The Encore Spa was not very relaxing. Everything is super lit up, as in bright too much light. The jacuzzi area is always loud. There is only one room called the tranquil room that had good vibes but it's where the masseuse person comes to get you. So it's usually full. Not impressed with drinks and snack options. Basically nuts, coffee, and tea. The jacuzzi has missing parts and tile is stained/dirty. Definitely not worth what I paid for.

I had the BEST massage of my life here. I have never felt better after a massage, my back felt amazing and all the tension in my upper back disappeared. Noelani was awesome, great experience she's very relaxed and friendly. Ask for her!

Many comparable spas along the Strip boast extensive, multifaceted facilities with a broader array of amenities, such as hydrotherapy pools, steam and sauna rooms, and unique wellness treatments. An expansion could position Encore Spa at the pinnacle of luxury wellness destinations, truly setting it apart in the competitive landscape of spa retreats. In conclusion, while there are areas that could be improved, the Encore Spa remains a true gem in the world of spa retreats. With impeccable cleanliness, captivating decor, and staff that exude professionalism and genuine care, it offers a memorable and rejuvenating escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. I loved this spa! I had an oxygen infused facial. Originally, I chose the purifying, but my esthetician recommended the oxygen one so I went along with it. The results were superb! This spa was the most fruitful of ANY I had ever been to and I’m so glad I visited! The extractions weren’t as painful as past spas, and although the oxygen infusing machine was supposed to be painless, my face felt like it was being endlessly stabbed and pricked. Still, the results speak for themselves. My skin is so much clearer.

I had an amazing time at The Encore Spa. I utilized the sauna and shower before my massage. The massage was one of the best I have had in my life. Afterwards, I soaked in the hot tub. Clean facilities, great staff, and beautiful surroundings.

I recently visited this spa, and it was an absolute paradise! The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel completely pampered. My massage with Uriel was nothing short of extraordinary, with the therapist targeting every knot and tension point. The facilities were pristine, and the overall experience left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I can't recommend this spa enough—it's the perfect escape from everyday stress!

Last weekend I had a 40 th birthday girl friend spa get together at Wynn spa. The assistant was not courteous , I am postpartum and pumping bread milk prior to spa appointment so I can lay flat on my stomach. I respectfully asked if there is a colder location to save milk for my baby. The assistant refused without any explanation. This made me worry the whole massage time , the was not worth experience for 420 dollar including 20 percent gratuity. We expect places like these to be inclusive for breast feeding moms / postpartum moms

We had a quite disappointing experience at Wynn Encore Spa. We booked a few days at the Wynn Encore hoping to enjoy the spa, which made the disappointing even bigger, as we could've chosen a different hotel with a good spa... All in all, it was a good learning, but sad experience. The location is well maintained with good amenities. At least this deserves a plus. Otherwise, the customer service and communication were surprisingly bad for a high end location like this. I booked a couple massage planning to spend a few hours with my partner for his birthday. While our goal was to spend time together, nobody informed us that the Spa is fully separate for men and women and there is not even one relaxing area where you can stay with your partner inside. This is not mentioned in the presentation materials either. Phones are forbidden inside so you cannot communicate with someone while being inside. When we arrived we were asked to sign forms which, in short, are for waiving any rights to complain in case you are injured during the procedures or unsatisfied with the experience. This was absurd. The Spa takes no responsibility in case anything goes bad for the customer. You only learn all the details at the time of the appointment. Of course, you cannot cancel on the spot without paying 50% price penalty (applied any time you cancel in less than 6h before the appointment). We went ahead with the appointment. When I wanted to discuss about the gender separation policy I was told they informed be upon arrival and I signed the formed, so I waived any concerns. Therefore, make sure you record your phone call and ask in advance everything before sharing your payment card information for an appointment. Learning about mandatory forms to sign and policies on the spot is not something you want to deal with.

