just had a spa At Flying Horse day. What an amazing treat. I highly recommend the December special, mistletoe head to toe. The treatments were sumptuous, my nail tech, my massage therapist and my aesthetician, every one of them went over and above to make my day so relaxing, so empowering, so rewarding. I even found a new red sweater for the holidays at a very reasonable price! Thank you, Spa team it was a great day for me and my girlfriend. Now I can go be Mrs. Claus with confidence! Ho ho ho

Spa services we had was not good. 2 Technicians didn't follow the procedures we told them.But spa was clean area. We scheduled get 2 pedicures too but we're told none available for that day but when we came out of our spa time there was employee in spa area doing a pedicure on a customer.For all service fees (Rsf) they charge on property you would think customer service would be out standing.But only area we got great customer service was at breakfast buffet flying horse restaurant in morning time with Mietka our waitress we went there 2 days.Hotel stay :Yes I had talk to front desk about extra towels first day which took over 2 hours to receive the extra towels and had to talk to the front desk about extra coffee- but was told by manager of that area that only allow 6 coffee's per room per day and 1 lotion per stay.It is very nice place to stay but to question customers on things they need why staying with them is not great customer service to us.

Michelle ALONE rates 5 stars. She was absolutely amazing with my two teens and their first time facials. I booked here because they specifically offered teen facials on the website. However, when i went in to ask about the services, (acne vs. educational facials), the front desk lady was a bit rude, seemed annoyed, and just overall didn’t want to answer our questions, just wanted to book. Then when we came in, the girls weren’t offered the usual treatment of robes and spa shoes, we’re just told to go down to the front desk to check in, I had to bring up that it was their first treatment and yes, they want to be treated like the $300 cost this spa visit. Then downstairs, a different lady behind the counter was worse. Extra rude and annoyed, no bother with greeting or any kind of spa feel treatment. An extra thank you to the aesthetician Michelle for turning it all around and for taking care of them. She was polite, extremely helpful, and patient. Unfortunately , we will not return to this spa. Too expensive and just a weird experience with service.

First time and it was amazing. Highly recommend Josh and the June special coffee cbd body treatment/massage. Don’t let June run out! Definitely will be booking again and again.

The Spa is 5 star. I’m not one to pamper myself often, but I’m SO glad I decided to while staying at the lodge. Had my first facial ever and Michelle did an amazing job. I’ll be touching my face all day in awe of its softness. And I had Joshua for the CBD stress relief massage. It was excellent! The service from everyone I encountered was superb. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to make sure the robes in the locker that’s assigned is appropriate for the person getting it. I’m on the hefty side and got a Medium. They were more concerned with my shoe size I think. Anyway. Obviously a small thing but just check it before you get undressed 😉 I highly recommend you splurge and go visit them!

I had a great experience at The Spa and highly recommend! From booking to checkout, I felt like a valued guest and turns out you don’t have to be a member! Brady gave me a fantastic pedicure and was very personable and genuine. By far the best spa in Colorado Springs!

I went today for the basic couples massage and it was awesome! My hamstring has been bothering for a few weeks. I’ve been stretching a lot and using ice and heating pad but it was still bothersome. It’s been 10 hrs since my massage and it hasn’t hurt at all! Will definitely visit again 😍, maybe for our anniversary in August. Also very impressed that they were able to get us booked on short notice. Thank you!

Well wish i did not have to even give them a star!!! I cancelled after finding out i had covid they charged me $50% of my service. We have gone here many for years and spent lots of money!!! They do not care about their clients THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Way over priced and not even that good we mostly went for convenience!! But we won’t be going back i can tell you that!!! BYE BYE FLYING HORSE YOU LOST SOME GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon I spent at the Spa at Flying horse. Morgan provided a relaxing environment and amazing service. I did not want my facial to end! My skin thanks her. Katie was sure to offer a very relaxing massage, complete with foot scrub. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the service and also was sure to address any areas of concern. The environment was phenomenal and Glen's customer service was a great addition to the experience. Thank you all!

Doesn’t get any better than this on the north side. Hopefully they decide to get Internet/WiFi down there since your cell phone won’t work the whole time you’re downstairs 🤷‍♀️

I went for my first time the other day for a Mothers Day gift. The staff was so warm and welcoming, answered all of my questions. The environment is definitely calming and beautiful. I got the sugar scrub, with a mani and pedi. I think the lady who did the scrub was named Tayler and Brady did my nails. I definitely plan on coming back once a month. The girls were so sweet and kind. I was blown away and left calling my fiancée to see about a membership. I can’t wait to come back again. 5 stars aren’t enough the girls deserve 10 stars.

Amazing place! My husband got me a massage and mani and pedi here for my birthday. From the moment you step into the building, you are treated like royalty. 10/10 service for both massage and mani and pedi. I will definitely come back again!

Gorgeous Spa w a water feature in the relaxation lounge. Excellent therapists and beautiful relaxing treatment rooms. Fantastic retail boutique as well. Order from the grill also. The food was yummy. All around excellent way to spend a day!

I do not recommend this spa, even if you plan to stay at the lodge. I booked a 75 minute pedicure and my treatment was over in 45; because I booked the deluxe, the front desk intended to charge me for the complete service to account for set up and clean up time. The technician was great and she did a nice job on my nails, but absolutely not worth over 100 bucks. My husband received an 80 minute massage. He was taken back for treatment 20 minutes LATE and provided a robe half his size. His massage therapist forgot which knee he had surgery on so opted to go deep around both knee joints. Even though she said she went deep, my husband did not feel any different or better....and did not feel like she worked on the areas he was feeling most restricted. Overall just an incredibly disappointing experience. Skip this place and go to Elements massage a few blocks away.
