Had a gift card and booked a deep tissue massage. There was an issue with the massage table right in the middle of my massage (the head piece broke). Okay, stuff happens. It's how it gets handled that matters. Tami, the manager (owner?) happened to be there. She was very apologetic and so sweet about wanting me to have a good experience. She totally took care of me and offered another massage so I could really enjoy the experience. Second time around was wonderful! So impressed at the great customer service from everyone, including Tami, Brittany, and my excellent masseuse, Arely (sp?).

I loved this place! My massage therapist was kind and she asked if I was feeling ok and if the pressure was good. I also did the salt room. Pretty relaxing and clean. 100% recommend this place!

We did a couples 80min massage with halotherapy. It was an interesting 45min in the salt room. My first impression was wow how cool they are allowing barefoot cause some places don’t. But research shows your largest pores are in your feet. So that was pleasant to find out. The chairs were comfortable and reclined. When the salt started I could tell cause my skin was tingling and my throat and sinuses were draining. It is a a great space. However I would recommend they turn the volume up. We could hear people talking in the hallway, cupboard doors closing. Other than those few things it was a wonderful experience. Then we got 80min massages. As a massage therapist myself the woman I had gave me the best massage I have ever had. She had the perfect pressure, found all the spots I needed worked. My husband said his woman was fantastic too. We loved the experience and highly recommend.

They have a wonderful, very relaxing space. My massage and facial were great and the salt room was a really cool new experience. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, Brittney at the front desk is an absolute gem. She’s super kind, resourceful, patient and just a real positive human being. She does elevate The Salt Room Stripside experience. I’m a mama of four babies, so I appreciate a gentle kind soul. Thank you Brittney for providing me with ease to open up and being a good listening ear. I’ve been in the Himalayan Salt room a few times now and I love it. I love how intimate the stripside salt room is in size. Highly relaxing meditative space.45mins of calming environment. After 5min, I get a small tickle in my throat and it feels great knowing the Himalayan salt is working!! ..almost immediate cleanse in my respiratory tract, def. helps w/ my allergies. I always sleep so much longer and deeper after every Himalayan visit. Wish I could go in their everyday. In addition, I’ve also had facials and massages by Paulina, Arely, and Luisa. All positive experiences. Paulina is definitely an exceptional aesthetician. I received a lot of compliments from friends, “your face is glowing”. I had a “Custom Facial” and Paulina listened to all of my uneven and melasman concerns. My face felt great. Arely is a great massage therapist as well. Thank you to all the ladies above! You’ve all made my experience very memorable. Highly recommend The Salt Room Stripside. Definitely try out their services.

I wanted to schedule a couples massage for stripside. I waited too long and they couldn't accommodate us there but could at the Summerlin location. Not even 24 hours later they called back saying they had a cancelation and we could be accommodated at the stripside location. We went for our massages last Friday and couldn't be happier. They listened to our individual needs and gave amazing, custom massages. They also felt the massages we scheduled weren't actually what we wanted or needed,so after the massage they adjusted the pricing which I felt was unnecessary, but really appreciated how upfront they were. The combination of the attentiveness in calling back to offer a massage at our preferred location, the warm welcome we received upon arriving at the Stripside location, and the incredible service we received by the massage therapists made everything perfect beyond our expectations. We travel to Vegas for shows and this will be a regular stop on our visits. I only wish we had a Salt Room local to us!

The Salt Room is a hidden gem and the good word needs to get out about this wonderful spa! I visited the Stripside location and received a deep tissue massage from Aarecca. It was nothing short of amazing and I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience. Aarecca is professional, sweet, and just so incredibly lovely. I can't wait to book with her again! Alex at the front desk is a doll. She is helpful, patient, and genuine. I really enjoyed my time chatting with her and getting set up with my monthly membership. The owner of The Salt Room, Ava, is one of the most incredible women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She truly is a guardian angel and her spa embodies her beautiful spirit. When I walk in, whether she is physically there or not, I can feel her love and passion greeting me like a warm hug. <3

I had a wonderful 80 minute deep tissue massage from Ambre. She did a fantastic job and addressed all of my concerns that many other therapists haven’t quite been able to get. I told her about where I was having pain and needed knots worked out- she nailed it.

My husband and I just did a Couple's 55min Pure Relaxation Massage & 45min Halotherapy session. This place is 100% worth it. We've been to a few places now in Las Vegas and this is hands down our new favorite place. Our masseuses were Aarecca & Ambre. My husband had Aarecca and he said that she did an amazing job focusing on his problem areas - specifically his neck and full back. He was able to move his neck in circles with zero pain after the massage and no cracking. Ambre did a great job also focusing on my same problem areas and making sure the pressure was perfect for me. I had pretty tight muscles and she did wonders kneeding them out. The Salt Cave was SO relaxing! FYI you do get salty, so don't wear clothes that you plan on wearing out later if you have plans afterwards. We got to sip on hot tea and enjoy the space to ourselves. My husband has sinus issues and felt cleared out and his breathing was noticeably clearer. There's soothing background music and the energy from the salt stone was weightlifting and mesmerizing. We will definitely be back!

I had my first full body salt scrub. Living in the desert is treturous on the skin. You're given a massage first to prepare the skin. Delightfully unexpected. Paulina took care of me. She has a quiet and calm demeanor, and I immediately felt relaxed. Kudos to the front desk staff for making a peaceful and sweet first impression.

I recently visited The Salt Room and had an amazing experience ! Brittney at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome from the start. I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Noel that melted away my stress, followed by a rejuvenating facial with Paulina that left my skin glowing. The Halotherapy session in the serene salt room was a unique and calming experience. Overall, the services were top-notch, and Brittney's exceptional hospitality made the visit even better. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were scheduled for a couples massage on a Saturday afternoon. The spa was accommodating and able to book us with just a days notice. We arrived early to fill out required paperwork, but had to wait on the second masseuse to arrive and got started just a few minutes late. We both felt the massage was just okay. After the massage, we used our gift card but I needed to pay for a tip and they had issues with their computer and could not process it at that moment. We went along to our next treatment in the salt room. After sitting in the salt room for 20 minutes we were over it and left early. The constant noise from a pump running was a distraction from relaxing and we found breathing in the salt air was uncomfortable for our throats and lungs. Nothing too severe, but just an itchy, slight burning sensation we both were feeling made us want to leave. It just wasn’t for us. On the way out I was able to leave the tip as their computer was working properly now. We were given a gift card to this place as a thank you gift so probably would not return and instead visit other full service spas with better amenities throughout the Las Vegas area. Update: The manager of this Salt Room location reached out to me directly and listened to our experience. She has invited us to try another one of their locations and explained in detail how the salt rooms work. Great customer service on their part has raised my review another star.

Amazing! You can feel the energetic charge after walking! Love the salt room. Perfect add on after getting a deep tissue massage. I loved being able to bask in my self care yumminess by digging my feet in to salt rocks and taking a nap. Will be coming back.

Amazing! Did the 3 hour package which includes a facial, massage and time in the salt room. Services were better than any massage I’ve paid double for at the spas in the strip. Super relaxing, great therapists, friendly and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Just came for our second couples massage with my husband. Aerecca did an incredible massage on me. She really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The salt cave is also an amazing way to end the whole experience, you truly feel rejuvenated. I have sinus issues and asthma and I feel so much better after leaving the cave.
