I am very dissatisfied with my hair stylist. She was very dry & did not have the greatest customer service. I told her to cut just a little bit of my hair & proceeded with cutting TOO much off. She clearly seen I was unhappy with my hair cut & did nothing to accommodate me or the price. DO NOT GO HERE.

Reylene is Magic. This was my 2nd haircut with her and it's even better than the 1st one, which was really good too! Price: Worth it! I've been back in this general area for 11 years & this is the best!

They raised the price from 28 bucks from a guys haircut to $38. Plus tip. So I'm done going there.

I feel very let down by my hairdresser. I did not get her name nor do I want to put her on blast, and her ability to cut hair is not in question, but I walked out of the haircut feeling like I wasn't listened to. I showed her several reference pictures and verbalized that I didn't want much length taken off the top and sides, trying to go from a mullet to a wolf cut, but I ended up with a pixie cut with a long back. I know my hairdressers doesn't need to know my entire hair journey to respect what style I was looking for, but I feel she didn't listen to the basic elements of what I was asking. Also she was incredibly rough washing my hair, I almost told her to stop. Staring off to the TV when I was telling her what I wanted after showing her pictures, visually giving me cues that she wasn't interested in understanding what I wanted. I've been to the shop several times when I wasn't growing out my hair and they do great short cuts, but this experience has made me decide I can't come back here while I grow out my hair because it will all be chopped off :(

I had a trim by Aly today and she did awesome! It’s a super fun place with a great, family friendly atmosphere. My husband hung out with our baby while I had my haircut. Very affordable and very friendly people.

They have a "no appointments" sign but you can call in and reserve a specific stylist at a specific time. The phone reservations take priority over people actually waiting on the shop. This increases the wait time in the shop. The "no appointments" sign is misleading. Haircut was meh. To the owner's response - a phone reservation is an appointment. Therefore you can't claim to be no appointments.

We got my daughter's hair cut here today. We usually use great clips, but we haven't been happy with the quality of the cuts. The shop costs a bit more, but it's worth it. You get a much more even cut there!

I’ve been going to The Shop for over 10 years now. Always ask for Kim for hair coloring! She’s amazing, and always does what you’re looking to do. I’ve also seen a few other stylist like Kathy etc. Never had a bad experience. It’s a busy salon. They don’t take appointments but you can call in ahead to lock in the time you’re planning to come in.

Linda, who cut my hair was amazing. She did a fantastic job and was incredibly kind. Walked in on Saturday morning - no wait. Would recommend booking an appointment ahead of time, nonetheless.

I have been getting my hair cut here (mostly by Corrine ❤️) for like 20 years. Love the vibe, love the service. I always walk out looking great!

Good place. Great haircut. Talented hairstylist. Everything went well, except they overcharged me. They had quoted me some price earlier, but after i got the service they charged me double the quoted price, and simply said sorry.

Great experience with kids haircut! Very attentive and flexible staff. Will be coming again. 2024 Update: we have been coming to Linda for 1 yr now and she is so good with the kids! The Shop is lucky to have her! 🌹.

I booked an appointment specifically for a wash + women’s haircut. The haircut turned out fine, but my stylist completely ignored the reference pictures I showed her and I had to ask twice to get the length short enough to even close to what I was looking for. It was also the fastest haircut of my life - I felt extremely rushed and she never washed my hair…looking at other reviews now I can see that other customers had similar experiences. Frustrating that I booked for a wash + cut and left with dirty hair. They also charged me the full price for a wash + cut and when I said that I never got my hair washed, they said that a wash was included in the price but I had to ask for it. If it’s included in the price, shouldn’t it be offered for every haircut? Super disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend, especially for women’s haircuts where a wash prior to cutting is essential.

I take my son here to see Kathy. She has been cutting his hair since he was 2, so she is great with the Littles. We have had several other stylist cut his and my husband's hair and we have never had a complaint. Call early to get your appointment, as they only take same day appointments.

The attention is terrible. The lady who was in front has a terrible attitude. I went to ask about a haircut and color services and he answered that I could do it myself at home. The other young girl had a good attitude and was very kind and tried to answer my questions.

They allow walk-in appointments. Very accommodating staff. I wanted to donate my hair and my hair stylist Alisha went above and beyond to make that happen. And gave me a great haircut. Will definitely go back.

Very disappointing, Unprofessional hairdresser that doesn't even know anything between hair that has color or not, and when I said that I never colored my hair in past 15 years and she wouldn't believe me. I'm sorry that I thought this place was good and I went there. But I noticed right away that at least the person I talked to was very unprofessional. I wish good luck for people go there.
