I have been getting my lashes here since the spring. Julie always does my lashes and she is very attention to detail and my lashes always look incredible! 10/10 recommend for all your lash needs.

Few months ago I moved from north to south Austin and was dreading the commute to the lash artist I'd go to in Mueller before my move for a lash lift. Over many years I've seen different artists but Sassy Lash Studio truly takes the cake. I've only been to Julie, but I know that she trains her staff to deliver the same caliber of service across the board so I'd be comfortable with anyone else here too My lashes are so stubborn, so I'm pretty used to not walking out with the results I want on the first try. They're thick, point straight down, and just don't cooperate. At the beginning of my first appointment Julie took a couple of minutes to talk through what I was looking to achieve, which included me showing her a picture shape or curl of lashes I wanted. NO ONE HAS EVER ASKED ME THAT BEFORE! Julie was so careful to not over-process my lashes and educated me on why sometimes lashes get all crinkled. I've also tried the keratin-infused lash lift which was great (this is the only place I've seen that has it) Honestly I've NEVER received so many compliments on my lashes. Julie and her team are amazing and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Honestly if there is less than 1 star I would have given that so these girl Julie starting texting me after I booked my appointment with them today morning less than an hour she starting texting me for upselling but at first I was like she was concern but than later it starting feeling annoying she said you are expectional we can do full set natural I was like no I just need mini mixed lashes I did there before too and I like to get the mini one not because it's cheap I like it better that you last time I paid 65$ for mini lashes and tipped her 25$ on top of it so honestly it was not the money and than the girl was like I don't know need to check with her if she is available for that day or not for such a short time because it's her day off but I booked the slot online and it was available for that day that's how I book it if she is off why you guys keep the slot open I booked it for after 2 weeks honestly I didn't expect this but and I said her what's wrong in getting mini one I want that and stop upselling me I'm a sales manager too I do know things but you bring too pushy so they cancelled my booking because I said her stop upselling and and let me just do what I want ..Nevermind honestly the artist LJ really does good so I wanted to do it with her but this girl ruined my day with her annoying text and thank you for your outstanding annoying customer service miss julie

Julie has done my lashes for years and she is the best in town (I tried the others before I found her). She takes pride in her work and has high standards for the girls that work with her. Never in the at least 6 years that I have gone to her have I ever been disappointed. She has the best product and does continuous extensive market research to be at the forefront of the lash community across the world. She is a rare gem in Austin. Please don't tell too many people shhh! 😆 but give her a try if you have had a bad experience. She will renew your desire to have lashes forever.

First time getting my lashes done, just got a lift. I was nervous at first, I didn’t know exactly what to expect or how the lash lifting process worked. LJ was very welcoming and walked me through the whole thing. Totally would recommend to anyone who wanted to try something new, she’d point you in the right direction. The studio has a soft energy that sets the mood for your appointment to be one of relaxation, I definitely caught myself dozing off at some parts. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience here, which I reviewed on Google, but the review has since been taken down. I booked an appointment at Sassy Lash Studio to get lash extensions before my wedding. The week of my wedding, I started getting red spots on my face. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a staph infection, which left crusty red pustules all over my cheeks and chin. Immediately after my diagnosis, I called Sassy Lash to let them know of my diagnosis. Because I was 22 hours before my appointment, and therefore officially into the 24 cancellation policy, they would not let me cancel without charging me for the full appointment. Keep in mind I was a new client, it was the week of my wedding, and I had a staph infection on my face. The owner said if I could find a replacement for my appointment, I would not be charged. None of the friends I called wanted the appointment and, in fact, were surprised that the owner couldn’t be more accommodating to what was clearly an extenuating circumstance. I showed up the next day to my appointment willing to receive the service to avoid paying fees. Upon seeing my face covered in red spots, the owner decided that she would cancel my appointment at no charge but then banned me from their establishment because “I didn’t agree with their cancellation policy.” My original review was taken down, but I was just recently recounting this incident to another local business owner, and I noticed my review had been deleted. The Sassy Lash owner never reached out to me after I posted the first review.

I’ve been getting my lashes done at Sassy Lash for about 2 and a half years now continuously, both LJ and Julie so an amazing job! I always get compliments on my lashes. The rooms are super comfortable, private and even have super comfy heated beds! They prioritize cleanliness and proper isolation; I’ve never once seen an extension attached to two natural lashes, which is both painful and causes damage. Never had painful pulling or poking. I’ll be a loyal customer for life! ❤️

I don’t know how I have never given Sassy Lash and Julie a review before but I RAVE about her to all of my family and friends! She has the absolute highest standards for her salon and services and it is truly reflected in the work she does and her relationship with her clients. I literally have her contact in my phone saved as “Lash Fairy 🧚‍♀️✨” because she also has such a calming, welcoming, and kind energy that literally radiates from her. I literally fall asleep every time I come to see her and she has magical fairy fingers that gently create masterpieces on your face. She has done my lash extensions, lash lifts, and eyebrow laminations and literally kills it every time. Like I said she has the absolute highest standards and has taken the time to tweak my lifts and extensions when she thinks she can do better. She also is so understanding and gracious about scheduling and everything in between. LOVE LOVE LOVE Julie AND Sassy Lash in general. This is a business you should support! I drive all the way from San Marcos to see her and I can’t imagine ever having anyone else touch my eyelids or eyebrows! P.S I also have very straight eyelashes that point directly down and are somewhat hard to lift. I have attached some photos of the beautiful work she has done over the years I have been coming to see her and as you can see with nothing on my eyelashes are barely visible and when I go in for my eyelash lift she literally transforms my eye shape. Also the lash extensions slayed every single time and I’m actually missing them looking at these pics. (Pls excuse my derpy face in some I wasn’t necessarily taking pics of the lashes but these were the best examples I could find 😂)

