The massage was top class and I know that’s why a lot of people go to spas but I wanted to go and relax somewhere after and the facilities are pretty small. The saunas are OK but could be cleaned a little better.

Had an amazing spa day with some friends at the NG! Magdelis did my facial and she was out of this world. Gentle and sweet, she made my treatment a pleasure.

I have been to the spa at the naples grande twice now to see Diana for a facial. She was incredible. She has such a lovely energy and touch. I will absolutely be back to see her again. 10/10 recomend

Great massage tech, Carla. Wonderful, she took her time to work on my knots and tension. Nail tech was good, but she wanted to talk personal stuff. Bathroom was fine. Everyone was doing their own thing. I felt safe even though it was comununal. Staff was helpful and warm.

The staff when scheduling were very pleasant and professional, i booked a day getaway for my husband and i. 50 min massage and full day at the resort. The spa area could use some updating as the wood is weathering but otherwise great. you are required to pay gratuity BEFORE your service and even if you have a Groupon for a service at a reduced price, you will pay gratuity on the FULL price of the service and the tip they made us leave w absolutely dis not reflect the service. The massage was relaxing, they asked what area you want worked on and what pressure and did not adhere. The massage was short and rushed. The grounds staff seemed very attentive. The adult pool and spa were down. There was security staff standing around all over, made us feel very uncomfortable. Will not return nor recommend anyone to. The food is well over priced even for naples and you have to pay extra fees to get food.

The ambiance and spa experience was tranquil & special. A lovely facility and nice to pair with a day at the pool or Clam Pass Beach. The massage rooms were clean and the front desk staff was AMAZING! Truly went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience- from booking to check-in to check out. I had a signature muscle melt massage but wish I had gone with a deep tissue. The muscle melt is more of a rub down with rocks than a full on massage. I would definitely go again and do deep tissue instead.

I would probably lose zero stars if I could. Scheduled a deep tissue with some add-ons, constantly told the massage therapist that I scheduled deep tissue and asked to apply more pressure. It was basically an essential oil rub, not even a Swedish. The lockers are in poor shape, and we were asked by the spa coordinator to share lockers with people. Not enough chairs, and overall completely not worth the money. I have no issues paying for great service and paying for a good massages, but this one really was subpar at best. Hands-down one of the worst, attempted to discuss it at check out only to have , a spa worker shrug their shoulders. The JW, , and so many others in Naples are so much better. Avoid the overpriced, bad service, and not getting anything that you pay for.

So much potential but some very clear opportunities for ownership and management before it’s above average. The space is nice and it was a nice place to relax with my girls. Was hopeful the reviews werent right but sadly I have to agree with most of them. For management: 1. Train your staff better and conduct secret shoppers. Example: The front desk ladies asked me if I wanted to do any add-ons for my facial, but had no idea what the add-on options were. Then they try to offer me Massage add-ons because they had no clue. And yes, you have to pay for tip in advance which is so disrespectful to suggest I wouldn’t normally tip them. 2. We couldn’t understand the gentleman who gave us a tour so nothing made sense 3. THE LOCKER SITUATION. Don’t even get me started. It’s a mess that can easily be fixed they just haven’t invested a little time and money into it. 4. Proactive customer service- at a four star resort, you need to offer a complementary champagne to everybody not just choice people and completely ignore everyone else 5. I need to be able to communicate in English to my aesthetician. I had specific questions about the products and the treatments for my skin type, and neither one of us understood each other.. I was so nervous. The facial was decent but I would expect globes, red light and a facial massage at a place like this.

This place is horrible. The appointment was not taken correctly, incorrect time. The massage felt rushed and the clinician was not effective. The massage room had a “portable” ac unit with a metal duct tubing on it and was loud. The room had a constant high pitched noise despite the loud ambient music. The locker area is so small, not sufficient for guests. The steam room was filthy, dirty floors and bench areas, rusty corners, tiles broken, screws missing in grates. The sauna had a slatted floor that had sitting water and bugs. The heating element had dirt and grime crusted underneath. The “decorative” string lights were fallen and shoddy. The whirlpool was dirty. The pool deck had cracked tiles all over the metal spouts on the pool were rusty. The attendant was useless as he would remove one towel at a time and would throw used waters/ ice (face towels)from towels on the ground. When I tried to check out I was ignored as the attendant was in a heated argument on the phone. This spa needs a complete management overhaul, renovation and a cleaning schedule that is adhered to. Obviously management does not follow up with staff or cross check quality or work.

