The first time my friend and I had pedicures the service was amazing. The second time not so much. We had scheduled 3 pedicures a few days in advance and there were 2 ladies working with the 3 of us. 2 of my friends had to wait between each service (nails, mask, lotion, massage) to the point where they were just sitting there while product hardened on their legs. We asked one lady (she did the manicure in our group of 4) which pedicure she recommends and she was not very friendly and said they are all the same, which didn't make sense considering they are all different prices. We laughed because she didnt even smile or greet us when we arrived. There was also a very young child working there, which felt odd to see. The atmosphere is nice, the facility is very clean. The young lady with the Cafe was very sweet and friendly and the teas were delicious.

Absolutely the best place in town. I will not go anywhere else. The staff there is very friendly and talented. My nails look great every time I leave.

I've visited this place twice for gel nail polish, and the same lady did my nails each time. She was very kind and did a beautiful job. The second time, there was an air bubble under one of my nails, and she fixed it the next day without any issue. My daughter joined me and had a great experience, too. Her favorite part about this spa is that the bubble tea shop is right next door—she's a regular there! They know her by name and even remember her order every time. I look forward to getting my nails done again.

If I could give them a 0 I would! Very rude and disrespectful! Manger has a nasty condescending attitude I went here back in 2017-2018 and it wasn’t the best experience BUT I thought to give it a try and I will NEVER IN THE HISTORY OR EVERRRRRRR return here! My pedicure was rushed! My toes are rushed and I have polish on my skin! Wasn’t a welcoming experience at all! EDIT: since u waited to respond so late! My “other reviews” is MY experience when my friends want to try NEW places and I’m satisfied at the nail salon I go to! I was just with my friend that recommended this place and oh I’m sorry I have my dates wrong I didn’t go check my videos “April 12 2019” 🤣 but sense you so desperately need to respond negatively to comments I’ll shows you the work that was done so you CANT deny the rushed and unwelcoming job this place did ☺️ FYI I just left and all the white around my toes? You guessed it clear coat and on one toe I have purple polish on my skin🥲

It's take almost a year since I had a pedicure from here for the ingrown toenails to fully heal. The girl hurt me so bad. She cut my nails back so far they bled.

Horrible experience. Left with cuticles bleeding all over and my nails shaped like blobs. Nail tech was rude and acted irritated with me and took it out on my cuticles. I never get my nails done and it was a special treat to myself to get them done for vacation. I want to hide my ugly misshapen nails in my pockets. So disappointed in the whole experience.

My daughter gave me a gift card for Mother’s day a few years ago and I finally booked a pedicure with the Sense Spa. My husband came with me as well, as we are going on vacation. Walking in, the place is beautiful. But then the vibe changes a bit. The young girl who greets you does not smile and seems sad. She does not want to be there. My husband had a female tech who was so kind and she took her time. He loved his pedicure with her! He even fell asleep twice from the massaging. My experience was different… The only guy there was my tech, he may have been the manager or owner. He did a rough quick job. He was interrupted by his phone most of the time he was working on my feet. He talks on the phone, texts and gets up to do other stuff around the salon. Part of his massage routine is to punch the bottom of your feet. Like wth?! When I got home, I noticed the back of my heels are dry and flaky. Not sure why he didn’t scrub my entire foot. Personally I will not be going back because my experience was not what I prefer when I get a pedicure. But I would love to find out who the thick Spanish or Indian girl is, as she rocked my husbands pedicure. He would def book with her again. The guy should take notes from this darling employee. She could teach him how to do a real pedicure, as that is what people pay for.

this was my first time coming here so i was a bit nervous but i’m SO glad i did! i had an appointment and i was able to get in right away. all of the workers were very nice and helpful. my nail tech was vivian, she helped me decide what was right for me and she took her time making sure my nails look amazing, which they do! they look just like my reference photo. will definitely be coming here again:)

I had been a faithful customer who tipped well. The last and final time I went I have never been treated so poorly by a nail tech who works there and then by Vivian one of the owners. I called for an appointment, scheduled with Ryan for Vivian. I arrived early and just sat for a bit talking to a lady that Vivian was working with. Appointment was for 9, sat until 9:30 ish and had not been approached by anyone even though I had checked in. Ryan came over and asked did I need something, I said yes I have an appointment with Vivian, well they shoved me over to the rude mail tech, you could tell he wasn’t happy to do my nails. He started in on me about not having and appt etc. I said well I do with Vivian. Of course by now they are all chatting and not in English. Mind you there are only 3 clients there with 3 nail techs. Long story short: terrible work on my nails, confronted when paying with the rudest nail tech with a flip off. Ryan trying to make peace, I was crying as I was so shocked by this treatment. I left, 1 day later I stop in to see if I can get a repair done because of the less then par work done by this man. Topped it off with being expected to pay for the 1 mail to be fixed. Oh, and I still tipped the man who did my nails.. never again and I would not recommend. Customer service is clearly not important to them. Sad former customer

I would give 10 stars if our appointments started at our scheduled time. However, the spa is gorgeous, the services were wonderful and the staff are lovely. I don't know the name of the tech who did my nails (she had beautiful natural curly hair) but she was phenomenal. I can't wait to get another pedicure with her.

Really weird vibe at this salon because of the staff more specifically the older male there. Clearly there is issues with scheduling and quoting and as I’ve read he messes up the appointments quite often with what is actually expected (time, and kind of appointment scheduled). Plus oddly being yelled at/almost like shamed for their mistake, really weird vibe. The pedi chairs are actually a bit uncomfortable and favorable to shorter gals like myself. Compared to others I’ve been at. Place aesthetically is really nice. But not a good experience at all:/

I got my acrylic done and I had to remove them after 2 weeks. They had filed my nail down to the point where they were hurting so bad. This bruise also has been there since the beginning. They treated me bad the whole time and disregarded when I told them it hurt. They didn’t care about how I felt they were just rushing to get the nails done so the line could go down.

I had the best first experience at The Sense Spa this afternoon. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff were so helpful and easy to talk to, and my holiday nails look amazing! I love the care everyone took to make sure I was comfortable and left feeling great about my manicure and pedicure. Can't wait to come back again!

I’ve gone to the Sense Spa numerous times, mainly for full sets, but I’ve gotten a pedicure there too. All services have always been amazing, and the staff is always wonderful! The spa always has a such a great atmosphere and you walk in and it’s always so clean. This most recent time I went with my mom and we got holiday nails done with designs and both Ryan and Keyla did AMAZING! I’ve never gotten a design on my nails before and Keyla killed it! So did Ryan on my mom’s nails! Absolutely love our nails and can’t wait to go back soon!

My second time here to get a pedicure. My first time as well made appointments with a friend at the same time to get pedis done, we got to sit by each other but we did not get our pedis done at the same time. This second time there on June 8th 2023, I got the nail tech man who was constantly on the phone or talking to the girl who runs around and signs you in and out. The pedicure was very rough! I am a diabetic and my feet hurt during and after the appointment. My one big toe also go infected from him trimming/ pulling part of my nail/ skin by my nail out. I will not be going back here again as I usually enjoy pedis but this was a very unpleasant experience.

Recently had a pedicure and that was great but wasn't great was the kids running around and screaming. I wanted a relaxing spa experience! If I wanted to hear kids, I could have stayed home! I have a feeling, this isn't a one time occurrence because staff was delighted to have them play among clients. Sorry I won't be back, I like quiet spa experiences

staff isn't welcoming or professional. Got a pedicure and they barely massaged me, also a manicure and had the staff constantly walk away, rush, book appointments in my face, stop my service to answer the phone too. Just so unprofessional. Do not go here. Such a waste of money