I have been going to Julie at Sassy Lash for several years and I LOVE my lashes!! I receive compliments from both men and women who always think they are my natural lashes (wink). I went to several places in the past but they never did as good a job as Julie. I have very fine lashes and she makes them look and feel fabulous! Thanks Sassy Lash!!

I've been going to The Sassy Lash for over two years. I have seen both Julie and LJ and have been thoroughly satisfied and impressed with their work. I get compliments on my eyelashes all the time! They look so natural, yet very full. I have never had the kinds of bad reactions (itchiness etc.) nor have I ever been "aware" of the lashes (you know when some lash technicians put too much adhesive on, or the lashes are too heavy, etc.?). Highly recommend!

I’m so unbelievably happy with this place! I’ve gotten my lashes lifted many times before elsewhere but nothing compares to this spot. I was born with super straight straight lashes Kelly and LJ made such a huge difference with my lashes- it’s life changing. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I have 0 complaints. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional and the studio is very clean. Making an appointment was super easy and they even send me little text reminders when my next one is coming up. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my lashes (I mean, who isn’t??) but Kelly listened to what I was looking for and translated it PERFECTLY. She absolutely nails it every time! I wake up at 4am every day for my job and I used to look like a gremlin. Now, I still look like a gremlin, but with bomb lashes. 1000% worth it!!!

I was really nervous getting eyelash extensions for the first time but LJ did an amazing job! She was very patient, kind, and professional and answered all my question prior to my appointment. I had some follow-up questions after my appointment over how to clean and take care of my lashes properly and spoke with Julie (the owner) and she was also very sweet and patient at answering all my questions. I'm so glad I found this place! Now I'm hooked on eyelash extensions.

I've gone to LJ for probably a year now to get a lash lift and it's been nothing but a great experience. She is extremely professional, explains what she is doing step by step so you understand what is going on, and has a very soothing voice to boost (I've definitely fallen asleep a few times). I also sincerely appreciate the efforts they've put into navigating COVID safely - they wear a mask, you wear a mask, everyone wears a mask, you also wear a partial face shield - it really puts me at ease. Great customer service and great results!

I have been seeing Julie for years, and I would trust no one else with my lashes. I am picky and particular...Julie has been wonderful as she is precise, quick, and gentle (and just as particular (or more) than me)! She makes sure her customers are happy, comfortable, and taken care of (I have fallen asleep getting brow waxed from her). From waxes to lash extensions to lash lifts, Julie makes sure to educate herself, communicate with her customer about vision, and then gets the exact job done! Julie is incredible! She is a true artist and is an expert in volume lashes. People constantly stop me and compliment me on my lashes. She is also a fabulous person too!! I will not trust anyone else with my lashes and the health of my nature lashes. She is always researching and finding ways to always be on top of her game and is up to date on current innovations. I can not say enough good things about her. She is as honest as they come and she will only do what is best and healthiest for your lashes. She really cares about her clients and if you are considering getting your lashes done look no further because Julie is your girl! She also does my brow tint and wax, and again she is an artist and perfectionist, and she has genuinely changed my whole look for the better! GO SEE JULIE YOU WONT REGRET IT!

LJ was amazing and very knowledgeable. I went to this salon due to not planning in advance at my normal salon and was traveling to Austin. I read the reviews and decided to go for it. I'm always skeptical whenever trying something new (you just never know what you're going to get) and while, I'm beyond happy with the results, it's now ruined my normal salon. :) Now, I'm frantically trying to find another salon around my home that can match LJ. The fast drying lash glue was a big selling point, as I feel that I have lost less lashes and I can go to the gym/shower without worrying about losing lashes.

L👏🏼J👏🏼 L👏🏼J👏🏼 L👏🏼J👏🏼 L👏🏼J👏🏼 L👏🏼J👏🏼 I CANNOT post that enough: L👏🏼J👏🏼!!!! She is my girl. I followed her from her previous studio to here because she’s just THAT good, y’all. Really, seriously. I’ve recently developed this awful issue in the past 5 years where the lashes on my right eye go straight AF and obscure my vision all day; I’m constantly lifting my lashes with my finger, so much so, my friends have told me I look like I have a nervous tic! LJ, in the past 2 years I’ve been seeing her, completely reverses my terrible lash-tastrophe, every time. She’s a saint. Book with her today, you won’t regret it.

Was trying to find somewhere closer to my place- and I needed my brows done ASAP. Needed to come in so last minute- and when I booked online I didn’t see that Julie isn’t taking new clients and when I got there, she STILL took me in! She tinted my brows and lashes perfectly and was so informative about all of my random questions! Will 100% be a returning customer :)
