You would think that after the covid pandemic they would be more understanding of people who become sick and have to reschedule. Was trying to help YOUR staff from being exposed to sickness, but you would rather prioritize business and money. Very disappointing.

Went today for a spa day for my birthday. The facial was exceptional. Nicole was super sweet and explained everything she did. My skin feels amazing. The next service was a foot scrub and scalp massage. This one by far was the worst. The person wore gloves the entire time which is very impersonal. Spa treatments are supposed to be special and a treat. When she did my scalp massage she wore gloves. It literally was ripping my hair out. It was so painful and uncomfortable. I would not recommend that person to do it again. OUCH! Then I had a massage. It was okay at best. The guy was very awkward and then didn't know if I had another service and was like ok. You can change in the bathroom. I told the girl at the front when I checked out and she was like oh. -- Not good customer service! Would not recommend and will not be returning!

For context, I got a 4 hour package of treatments including massage, facial, wrap, foot/scalp massage. Pros: Cheap when compared to other spas Cute outside area and great location Cons: Not a luxurious feel and from the front desk girls to the masseuse, didn't personally experience great table-side manner. (The friend I went with had a good experience with her massage therapist so might have just been the one I had) Wrap was odd- masseuse scratched me down (hard) with brush (part of the treatment) then put lotion on and only covered the top half of my body with lotion (like didn't pick up legs and rub lotion on bottom of calves/arms- seemed strange to not fully lotion legs or arms for a "body wrap"). The first hour+ felt like half effort all around. The outside section is very cute, however, not air conditioned and I was given a fluffy winter robe to wear between services. We had to sit outside during our scalp and foot massages and even with the fans, we were uncomfortably hot. Given summer temps are 105+ on a cool day, I'd recommend some sort of cooler robes or cooling towels or something? Facial started 10 minutes late and I was fully dressed and out front 8 minutes early. Esthetician didn't wear mask during treatment and was audibly congested. I am now, 3 days later, also congested and was not around any other sick people in recent days. She was very bubbly and nice so table-side manner there was great. Please note- I still tipped 20%+ as I know that's how people make a living. If affordability is your top concern, this is the spa for you. If you prefer luxurious experiences, I'd recommend spending more and picking an alternative spa.

What a find! My wife and I received multiple treatments combined for the same price that we would have been charged for just one of us on the strip. Highly recommend The Spa, and we will return the next time we come back in town!!!

I don't remember her name, I think it's Kitt or Kate, her room was the first one on the left, but anyways, she gave an amazing deep tissue massage. I enjoyed every moment of it. She was so kind and accommodating and I enjoyed learning about her. If I lived in state, I would go back to her every time. The spa overall was beautiful. The back area that overlooks the water was so cool and relaxing, I could have stayed there all day. Thanks for having me!

I was excited to bring my boyfriend here for his birthday and to surprise him with a couples massage based on the great reviews. I had called to book an appointment one week prior for “The Spa at Lakeside Couple Celebration” package which includes a 80 minute massage and foot treatment. We arrived early, checked in and waited to be called back. When they called us back, they took me and my boyfriend to separate rooms. I informed my massage therapist, Angel, that I booked for a couples massage. Angel went to check in with the front desk lady to confirm. The front desk lady came back to talk to me and told me that their couples massage suite was already booked at the time when I made the appointment and said that the person who booked my appointment had already informed me and that I was aware of it. I told them that it was not true and they did not tell me it was already booked. The person who booked my appointment only told me that they only have a male and a female masseuse that day and asked me if I was ok with it. I told them that it was ok and that I would like the male masseuse with my boyfriend and I’ll have the female masseuse. If I would have known that the couples massage suite was already booked and not available that day then I would have booked it a separate day. I’m trying to surprise my boyfriend with a couples massage so why would I make the appointment for that day if I would have known that it was already booked… The front desk lady briefly apologized and said that couples suite is not available and asked if I would like to reschedule to a different day. I was really disappointed and annoyed because I feel like they did not take any accountability for it, just brushed it off, and made me feel like it was my fault because apparently I was already “aware” that the couples suite was not available. I decided to keep the appointment since we were already there and we had plans for the day. It was my first time getting a massage and Angel made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Angel. My boyfriend also had a good experience with his masseuse, Luis. After the massage, we got the Foot Awakening treatment. It was below my expectations and I wouldn’t recommend it. They exfoliate your leg and foot with an exfoliating glove and then they exfoliate it again with a sugar scrub. I feel like it was excessive and my legs were so over exfoliated that it burned and hurt that night when I showered. They also wrap your legs in plastic for deep hydration. The actual foot and leg massage felt like it was only about 10-15 minutes max. But it doesn’t really feel like a massage, it feels more like they’re trying to rub the lotion in. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the Foot Awakening treatment and it’s definitely not worth it for the price. Although their customer service was poor, their massage therapists are great. If I were to come back again, I would only do the massage or their “Couple Romance Massage” package, which is just the 80 minute massage for two, and make sure you actually confirm that it is available for the day you schedule for.

Let me first start by saying the receptionist was a very nice lady, and the guy I got a message from was nice. But, they advertise indian head message, and it's NOT indian head message. I received a neck, shoulder, and hand message, and even that wasn't a very strong message, despite asking for as hard as possible. If you are going to advertise indian head message, you should perform the real deal. Or call it what it actually is. Waste of $62 on Uber and $70 for the message.

Had a couples massage with my boyfriend I had Wanda he had another lady but this is our 2nd time here we went last summer and we enjoyed the massage so we went back again price is reasonable and affordable you have to put 50% deposit which was $89.50 you pay the rest when finished , location is clean , music is relaxing, room temp was a little cold for me due to Vegas already being Windy that day but other than that I really love this place and the massage Wanda does a great job my body felt so relaxed she is amazing pressure was perfect it's like she knew exactly where the pain was in my back , after getting up we were greeted with water and a cookie when finished which was very delicious. My boyfriend loved his massage as well, 10/10 definitely recommend and will be back!

I was greeted by Rick at the front desk, who was friendly and personable, and shared with me how his Mom had originally opened the spa, and he was continuing her legacy. You can just tell this place runs on love!! The vibes are wonderful. I first enjoyed a very relaxing European facial (I forget the estheticians name, but she was lovely), which was tailored to my skin type. I added on the algae mask, and I must say my rosacea and hormonal acne have been much calmer since my appointment 6 days ago. I was provided with a robe, and slippers, and enjoyed some time outside on the beautiful patio, over looking the water, until my massage room was ready. Full disclosure I am an absolute massage snob. Rhianna took the time to listen to my needs, and it showed. She was not afraid to get it there and get the tension out of my back, it was exactly what I needed!! I can't wait to go back.

Overall a pretty good experience. The only complaint is that the raja service that I got the lady barely rubbed my scalp and she also wouldn’t stop talking the entire time.

I had an incredible experience on 11/22/23, THANKFUL my kids got me spa day here. Kate was my massage therapist n wowwwww 2 her healing hands, knowledge n voice. Front desk girls were nice as well. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I had a couples massage here and had an exceptional experience. The front staff was incredibly helpful and the environment was clean and relaxing. Without question, the best part was the massage therapist. I have had many massages but this gentleman was a true professional and has mastered his craft. From gaining appropriate expectations and then being mindful of my back pain while providing one of the best massages I have ever received. Highly recommend!