I recently visited the Encore Spa in Las Vegas and had a truly amazing massage; the therapist was skilled, and the service was incredibly relaxing. However, for the premium price, the overall amenities did not live up to expectations. The selection of refreshments was disappointing, with only room temperature water bottles, basic tea, and watered-down coffee available. The snacks were lackluster, lacking both flavor and variety. For a luxury spa, I would have expected a few extra touches, perhaps some fresh fruit or a mini fridge stocked with refreshing drinks. The cleanliness was also below par. Throughout my visit, I noticed used towels left around the facility in the sauna, by the pool, and near the showers. It felt like I was cleaning up after others just to find a comfortable space to relax, which took away from the tranquil experience I was hoping for. Encore Spa has a beautiful ambiance and skilled therapists, but the lack of attention to detail in amenities and upkeep falls short of what you’d expect for the price. If they could improve on these aspects, it would make for a much more enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

I’ve been to many of the best spas in the country. This easily tops my list. In a city with incredible spas, this is tied for the best 4 for me. I love the amber glow in the steam room, the two temperatures of cold plunges, and the warm vibe of the staff and sauna. I’ve been at least 20 times over 10 years and I’ll keep coming back.

I called 2 separate times regarding facial reservations. Both times I mentioned this was for a date and that I wanted to stay with my husband. Neither time was it mentioned that the spa was not co-ed. I have young children, so I really treasure the rare times I am able to spend alone with my husband. I was told I would be contacted my someone, but almost a week has passed and there has been no call. We enjoyed the friendly staff and little snacks available. Overall, it seems overpriced for what you get unless maybe you spend all day in the spa. The robes I'm sure were nice when they were new, but mine was pretty mangled. You can see a lot of money was spent for aesthetics, which makes sense since it's Vegas.

We stayed at the Wynn and book massages for 2 and was recommended to come to the Encore side. Front desk lady was Jasmine, she was kind and friendly. Our masseurs were Regina and lady with glasses and pony tail (sorry forgot her name), both received 80mins aroma massage. We have never been to the Wynn spa but apparently this is bigger. There are 4 small pools, rain showers. Steam room and sauna room, also full shower amenities. Would return, we had a great experience.

Amazing and blissful! The spa is elegant, clean, and very comfortable. I want to give 10 stars to my massage therapist Rebecca from Nigeria! She is strong and had spectacular technique. I wish I could take her home with me, she used several therapeutic methods that I could totally benefit from long term! So this was more than a vacation massage, and she was super sweet as well. I always loved the Wynn and Encore customer service. But the customer service at the spa front desk, the manager on duty, and the spa attendants were very disappointing. It seems like they’re just not happy to be there and they don’t really care to take care of their spa guests. I’m never going back to this spa and I will not recommend to others.

One of the best SPA experiences I have ever encountered….. i had a Schd pedicure and with that I got access to the spa ….. I did the circuit….. quick shower ….. wet sauna …. Dry sauna …… warm plunge 80 degrees water….. hot tub 100 degree…. Then finally cold plunge 70 degree……. JUST like the Roman drew it up….. Don’t believe me look it up google it I dare you!!!!! This circuit gives rejuvenation and WHOLE NEW meaning!!!!! Thank you encore thank you!!! And the lounge warm heat chairs….. if you dont fall asleep you are not human….. it screams relax take break and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy peace and quiet !!!

Recently had my second experience here and I love all of the amenities here! Rachel did my massage again and she is by far the best Massuse I’ve ever had! The steam room, sauna, pools every thing is amazing. My only con is that it can be quite noisy in the pools due to the echo. Some of us are here to relax and not listen to other peoples conversations. So I do wish they would enforce maybe a whisper only policy? But that is my only issue otherwise this place is great and will be go to treat!

