In August 2024 I had a mommy makeover by Dr Mays. His team was the kindest group of individuals I’ve ever encountered. They were very informative on what to expect, compassionate and answered all questions no matter how big or small they were. Dr Mays was also amazing. He was up front and honest. He gave me the boost and confidence to love myself all over again. I recently had the Cool Peel Fusion by Ashley. I can’t say enough kind words about her. She was very informative and talked me through the entire process step by step. She was also very patient with me asking the same questions multiple times. MPS & Spa is a place full of kind people who always makes me feel welcomed starting as soon as you walk in the front door.

I was given the gift of a facial with Ashley. I haven't had a facial in over 20 years. This was a lovely experience. Ashley was knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. She answered my questions and said I could reach out at anytime. MPS is a beautiful space, perfect for the relaxing services customers are seeking. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'll be back.

Sherie is the BEST of the best. I have received two different types of massages from her and canNOT say enough good things. I was nervous to be touched at all after surgery but she puts those nerves right at ease. My parting words to her after the Swedish massage: I never wanted that to end. 😊 thank you, Sherie, for being so wonderful!

Trina is amazing! I have been seeing Trina exclusively for my toxin injections since MPS first opened. Trina is extremely knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and address concerns, and she is very gentle. Whereas other injectors may cause pain, Trina’s definitely an “Expert Injector”, as I have very minor discomfort with her technique. I see Trina every four months without fail and she always remembers me and our past conversations. Trina truly cares about her patients and will ensure you understand all treatment options before making any decisions. The Spa at MPS is the best in Louisville!

A fabulous experience from the first point of contact and has continued with each encounter. Whether you prefer scheduling online or calling to book your service, both options are available. With my first service I had questions so I called the front desk and the knowledgeable staff answered my questions and was able to book me promptly. For subsequent services I have utilized the online scheduler which has proven to be simple. My first service was injectables. I was confident with the injector, as she ask detailed questions to ensure I got the look I was going for. I also booked a massage and the experience was the same. The massage therapist asked detailed questions to ensure I had the right massage, with the right pressure for the right outcome. Both services were amazing. The aesthetic of the spa is very chic and relaxing, worthy of its own 5 star review.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at MPS. I have gotten multiple chemical peels and facials with Ashley and she is the BEST! She makes you feel so comfortable and talks you through everything, it’s like just talking with a friend during your treatment. I get so many compliments on my skin and it’s never looked better.. June of 2023 I was in tears while in Dr. Mays’ office because of my poor complexion - acne, discoloration/sunspots, texture, aging, chronic dermatitis and acne scarring. He sat next to me and strongly advised I see Ashley, the esthetician at his spa. I had seen other estheticians over the years at other facilities with little to no change - so was skeptical. However, I took a chance and met with Ashley, having no idea how much my life would change. Ashley took the time to actual listen to my concerns. She put together a very personalized, tailored skincare regime for me that comprised of at-home skincare and in-office treatments such as facials, microneedling and the helix laser with cool peel. She took the time to educate me on what and why each step was crucial to achieve my goals. (FYI - I learned the importance of using medical grade products at home to optimize results of in-office treatments) I have been seeing Ashley now for almost 16 months and you can see the dramatic difference in my before/after photos. Ashley’s passion for optimal skincare and improving the lives of her clients is unmatched. Her skill and calming energy is IT for me. She has without doubt changed my life. My skin is now free from acne, has a smooth more youthful texture and truly glows! AND I very, very rarely (if ever) have a dermatitis outbreak and my acne scarring has vanished. Ashley is far more experienced, knowledgeable and caring than any other esthetician I had seen over the years and I simply cannot recommend her enough.
