The Spa at Rosen Center is the perfect place to escape & unwind. Cozy oversized chaise with blankets, steam room, showers, & changing areas. A wonderful tea selection and fresh fruit to choose from. I had a fabulous massage with Renee! Alexis at the spa reception desk booked me an amazing deep tissue treatment, I will definitely be booking more appointments with her when I’m there again.

The spa at the Rosen Centre was incredible. It was hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. Delroy listened to my areas of concerns and made sure I was completely relaxed throughout the entire service. There are other amenities that we took the opportunity to use such as the steam room and shower. The facilities were nice and clean and everyone provided excellent service. We will be back.

I just made plans for my 6th trip to the Rosen Center Spa this year- it is definitely my happy place. From the time of making the appointment to the day of my service, the front desk is always professional and courteous. I especially enjoy working with Alexis to schedule my appointments- she is always so kind and helpful particularly because I request Delroy and I know that he is very popular. I really cannot say enough good things about Delroy- he is incredibly professional and takes the time to work on my neck and shoulder areas. I leave his massage feeling like I am walking on clouds. I also really enjoy the quiet waiting area- with the large chaise lounges and the fancy teas and fruit. I so enjoy my time at the spa and keep coming back as the place to really decompress.

This is my second year getting the Relaxation Massage at The Spa at Rosen Centre for my birthday. This’ll be a review for both years since I didn’t submit my review from last year. November 2023, I purchased the Relaxation Massage Package with Warm Stone Massage and Champagne off of Groupon for a decent price. I’ve never been here before so I was super excited. You can also valet your car & the front desk girls stamp the card for you so it’s free. I arrived about 2 hours prior so I can enjoy the amenities. Once I was brought inside to the Ladies Relaxation Lounge, my complimentary mimosa was waiting for me. I then changed into my bathing suit and laid out by the pool area for a bit. I had lunch at Harry’s pool side bar & grill. I choose the “Oh My” Gorgonzola Dip & let’s just say it did not disappoint. Wish I remember the bartenders name because he was super nice & made special drinks for me since it was my birthday. After all of that I went inside, I relaxed in the lounge area with my drink and my journal, while I waited for my appointment. My massage therapist Millie came to get me and I’ll have to say it was hands down the BEST massage I’ve had in my life. Her hands are magical & had the perfect pressure, exactly what I needed. I highly recommend her, 10/10. It was so smooth from beginning to end & even with valet parking, I couldn’t wait to come back! Fast forward to a year later, November 2024, I was gifted a massage of my choice! Of course I choose The Spa at Rosen centre & checked Groupon for any specials. They had a different promotion on Groupon this time which was a 50 min Relaxation Massage with Aromatherapy. When I called to make my appointment I made sure to ask for Millie, and the odds were in my favor because she was there and available. This year, I didn’t go earlier I just got there in time for my massage. Millie greeted me and we caught up on the passed year. I choose lavender as my scent for the aromatherapy & she then said and I quote “todays about you” and she was not kidding. Seems like every time I go she spoils me more and more! After my massage, I went to Harry’s again for lunch & ordered the same dish because I cannot go there & not get it if I’m already there. This year was just for me to be present in the moment and enjoy myself. Overall, I highly recommend this spa when you need to digress, relax , celebrate yourself , give yourself some self love or whatever your heart desires. The staff is great and everything is pretty clean. I always feel so great after leaving this place and just might make it a tradition to return every year for my birthday.

Wonderful staff from the moment you walk through the spa doors. The spa offers a wide range of treatments - one better than the next. The faculty is immaculate, the ambiance is relaxing and the massage therapists are amazing. I have had numerous treatments at the spa and they were all wonderful but I do have to give a shout out to Delroy - the best massage I have ever gotten!!

Super relaxing and pleasant experience!! They provide lockers with key cards, robes, slippers, a steam room, all-day pool & gym access, and upgrades. Parking is a little wonky- you have go to a guard gate, tell them you have an appointment at the Spa, then circle around the backside of the building to land in the parking lot to the right of the building (the lot closest to the Spa’s entrance). Free parking. Everyone who worked there was friendly. I added the Himalayan hot stones, cold facial massage and lavender essential oil which was magical.

