I went there this past week with a group of friends. We absolutely loved our services. Everyone at the spa was so friendly and accommodating. The snacks and drinks were delicious. The ambiance was amazing too! I would definitely go again, great experience.

For the past few months we have been tiling a house. All the floors and bathrooms are now done and we treated ourselves with a soak and a massage. It was excellent, so relaxing. We each got the 30-minute pick-two combo and added on drinks and snacks. It was everything we wanted it to be. Our massage therapists was Tanisha and she was wonderful! This was our third visit and we will be back.

What a great place to relax. Lower leg massage add-on with the soak, I think, is a must!! I vacation in Madison, NH, every year and make this a part of the vacation. Yes, wife loves it, too!!

Amazing experience. It was so relaxing and refreshing. I went with my partner for my birthday and we each did a regular foot soak. We didn’t do any add ons, but I would probably try one next time. The staff and atmosphere are both lovely. Definitely treat yourself to a tea. Our little spa area was so calming and I can’t wait to go back.

I love this place for a quick self care activity after a long hike or just to relax. The staff were super friendly, respectful of space, and accommodating. The soak options are plentiful, and you can buy soak packages to take home. I do wish they offered more than just foot soaks because the atmosphere is too good for just feet. If you need a quick escape for restoration, check them out.

I went with my daughter during a recent trip to NH. From booking to the actual treatment went smoothly. We even purchased foot soaks to take home with us! Lana gave my daughter a head/neck massage & me a leg/foot massage. She was friendly, and gave wonderful massages. A lovely worker came by several times to refill our hot water, only if we needed/wanted it. The only part I would give 4:5 stars is the fact that you can hear what is happening in the front (very loud due to open ceilings) as well as in the "rooms" around you. Areas are sectioned off only by curtains (so they can host larger parties). Next time we are in the area, we would definitely go back for another treatment with Lana!

What a simple and amazing experience. After a long day of hiking or shopping, this is the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate your body! This was my first time trying a soaking pot. The experience was so wonderful that I actually fell asleep. Perfect for an individual or for a large group. There is a spa like environment. Lots of options to choose from on the menu, and lots of price points for your preference. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I tried the coconut lavender bath and it was fabulous. Plenty of parking. Looking forward to next time!

What a unique experience! I chose the Summit Soak due to foot and leg issues due to a fracture/surgery. An hour of soaking , where hot water is added every ten minutes or so. Whatever soreness and discomfort I had is gone. Would have stayed all day if I could. Next time we visit will add the foot/leg massage and maybe the facial. And the price for the soak is an affordable luxury.

I wasn’t sure what to expect however I was delighted with an experience that was more relaxing than a massage and really was able to both have a wonderful experience. The relaxation and treatment area was behind a big sliding copper styled door. The detail really made the experience. Inside there were large and comfortable arm chairs that y9ou just sink into. Between them was a perfect stand for the teas and snacks. While I passed on the tea and just got ice water I wish I had gotten a tea and snack because it would have been a nice part of the experience. I will go back just for this. Then the attendant rolled in big copper foot soaking pots. I have big feet and these pots were enormous! You get to choose between 10 or so foot soaks with different aromas and experiences which is nice. The water was so soothing on my feet and lower legs. They had smooth river stones in the bottom of the pots to work your feet into which was a nice touch. The attendant frequently came by to see if you wanted a top off of hot water. Later in the soak they came by to towel off your feet and then offer a spray of peppermint oil that really made the experience. My feet have never felt better. I will be going back frequently as it was so peaceful and relaxing. A nice tea would have made this even better so next time I will definitely get this and an add on foot bub. Such a wonderful place that is an amazing alternative to a massage.

This place is absolutely magical. As soon as you enter the room you immediately feel at ease. The refills on hot water, the massages, the fruit trays, the customer service - all of these items make for such an amazing experience.

Great place. My friend brought me here as a birthday gift. We got the Apres Ski package. It was an hour soak and included tea and a platter with cheese, olives, fruit, nuts and crackers. It was delicious. They add hot water to your soak about every 15 minutes. Very relaxing. Staff was very friendly. I'll definitely return.

