They are always so happy to answer any questions or concerns I have and consult with me about home care for my skin as well. They are so knowledgeable and I always receive the best compliments on my skin everywhere I go. I won’t go anywhere else.

I just completed a series of Tetra Pro CO2 Laser and my results are phenomenal. The laser literally took 15 years off my skin! Kristen and The Skin Chic team are highly educated and experienced and truly customized my laser treatment to address my skin concerns. Kristen and her team listened to what my skin concerns were (which were many) and customized my treatments to my concerns. They addressed all with such intensity and professionalism and were able to literally make my skin look 15 years younger!! Absolutely incredible!! I could not recommend the CO2 laser treatment series more!!! I am ecstatic with my results!!! No words to explain, my confidence is back and my skin is beautiful and youthful again!! Every interaction at the Skin Chic has been nothing short of exceptional. Every associate has been professional, compassionate and so welcoming. My skin has never looked better at 37 after having 2 kids. I can’t remember a time when I’ve truly loved my skin (which is sad). Wish I would’ve seen Kristen and her team sooner. Kristen and her team at Skin Chic are always great! I found them online because I like the product lines they use. I loved the customized facial I had at my very first visit. I’ve since had great results treating my hyperpigmentation with the PicoSure and CO2 lasers. I would 100% recommend the Skin Chic for anyone looking for results when it comes to your skin.

I’ve never been big into skincare. I was always a water on the face girl and no make up. Working in a hospital and going into my 40s has changed my outlook. I have done things here and there for facials with Kristen and her ladies but once I started getting red from masking again all day at work I had to correct this. The ladies at skin chic got me hooked in December with a custom facial and I started an at home skin regimen with products I got from The Skin Chic. They have worked wonders for my redness. I also(being 42) jumped on microneedling. I just finished my 3rd one a few weeks ago in the 3 series and the difference in my skin is phenomenal. Microneedling is my new jam. Now I will go every 6mo for a session to keep my skins collagen up and hopefully never Dysport again! Of course other things in between such as dermaplane and hypercustomized facials and all the other goodies they offer! If you want great looking skin by one of the top professionals go see Kristen and her ladies at The Skin Chic. It can be an investment but your skin is worth investing in!

This is my absolute GO TO skin place. I buy all my products here, get facials on a regular basis, and they even helped remove my microblading on my eyebrows. They made me look so good for my wedding! I wouldn’t go anywhere but here!

I knew with my acne scarring, I needed microneedling, but I was terrified after the experience I had at another place locally (VB) in 2022. The staff at Skin Chic was more than knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all my questions and concerns. I've had two sessions of microneedling, six weeks apart, and the experience has truly been less traumatizing and less painful than my very first experience at the other spa here. From going through my current routine, to explaining the procedure, benefits, and proper aftercare, the experience has been wonderful. They even provided a small bag of aftercare to ensure proper healing. They truly know skin inside and out, and as someone who has been to multiple spas in the past few years, I have never been as educated about skin as I was here at the skin chic.

I have been doing laser hair removal and am blown away at my results after just 3 treatments I am barely shaving already and still have 3 more to go. I have always suffered terribly from bad folliculitis/ razor bumps, so this has truly been life changing for me. I have now started getting customized facial treatments with their girls as well which are absolutely mind blowing! No question it will be the best facial you have ever experienced. I went in for the 2 hour consult. The owner looked at my skin & told me exactly what I needed to do to get the results I wanted. She came up with a 3 month plan & then a long term plan. I didn't hesitate to go with her suggestion (I came in with idea of costs already), after my first micro-needling my face is already 100x improvement!!! I don't have major skin issues and don't have a lot of signs of aging, but I did know I could enhance my natural features & prevent future aging. The Skin Chic knew what I wanted and her expertise was spot on!! She could identify the areas I wanted to improve on. I've been to other places, none bad, but it's hard to explain walking in someplace & her looking at me and without hesitation nicely suggesting the exact treatment path for what I wanted to improve on without me even saying anything. You will spend top dollar but it's worth every penny!!!

Kristen and her amazing team are just that, amazing! I have been coming to see her for facials for 3 years now. She has always been very truthful, honest and upfront with everything skin care related. She has me looking youthful and younger than my age. I recommend her and all the ladies here to EVERYONE. People ask me all the time what make up I’m wearing - and half the time I have nothing but a tiny bit of concealer under my eyes. My skin is looking that good! You will not be disappointed!!
