massage style is very unique that I hadn’t experienced anywhere else. She used slow motions with firm pressures which I requested and her hands were somehow always very warm like magic hands! Felt so relaxing and was truly amazing. I will definitely visit the salon again next time I am in town. Thank you Nichole!

I gave my wife the gift of a 90 minute massage. She had set the appointment but wasn't able to get out of work until what would have been the end of the session. When my wife went to reschedule her massage she was told that the gift card was charged as if she attended the original session. I can understand a percentage fee or penalty of a missed appointment. But voiding the 90 minute gift card in full to me is unconscionable. I have bought gift cards there for her before, my daughter has bought gift cards there before. NO MORE, NEVER AGAIN.

I had a 60 minute prenatal massage with Bernadette today. She was so kind and the service was so relaxing. I am 31 weeks pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this business, service, and masseuse!

My wife and I recently visited the Salt Lounge for a cupping service and salt lounge treatment, and it was a great experience. Nicole and Colleen were both friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable right away. The cupping service was very relaxing and well-executed. Nicole and Colleen’s expertise was evident, and the session left us feeling refreshed. The salt lounge treatment was also enjoyable. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and we felt the benefits almost immediately working with seasonal allergies and decongesting. Overall, our visit to the Salt Lounge was very positive. Nicole and Colleen did a wonderful job, and we left feeling rejuvenated. It's a nice spot for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time there this Sunday and they saved my girl's weekend plans after another "spa" had cancelled on me twice. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional. I absolutely canceled my membership at the other location and plan to spend that money here. Nikki and Jenna provided amazing massages. My friend and I are looking forward to booking again the next time she is in town. Thank you for salvaging our weekend!

Had a massage yesterday with Nicole and she was absolutely amazing! All of my stress melted away. She addressed all of my problem areas with skill and expertise. The owner and staff were all very welcoming and took the time to make me and my two friends, who also had massages, very comfortable. Both of them had amazing massages as well! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend the salt lounge.

This was my 3rd massage with The Salt Lounge and my first time having Jenna for my massage therapist. She was phenomenal and I left feeling brand new and incredibly relaxed. The Himalayan Salt hot stone massage is always my favorite. Thank you Jenna!

I was added to the wait list. They text me in the AM and I confirmed. They sent an additional text 10 minutes later to do even more confirming, which I missed since I'm a human doing things. In less than an hour they filled the spot. No call to me or extra explanation why additional confirmation is needed. Bad business practice for sure!
