400$ a room . Oh and staff was rude and looked like they just woke up or got out of bed . Hallways smell like pee. Oh and if you plan on driving be prepared to pay a 60$ parking free as there is no parking on site nor do they offer any other way lace besides there’s . 100% don’t recommend

I had a serene and peaceful evening with Liz during our 80 minute treatment which included her recommendation of a pumpkin peel, face and neck massage, and extractions !! Everything was extremely clean, organized, and prepared, and I left wishing we had done more time!! Price was extremely reasonable for the services received and I would highly recommend spending some time treating yourself to a spa day with Liz!! Can’t wait to go back !!!

My friend booked massages for us, a pregnancy one for myself. We booked on the wrong day and didn’t find out until we showed up. Spring Chang was SO helpful, we were able to reschedule our services for the next day. She gave us free drink tickets for the restaurant both days. The massages were super relaxing and the service was AMAZING. We’ll be back!

Upon arrival we were rushed. The message was supposed to be deep tissue, but instead I had a basic message that was mediocre at best and some lady twirling my hair for 10 minutes. Then saw when we left that I was charged for a scalp massage, I guess that’s what the hair playing was. Would never return here and would not recommend

Excellent service! They did not cut corners like some other spas I have been to (either started late or ended early), nor did they try to hard sell me any spa products. Reasonably priced services for a hotel spa. The locker/vanity area was small but I was told they were going to renovate soon. Highly recommend!

I was unable to keep my appointment with this company and instead of working with me & Groupon since this was so expensive, they redeemed my Groupon even tho I never used it AND they would not allow Groupon to un-redeem it. So Im out $100+ dollars because they got annoyed that I could not show up!

Very expensive without a groupon but overall great time and very friendly service. Random but the hotel also has a golf simulator which looks incredible!

Charged a mandatory $25 fee, which was only disclosed after receiving services. Why not include this fee in the price of your services if it's mandatory? Even without the fee, it's waaay overpriced.

If I could give more accolades than 5 stars for the facials by Nita...I would! I never let ANYONE else touch my face other than her. I am VERY picky about who does my facials. I live in San Francisco and whenever I'm in Seattle, I try to see Nita! If she's too busy and I cannot get into see her, I'll wait! (Lexy at the front desk, is a very professional & sweet young lady....just the right spirit to greet you when you arrive).

Wife and I had facial and I had a massage, both were GREAT. Personal, caring service. Quality of the facial and massage were excellent, both were the best I've ever had. Woman who helped us decide on treatments and reserved the times was very helpful, patient, and professional. The hotel has serious management issues, the spa however is the total opposite- stay elsewhere and come here for the spa!

Yesterday I had the best massage! Terry was awesome! She had the perfect amount of pressure even before I communicated with her. The gal at the front desk that is a manager there was so sweet and friendly too! I’ve already booked another appointment there.

Booked a leg and bikini wax. Waxing took twice the time I am accustomed to and was charged $50 extra to wax my toes because they do not include toes with a full leg wax. Was not told up front that toes were not included or that there would be an excessively large upcharge for toes. Cannot recommend this spa for waxing services.

Bought a Spa package for a friend that was going to be in Seattle, confirmed with them that they would contact her and provide the detail. They never called her and charged my credit card the full amount for a no show fee. Horrible customer service and no follow up.
