I've had an amazing experience at the spa at Orlando World Center Marriott. My facial was done by Priscila. She is very professional and the service she provided was the best. The environment is friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend her services and will come back soon. Thank you 😊

Internet very slow,and I had to pay. No robes,no ashtray,room was clean,swimming pool amazing, very big. Priced extra for slides. Food was great and not too expensive. I would come back again.

The message itself was amazing. The spa is nothing. And I mean nothing. They’ve dedicated more space to retail than to comfort. The relaxation room has ram rod backed chairs. No lounges or chaise lounges. No place to go a really relax before or after the service. I spent $300 and I’m okay with that. But I don’t want to have to go to my room to relax. For the $$$ I expect to be able to relax and enjoy the space. NOT HERE.

We have used the spa for the past two years for our company conference. I've made 60+ reservations each year for our guests and have had nothing but positive feedback from all of them. Brian and his front desk staff are amazing to work with for scheduling and greeting guests. They are so nice, funny, and accommodating. The staff was personable and welcoming taking people to get their massages, facials, and nail appointments. The locker rooms were clean - everywhere was clean. I had a great massage from Jenny this year! I would highly recommend a visit there if you are in the area.

Extremely bad experience, i was there on time for my nails appointment but the technician wasn’t available for me. Wasted my time and eventually had to leave without getting my nails done.

Had a massage with Jenny S. that made be feel reborn! After weeks of travel and stiff shoulders, she set me just right. Amenities are awesome as well, like the steam room, that’s a perfect way to end the spa visit. My only regret is that I didn’t schedule a longer appointment!

I am pleasantly surprised by the phone conversation I had this morning with the manager of the spa, and Peter, at the front desk. They were extremely nice gentleman that helped me look up information. They were very pleasant in their tone and manner of speaking. I have not use our facility so I cannot comment on that. I know that they don’t have all the qualifications of a five star but I’m giving them four-star because they were that nice and pleasant on the phone. That’s a rarity in this day and age.

A big thanks to Aquasia Hines who rectified an initial complaint expeditiously! Don't miss breakfast at Latitude and Longitude! The buffet is unmatched anywhere else in Central Florida! Also the waterpark is a legitimate waterpark; perfect for the whole family!

Everyone is amazing here! Great massages! Had them focus on my face due to stress issues. Was so relaxing! Waxing service the lady was great and just went above and beyond. Mani pedi was very good too! I love the spa here and the people here have really made my vacation very relaxing. Peter is my favorite. He is just really good at helping me out and answering Al my questions. So patient with me He really makes this place such a pleasure to visit and makes the visit so much better. Wouldn’t be the same experience without him! Thank you.