Honestly could’ve gotten a better day if I booked single appts at different places. My father and I did a massage a facial and our feet (pedicure) was sub par for what we paid save your money and book individual appointments at places that actual know what they’re doing. I’ve never experienced a worse pedicure my whole life and I go frequent.

Nothing great. There are only two changing rooms, thus a wait. The locker area is very small so it gets crowded. Their quiet area is wide open and nothing special. My massage was good but nothing special. Save your money. We had a great experience. Definitely not deserving of the current 3.8 review. The massage therapists were great. There is a nice changing room with lockers, a quiet waiting area for your massage, a small steam sauna, a small dry sauna room, and a hot tub. If you come expecting exactly that you’ll have a great time. Nice bar in the lobby for after as well.

I drove down from Tampa for a weekend stay-cation. This was a beautiful spa. From the meditation room, to the gorgeous villa couples room, to the steam room. I was impressed with all of it. I personally had Nicki two days straight & loved her. I would highly recommend this spa.

I was surprisingly disappointed. My mother and I got the hyaluronic facials. The service was awkward and not thorough. They barely used any pressure for the face scrub and did not do any extractions. The head massage was less of a massage and more the aesthetician running her hands (which were covered in massage oils) throughout my hair. The locker room was extremely small. There was a line to use the two restrooms because people were using the stalls to change, and there was a line to get to the lockers because it’s in a very narrow area. If you go, check your bill because they automatically put 22% gratuity. I’ve had better facials at chain franchises.

Nice spa. Decent services. Pricing is normal for area. However, BEWARE, the technicians will ask you if you want them to do different things during your service.but in a casual way so that it doesn’t sound like an add-on. “oh, your skin is a little dry….I can do a deep moisturizer if you like.” They don’t tell you it’s an additional fee which should be made clear. Also, I have had charges show up on my card days later for things I didn’t know I paid for. Meaning, they gave me a total and I signed and then, later, they charged my card without my authorization. Lastly, the front desk staff are usually friendly but they seem scattered. You have to double check everything, especially if you have paid for spa packages or have discounts.

Oh wow what an incredible experience my daughter and I had! We live in the area and wanted a day of pampering and bonding- the spa at Naples grand is gorgeous! My masseuse was amazing and the lounge was such a perfect place to rest and reset! Have some of their tea it’s delicious and very soothing! The pool area was magical! I have been there 2 times in the last month and plan on going again next week.

Once we arrived we were rushed to the locker room area where there weren’t enough lockers for our belongings. There is no room to change, locker room is tiny, people everywhere, meditation room to wait in was packed. I felt like I was in a public pool locker room. Massage was good. Not really a great place for an entire spa day.

One of the most relaxing days I have ever had!!! The service is amazing! They take such good care of you. My masseuse Jorge gave a great massage. I spent hours by the pool. And the food was delicious. The cheeseburger was yummable!!! Shout out to Joel for being a great server!! It was wonderful and relaxing. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to have a relaxing day. God bless!!! 🙏❤️🙏

The spa is nice, updated, and up scale. Also appreciate it is separated from the hotel. However, my therapist (Steven) was awful. He was timid, too gentle, and did not even hit all areas he was supposed to. I'm not sure if he was new or inexperienced, but it sure seemed that way! Since I was required to tip up front, I could not address this in that way. I was there with my two girlfriends for my birthday and according to our storytelling I had the worst experience of all of us... me the birthday girl 😕

The worst service possible. We all got sick fever, chills, throwing up and coughing and I called as we are from out of town to reschedule for a different day as we need to go to urgent care and the receptionist all she had to say is “I understand you’re sick but we will still charge you the full fees for 1 massage and 2 facials”. I am disgusted at the poor lack of service, the fact that she said I get you’re sick but we will still. Charge you. I am sitting here literally coughing and throwing up as I am talking to them and she refused to reschedule without charging. I told her we will gladly come in if she is looking to get all of her clients sick. For being a nice high end spa, I am incredibly disappointed with this POOR SERVICE, POOR LACK OF ATTENTION AND POOR HUMANITY in the employees. You should be shut down and out of service.

We purchased a day pass for the spa. Overall, a completely underwhelming experience. The facilities are small but clean. The spa staff is among the most aloof and unfriendly bunch. Wow. All three at the spa desk today were anything but welcoming.