The positives: Our therapist, Lana, was very informative on alternative medicines and healthy foods and lifestyle. Her demeanor was very calming and definitely what I expected from a place of relaxation. Thanks Lana, I hope you continue a great life journey. The attendant, Skyler, regularly added warm water to our pots and seems genuinely to enjoy her work at the place! Kudos to Skyler! The negatives: The front desk woman needs an attitude adjustment. We walked in at the time we were told to and the first thing she said in a very condescending tone was “Do you want something?” (I almost walked out then). Very little explanation of what the experience would be. She just asked what size shoe we wear and handed us flip flops. We left our shoes in a dark corner. I noticed small lockers, but weren’t told if we should use them. The treatment area is painted and decorated all black. She said our therapist would be in soon, closed a black curtain and left. I think a more neutral color scheme would be more soothing. Felt like I was in some sort of medieval dungeon. Probably a clock behind the chairs would help as the therapist was constantly checking her wristwatch which made me feel like I was causing her to run late. Even though we were done in less than an hour and I never saw/heard anyone else come in. If you don’t get an add on service, you’d be sitting there for a long time staring at a black curtain in low light. Maybe they could suggest bringing a book or magazine (since none are provided and phones are discouraged.) Small thing, but, a plastic water cup? Really, felt like a kid. Get some cheap real glass tumblers. Will I go back? Probably not, primarily because of the attitude of the front desk woman. For an overpriced foot bath, she could be a bit more gracious.

I was hesitant about trying this, which was referred by a friend, but it is a nice relaxing experience. They top up the hot water every 10 minutes. I tried to get an add-on massage, but everyone was booked. I do think they shouldn't charge you for a tea, and it should be included in the price considering tea bags cost pennies. They have single, double or rooms with 4 chairs which is perfect for a group.

Service was disappointing. The receptionist lacked warmth and seemed bothered by our group. Our special charcuterie board order was consolidated into three plates instead of six, which left some unable to enjoy the food. During checkout, the receptionist rudely insisted on one credit card or cash, contrary to what was understood during reservation. Overall, the experience was unsatisfying.

This spa is wonderful! We enjoyed our soaks, and the various soak options. The Summit was just what I needed. The guys in our group all chose the Cedarwood and smelled fantastic. Three of us in the group chose to add on a head, neck, shoulder massage. The ladies who did our massages were fantastic. The massage was very relaxing and just what we needed after a long week of activities. I do recommend wearing a loose-fitting top or wear a tank top under your shirt so that it can be removed. It will make your experience much better. The other three in our group chose foot, lower leg massages. They were also very happy with their choice. I really enjoyed the tea that I ordered with my soak. There were several options and surely something for everyone. I have to say, I wish we had a Soaking Pot where I live. I would certainly be a regular! One of the things I loved most is what happened after I left. I realized later that I had forgotten my necklace when I was done with my massage and soak. We had only gone across the parking lot to eat so I just walked back over to the spa to see if it had been found. It had not at that point, but they were unable to look at that moment since they were working with other clients. I appreciated the fact that they wished to not disrupt the clients that were enjoying their own soak. The lady at the desk took my name, number, and description of the necklace. She assured me that she would call me as soon as it was located. Later that evening I got a call and they had found it. They were going to be closing soon and I would not be able to make it back to the spa before closing. We were flying out the next morning and would not be able to pick it up. She, without me asking, said that she would stay until I got there so that i could get my necklace. This was above and beyond! We would definitely go back!

Whenever we take a trip to NH in February and October we try to always set up an appt at The Soaking Pot. We always do the herbal foot soak with tea and 2 add ons. We recently visited this past Saturday and the ladies made us feel so relaxed with our massage. They always come by with hot water to fill up the copper pot too, so the water stays nice and toasty. They have lots of items to purchase as well, so I brought home a few special goodies to treat myself. Thank you for always providing a warm, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere.

The massage was great as well as the sweetness of the workers. Although, there were a few things that will make me not come back. One of the front desk members was rude when I arrived (I had called, too, because there was an accident and I couldn’t help that I wasn’t stuck in traffic so I even let them know) but thankfully a younger team member jumped in when she heard the attitude and reassured me it was ok and that I just needed to put flip flops on. That same rude desk member asked me if I wanted to pick a tea, so I said yes but I didn’t realize it would be an up charge, ugh. That same member must have been talking about me because another random worker mentioned the car accident before I left, which is fine but weird that it came up once again. Anyway, overall, not my favorite and not very relaxing except for the massage. If you enjoy soaking your feet in boiling water with a ton of dried herbs and rocks in it, go for it. If not, maybe get a massage elsewhere, especially because other customers won’t be quiet in the spa either. :( big thanks to Susan / Sue and the sweet team members who made the experience bearable though!

This place is magical. Once you enter you’re transform into a beautiful zen place. I had the peppermint coconut soak. The smell was soothing and relaxing. I also added a lower leg massage. The staff was very attentive and made sure the soak was at an optimum temperature. I wish there was one closer to me. When I visited North Conway again I’ll definitely visit again
