I had a recommendation to try a salt room for my sinus headache...Wow! First time in and I felt improvement right away. Love everything about this place. Friendly staff clean and pkeasant facility. Thanks for a great experience!

My husband and I were dissatisfied with what we were hoping would be a relaxing day here. I had just had a medical procedure and was looking for a way to unwind. We have been to numerous salt rooms/ice baths/etc in the past. First, we felt that the BOGO deal we reserved for online for the salt room was misleading; we found out after we had paid that it can't be used same day, so one ends up paying full price for two. For us, it was a waste, because after the first session, we were not interested to come back all the way to use it again. The rationale they provided that this is done "for the customer" (in that there is more benefit in returning/multiple sessions) seemed inauthentic; it would be a better business practice to disclose all of this in clear and obvious lettering at checkout. Once we got inside, the salt room itself was very boring compared to many others we had been to (eg, very little/no relaxing lighting, no texture or atmosphere). The attendant also hesitated when I asked for a second blanket to protect my bottom (I was wearing a shorter dress and didn't want to sit on the leather seat, not only for hygiene but for personal reasons, as veganism is part of my religion). The salt blower was a bit strong/overly centralized with nothing to help migrate the salt around the room. Additionally, $60 for use of the cold plunge is way off market. To the credit of the facility, it does seem like it might be a nice environment for children as I noticed some toys in a playroom as we left. I hope these comments are helpful to someone and that the salt room and sauna takes them into consideration for the future.

Worst online experience I've ever encountered. Wanted to know pricing, one new account, password, email confirmation, error message, and then an entire booking workflow later and y'all... I STILL don't know what it costs. Insane

First time trying this for allergies. Very welcoming atmosphere. Angela is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and answers a lot of my questions. Lookig forward to see if this is finally my answer to but she makes the journey worth it.

Lots of fun things to do in the Children's room at the Salt Room and Sauna in Tampa. Great for the kids especially this time of year when we have lots colds, allergies, and respiratory issues around. No school today, but some sniffles and sneezing to deal with, and this place is great for that. We've come here for sinus, congestion and occasionally skin issues and it helps to give our son some relief. I personally think it helps him get over his congestion faster. Whatever it is, he always has fun here. Friendly staff, relaxing ambiance, and they have adult spa amenities too.

Beautiful facility & super clean. The kids had the absolute best time playing in the salt rocks, on the slide, etc. I can already tell they are breathing better tonight with less stuffiness! Thank you Salt Room & Sauna

Every time I feel a little congested or a tickle in my throat, I head to the Salt Room. I love coming here! It’s so relaxing and I always feel recharged when I leave. Angela and Monica are always a pleasure to talk to. It’s definitely a staple in my health journey.

such a great experience! I would definitely go again. the salt room has so many health benefits for me to not want to go again. it was also a very relaxing atmosphere and a nice break during my work day. after just once session, I already notice better breathing and my allergies aren't bothering me as much as they were before the session. 10/10, would recommend!

I am an asthmatic and this was recommended for me to try as an alternative method for healing. I've been there five times and I can already tell some difference in my breathing. The people that work there are so nice and so knowledgeable. I'm so excited that this is now part of my journey in life to be as healthy as I can be..

I have seen a positive improvement in my congestion and allergy symptoms in just 2 visits. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend! I also brought my son to the kids room for his allergies and he had a great time playing while reaping the benefits of the salt.

I love the serenity of this place. The salt therapy sessions are a perfect way to relax and it has helped me with my eczema. The sauna is also amazing and I always feel rejuvenated after each session. Thankful for a place like this.

I started off as a skeptic, turned client for a year and a half, turned employee/advocate ever since. I started salt therapy five years ago in their Wesley Chapel location and it has since changed my life. I was someone that was dependent on my nebulizer, inhaler, and multiple allergy pills each day. I now have not touched any of those in over four years (with the exception of kids Benadryl once when we were closed during Covid). The salt room and sauna location, as a client, is so relaxing and beautiful. As an employee, I can tell you each one of the staff members genuinely wants to help you heal. Whether it be from a respiratory issue, allergies, skin conditions, sinus infections, or you just need 45 minutes to relax and take care of yourself, the staff wants to be there for you on your journey.

Love this place! It’s beautifully decorated with a very calming and serene atmosphere. It’s also clean and well maintained. I absolutely love the infrared sauna and always feel better when I leave. Takes the away muscle aches, especially in my neck and back. I do gentle stretches while in the sauna and the heat allows for extra deep stretches. The hot and cold towels after is a nice touch. I use the hot towels first and then the cold towels after the sauna. I forgot the owner’s name, but she is really sweet and knowledgeable. My only critique is I wish the place had a little longer hours, maybe a little longer on Saturday or a half day on Sunday.

This place is awesome. I take my 5 yo for allergy relief but she doesn’t even notice, she just plays and explores the room and it’s also a nice moment for some alone time for us. The place is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. We love it! Totally recommended

I went to Salt Natural Spa the other day with my children and I would say it’s such a unique experience. The whole place was so neat and clean. The kids room was perfect. My kids love it. Not only they can play inside but also with all the salt surrounding the play area, it’s very health beneficial at the same time. We left feeling great. Would love to visit again soon.

I've been to Salt twice and both times the treatment cleared my sinuses and lungs. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I highly recommend this wellness experience!

This place is great! The check in staff were super friendly, warm & smiling. They made me feel very welcome & comfy! They even offered complimentary bottled water! I had a private session which I loved, very relaxing environment. I can’t wait til my next session. I’ve wanted to try salt therapy for several years now. Nice location just a lil far out drive for me.

Went in looking for allergy season relief, (watery eyes, itchy/runny nose, sneezing) and I was not disappointed. Left feeling better, and noticed a continuous improvement throughout the day. Went back with the family the next day. They had a great time, it has helped them as well. The owner, Megan, and her employee, (did not catch her name) helped make the experience fun and comfortable!

I have taken my daughter here (2 years) multiple times and she always seems to feel better afterwards. On out last visit I too was not feeling 100% and must say I was breathing clearly, feeling great, and felt solid for my Duathalon the following day. If you or your little one is not feeling tip top, or if you want to be preventative this is an amazing place!!

My first visit to Salt, The Natural Spa was such a unique experience. The Spa is bright and beautiful with a very calm atmosphere. The light therapy, soothing music and very comfortable reclining chairs and ottomans in the therapy rooms provide a relaxing experience. During the session, tiny salt particles are infused into the air. I did sneeze and cough a few times in the 45 minute session. I asked Megan, one of the owners, about this and she said this is very typical. I truly enjoyed the session and I feel like my sinuses are so clear and fully open. I highly recommend giving Salt a try! Dress comfortably and bring clean socks as shoes are not allowed in the therapy rooms. Thank you Megan! I’ll be back very soon!

This place is my heaven!!! The salt rooms are so serene and relaxing! I am very excited to try the facials! Also, the kid's salt room is SO cool! I brought my 2 and 4 year old and they LOVED playing while also getting the health benefits of the salt therapy. The ladies who work there are SUPER sweet and welcoming :)

Went to Salt recently and absolutely loved it. Such a unique experience and I felt so much better after my session! I can’t wait to come back with my toddler aged daughter sometime soon. The children’s room was fantastic and she would like it so much! Such a relaxing and therapeutic environment and the women that work there are so sweet and helpful.