Super relaxing! I highly recommend a massage and just chilling in the spa. Definitely helped me detox after a crazy night of gluttony. With a scheduled massage, you have access to the spa and gym. Certain room tiers give you gym access too. There is an area with a TV and some drinks (flavored ice water, tea, requested juices too) and fruit. This is the only area where cell phone use is allowed. The spa is clothing optional and they have disposable shorts for you to use and slides. It is very clean and relaxing. I fell asleep on one of those warm chairs in the spa. There is a stream room, dry sauna, hot tubs, cold pools, private showers, etc.

The kind, gracious, and gentle customer service at the Encore spa is worth every single dollar spent. Both of the managers Teresa and Cami went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Thank you to the whole team! We had a very relaxing day and the most incredible facials. The facilities are flawless and breath-taking.

I have come to this spa many times, for the first time ever the staff was awful. Rude, inconsiderate, and made me feel uncomfortable. They entered the dressing room where I was undressed multiple times to have a conversation with me. I explained I was uncomfortable standing in front of them without clothes and it did not seem to matter. After 5+ years of coming here, it’s officially the last spa on my list in Vegas. And yes… it was racially motivated.

Kick out of the pool for having coke. It was not coke ir was pre work out. I asked them multiple times to call the police. I should have but my phone died, and I was afraid of them lying some more. Had to walk a few miles back with out my focus and ADHD was unbearable. Worse please to go on vacation or business. Would never recommend it.

amy’s spray tans will change your life!! to the point that my husband & i were deciding whether or not to stay here (at the wynn) again this year or at the venetian (as we have many others), and we landed on the wynn again just so i could walk to get a spray tan from amy. the rest of the spa looks wonderful as well!! but really really can’t recommend this custom tan enough

copy of email i sent to GM: To Wynn Peeps: Terrible experience. My wife checks in at 3:30 for a 4:00 massage. Goes to bathroom gets locker and does not accept sandals offered. No one told her to go to tranquility room. At 4:15 my wife goes to front desk to ask what’s going on then therapist told her she only has 30 minutes left. No one ever told her to go to tranquility room. My wife told attendant she was there for a massage and saw her sitting there. I randomly showed up to take a jacuzzi and steam and walked into this situation. That’s no even the bad part. I asked for spa manager, she was too busy to come out and made me wait 10 minutes. Then came out and gave me attitude. While I was telling our situation she was rude and kept saying to me to give her a chance to talk. She continually wouldn’t own the spas culpability here. Accused my wife of causing the issues. Mistakes happen but the attitude and the manager made it 100x worse. This will go online, I’m sure you’re big enough that you can bury 1 star reviews but I’m a bit pissed. We will be fine but four-season would never have handled it this way. Just trying to chill and have a nice weekend. Ms. Kingberg consider a different line of work !

Use to be my favorite in town. The maintenance of the facilities have gone down for a top notch spa. Statues & things are dusty, tiles broken & need to be deep cleaned they look mildewy. Amenities Are great & will still continue to go but would like more attention to detail. The snack selection has been the same for several years would like that changed up. Staff is always good

The lighting, music and above all the cleanliness - all exceptional. Plush seating, snacks along with beverages designed to encourage relaxation. Louisa was EXCELLENT! Do yourself a favor and make plans to visit - it is money well spent.

My husband and I opted for the 80 minute Good Luck Ritual, which is their signature massage. This is quite possibly the nicest spa we have been to. We were only briefly in the lobby waiting area, before separating into the women's and men's areas. I did not have time to take advantage of the rest of the spa options, but there was a cold water plunge, steam room, and jacuzzi available. Large rooms with lockers, luxurious robes, and sandals. Also, a private changing area if you wanted. A quiet and spacious lounge was available to wait in until you were collected for your treatment. Tea, coffee, and snack were offered self-serve style as well. The massage itself was phenomenal- scalp massage with oils, hand and foot exfoliation, and of course the massage itself. Perfect pressure, really helped after a long plane ride and lots of walking. I explored the shower area after. Very nice, very clean. Great pressure to get the oils off with a good selection of body wash and shampoo. Overall, a wonderful experience well worth the money. Highly recommend.
