This was my second time to the spa and this visit was even better than the first. The staff/owners are very friendly and accommodating. Anais gave me the most wonderful, relaxing facial. She’s awesome!

Today I had an incredible experience at The Sanctuary Day Spa. You know how you go to spas and the workers are a bit snotty. Completely different vibe. Everyone was so genuinely nice. My treatment began with a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Sarah. I’ve been getting massages for almost 30 years and today’s massage was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. Sarah is also super nice and she totally listened to me. After my massage I then went into see Heather for my facial. I Again, super nice. Heather did an amazing job on my face and I think I look radiant. I finished up my trip with an oil scalp massage done by Heather. EVERYONE stop what you’re doing and go get this done. I don’t know what she did or what she used but my scalp and brain thanked me. All in all it was a great day. Thank you Sanctuary, you helped me start off my year right!

Finding this hidden gem was the highlight of my birthday!! I wanted to spend my day relaxing, reflecting, and simply enjoying being pampered. The Sanctuary did not disappoint!! From the moment we entered the spa, the energy was pure and welcoming. Maddie greeted us at the front and had charcuterie and refreshments waiting for us. I was immediately taken back into the room with the wonderful Anais, she came in on her day off, just to accommodate our party. Anais was gentle, hospitable, kind, and encouraging. She explained every step of the process and made sure I had every comfort available. She has healing hands and a gentle aura that allows you to fully disconnect and heal. The facial she performed on me was next level! My skin has never looked better!! Thank you Anais for being a beautiful soul!! My mom and sister had Michelle for their massages and they both walked out of the room transformed by Michelle’s reiki healing and gentle hands. Michelle truly offered an ambiance of her healing power even in conversation, she was inspiring and authentic! Heather did the facials on my mom and sister and by far, this is the best experience they’ve ever had!! One thing that Heather said that stood out to us was “We Manifest the clients we want because we keep our place a Sanctuary for our guests”, this was a striking statement because it truly made us all so grateful for the experience, being warmly welcomed, and confirmed to us that this hidden gem would be our new safe Sanctuary in our hearts. It is only a truly life changing experience that can allow a review in this length, but it is well deserved because I would rate this 15/10, if possible. Can’t wait to return and continue to enjoy the perks of being a client of this amazing establishment. Thank you all for making my birthday experience the best I’ve had in many years, you are truly appreciated❣️🙏🏽✨

I came here for reflexology to help with pain. When I came I was in a lot of pain and I left with my pain being significantly better. The massage was so relaxing and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

I must say…such an amazing, calming experience. I used 3 of their services while down in Tamp, FL. This is a small business with a big impact. It had been since 2019 that I have used any spa services anywhere. The team are all very caring, considerate, professional and understanding in their own craft. I had a pedicure, massage & facial. They were all reasonably priced for the amount of relaxation and rejuvenation you’ll get. Their services allowed me to unwind and de-stress. My life sadly ensured several posts of stress and "life". I didn’t think I’d be able to find a spa that didn’t have over priced packages. For anyone looking to just relax and be pampered, I 100% recommend this location. It is on the second floor, so sadly not sure how someone with mobility will be accommodated. I’m sure they’d help as best they could while adhering to safety measures. If you’re a military spouse whose military spouse is assigned to MacDill, give this a try. If I ever find myself back in Tampa, I’ll definitely use their services again.

I recently went to Sanctuary for a facial and massage, thanks to my husband getting me a gift card. From the moment I walked in, I felt so good about being there. I was greeted warmly, offered fruit infused water and a neck warmer while I waited for a few minutes. My massage therapist Claudia took great care of me. She matched my firmness needs and provided me with a much needed relaxation massage. I felt soothed and relaxed afterwards. Next, Anais performed my facial. She took the time to understand what I was hoping to accomplish and explained everything she was doing along with what she was using. I said I wanted to “glow” and she made it happen. I felt light and refreshed afterwards and even days later, people were complimenting that my skin looked great. I purchased a couple of skin care products on my way out and I must say that they were priced really well for the quality. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

We were previous Enchanteria customers and this was my first time at The Sanctuary. Please do not sell couples romantic packages if you do not actually have the time, organization, or actual appropriate dedicated space to host them. We booked a couples facial and massage package, and our included wine and charcuterie was on top of a massage table in one of the 6 massage rooms. The location itself is very small and compact and there is no place to have private relaxation time in between sessions other than in another massage room, having to sit on a massage table. We were told our wine and charcuterie and tea items would not be touched when we were in our second session, and when we got out of the session, everything was removed. It was an overall confusing experience and on top of that, we paid a premium above normal pricing, to be in the same room for our services? I don’t think it was worth it. Gabby the esthetician, Sarah, and Anais were great service providers, I feel bad that the location and overall poor organization of the package really tainted the experience. Might come back for an individual service, but would not come back for any type of package or couples experience.