I really enjoyed my massage best I have ever had . Only downfall I feel they should offer more than just whole apples in the waiting room. I also feel the should have separate jacuzzi as well for privacy. I also have been to many spas that offer complimentary champagne they did not. But the massage was so good that I loved it for that. I also loved that they had hair gel in the bathroom and pretty much every necessity needed.

I came here after a long overnight flight and was really craving some sauna, but I also needed to get my hair fixed for a meeting. Corin or Corine shampooed and blow dryed my hair. She did a beautiful job :) The sauna and spa environment was such a nice surprise l! I'm so glad I ended up here. Couldn't have gotten any better.

My fiancé surprised me with a couples massage at The Spa at Rosen Center. I can truly say it was an experience I'd never forget. Walking into the door being greated with a smile by the staff gave me a good feeling. The girl at the front desk Nariya went above and beyond to make our day of relaxation special and the 2 massage therapist Delroy and Gaelle have magic hands. The entire staff are very professional and I guarantee you won't be disappointed visiting this Spa! Thanks for a great experience.

My visit at The Spa was amazing. The staff there are all great. The young lady at the front desk Nariya greated me with a smile, and went out of her way to make sure my experience was a good one. The massage therapist Delroy and Gaelle are amazing at what they do, and very professional and make you feel comfortable. I'd recommend this Spa over any other. Thanks for making mine and my fiancé's Anniversary one to remember!

The facilities are clean and have a very high end feel. I enjoyed the steam room and a cup of tea before my massage. This was a perfect time to enjoy the cozy and private atmosphere. I was seen by Delroy. By far the best massage I have ever had. I felt it was a little pricey going in but now I can say it was worth every penny to walk out feeling like I did. If you want to really pamper yourself, go here!

When I first got there, I got a little flustered because of the parking .. it’s kind of complicated if you don’t do the valet and it’s $30, but we didn’t have to pay that since we were guest of the spa and I figured out how to do next time…. I will have a full review for you when I get home. But I can say I enjoyed it!!!!!

I did a mother daughter day and it was excellent! We had facials, massages, pedicures, hair, champagne and chocolate strawberries. The staff was super friendly and did an excellent job on our services. I highly recommend!!

I had such a wonderful time at the spa! After the massage (which was done amazingly by Renee) you can relax by the hotel pool, go to the steam room, or just relax in the lounge. The staff is wonderful they try and help you in whatever way they can.They even give you super cozy blankets with a robe and slippers 😊 Highly recommend this place!!!

I had such an amazing massage with Gaelle. Her expertise of the muscles, massage therapy and body was evident through my 50-minute therapeutic massage. I would 10/10 come back. I’ve got a Groupon as a birthday gift and I made my appointment for today and I could only talk amazing about the whole experience. The massage therapist that I’ve got his name is Delroy. Okay I don't have word to express my experience at the rosen centre spa. The staff was amazing and very professional. Gaelle my masseuse was amazing she took me to places in heaven I didn't know exited. "My lord" I never had massage like this before and she is so professional. Melanie the front desk manager was professional and polite she got thing done. The minute I book the apt she make sure everything went well and beyond. She check on me and making sure my experience was seven heaven "boy it was". Sanaia was amazing she stop by to say hello and also check on me. My experience at the rosen centre was amazing, I try his other spa the centre is hand down my favorite place. the atmosphere was amazing and inviting. I also met Ania she is wonderful and sweet. I am definitely coming back and I am telling all my friends about it. If you are look for a fun place to hang with you girls the rosen centre spa is the place I promise you, you will not regret it.

One of the best spas I have been to in a very long time from the front desk staff to our massage therapists. The relaxation room is awesome and the locker room has everything you may need. I especially loved the steam room. I truly felt like I was at an exclusive resort spa instead of a hotel location. I will absolutely return.
