She cared, asked questions and was extrememely thorough! Kasey not only gave me an amazing salt facial, but, in addition, a hand, arm and scalp massage! Oh! She also turn on a special device that massaged my stiff calf muscles! After a long day at work, I suddenly was in another world - a heavenly dimension! When the experience ended, I looked radiant, relaxed and ready to hit the town! Kasey put the pep back into my step and made me feel super excited to embark on this holiday season. Love the Skin RN! Francine is excellent, knowledgeable, informative and gentle, been working on under eye hollowness and wrinkles. She knew just what to do and the results have been amazing! Kacy is an amazing aesthetician! I have signed up for monthly facials with her and it has been the best treat! The salt facial is fantastic!

Not only have Francine's treatments worked wonders, she's changed my entire way of thinking about medical aesthetic procedures. She's passionate, fantastic at explaining the science and mechanics behind every procedure she does, and helps you work toward larger goals with realistic timeframes. Everything we've done, from Botox to PRF and Salt Facials has really helped me ease into aging a lot more gracefully. After trying a couple of “elite” spas in the city only to be disappointed with the lack of interest/concern, the rushed process and the purchase pressure to only end up with a result that was less than impressive, I was so happy when The Skin RN was recommended to me. Enter Francine and the narrative changed! During my first appointment she took the time to listen to my concerns, let me know what the best course should be for me personally, what product(s) would be best and set a timeline to ensure that what was done would work and allow us time to change course if needed. For my first appointment she mapped out my face (with a ruler and special pencil) and explained why and where the injections would be to ensure the results I was concerned about. Fast forward a year and a half and she’s still taking the same care. She’s HONEST with the timelines and NEVER tries to sell a procedure that would not benefit me to line her pockets. I’m always 100% satisfied with her work and prices (which are never inflated) and you will be too! If you’re tired of the “drive thru experience” and are looking for that “friend” who will be honest with you, is extremely knowledgeable (that’s where the RN part comes in) and truly loves what she does, you need to book your appointment with Francine ASAP, you won’t regret it. Francine is amazing at her job! I cannot recommend her more!! It was my first experience with any injections- all I knew about was Botox. It never experienced it. She was so knowledgeable about what was best for my skin and getting rid of my wrinkles! She’s so reasonably priced. I’ve gone back twice and have my third appointment next week!