20/10 experience (not a typo lol) went in for my boyfriend’s birthday and did the couples massage and I have nothing bad to say other than I will definitely be spending more money here. Anais and Sarah were our massage therapist and they were fantastic! Left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! They even called me two days after to check in and ensure we were feeling good (just a hint sore but a good sore! Like all my knots where untied) everyone in the spa was very hospitable and accommodating to our needs as well as ensuring our comfort even in the waiting room! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Anais is truly a gem! After years of dealing with persistent neck and shoulder pain from long hours at a desk, I finally found relief thanks to her. Her intuitive understanding of exactly where the tension is and her ability to target those areas with just the right pressure is unmatched. I leave every session feeling lighter, more relaxed, and most importantly, pain-free. Anais doesn’t just provide a massage—she delivers healing, and I’m so grateful to have found her at the Sanctuary Day Spa. Highly recommend!

My husband booked us a couples package for my birthday and it was our first time at the spa. We had a phenomenal experience! The treatments were incredibly relaxing and our therapists were amazing. The charcuterie board between treatments was such a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

The facility is nice, it’s clean, the front desk person is attentive and hospitable. My service was good not great. I’m used to being asked what area I would like to focus on more if the pressure is good, but that didn’t happen, I arrived 15 min early, she was not ready to receive me at my appointment time. I entered the room to get ready for my massage when my services should have been starting. We started maybe 10-15 min after my actual time for my appointment. I had two services combined so one and a half hours. We ended exactly at the length of time my appointments. There was No extra couple min done to make up that time. Granted she did have someone right before I got there, so she may have been tiered, but I paid just like they did and wanted my full time and pressure. I still tipped her and bought a piece of jewelry they sell she did provide me a service. Even though I wasn’t 100% satisfied. Don’t know if I will go back, if so it will be with a different masques.

Enjoyed a full body 60 minute massage with just the right amount of pressure. We talked about focus areas before hand and all those got extra attention. Finished the experience off with a 30 minute hot oil scalp massage, a first for me. I’ll definitely be doing that again. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed thanks to Anais, the massage therapist, and Sanctuary staff, who had a hot tea ready for me after the services.

I love Sanctuary Day Spa! I get sugaring done with Heather and massages done by Anais and they are both fantastic. Anais gives the most relaxing and restorative massages ever. Heather is great at making you feel super comfortable during your service. It was my first time getting anything like that done, so I was definitely nervous, but she put me at ease and walked me through the process. I'm positive that every service you could get here is phenomenal and highly recommend it!

Very loud area where you can hear the cars driving by the entire session. Reiki wasn’t what I expected. As a Reiki Master myself, I wasn’t quite sure what was going on during the session but I was distracted by all the noise and walking. Wasn’t much stillness.

I had a wonderful experience at The Sanctuary! I entered the spa and was greeted and offered a beverage. I was then given a warm lavender neck wrap that immediately put me in my self care mode. I was escorted to my private room for my Custom Signature Facial with Gabby and she was amazing . The facial was so relaxing and when I was finished my skin was glowing. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back.

Staff get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anais was my masseuse, I highly recommend her! She was such a sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough. Gabriella was my esthetician, she was a gem! Very kind and gave me amazing tips for my skin as she walked me through the process. I’ll be back to see her every 6 weeks for sure! Ramon was my manicurist, he was so funny and brought my nails back to life! Thank you for listening to my work gossip. The Sanctuary Spa is a hidden gem! Ramon's pedicures are so so good. My feet look and feel great for a long time after. I've also had facials and a massage there. The customer service is excellent. They are friendly and professional and always willing to accommodate. Their specials are great too! The spa itself is serene and beautiful. I think the details matter, and they certainly pay attention to them. I've yet to have even a mediocre experience. Thank you, Sanctuarry Spa!

Ramon’s work on my nails was an experience I’ve never had before. He introduced me to Gel X and the quality was IMPECCABLE. He’s got a super flexible schedule which is really convenient. He’s easy to talk to if you like chatting while getting your nails done…. And if you don’t, he’s great at sitting in silence too. The hand massage alone was worth sitting in his chair, 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
