My masseuse was Amy. She was absolutely perfect. I’ve seen some reviews that did not care for the scalp massage, but I thought it was just right. She was wonderfully gentle but gave just enough pressure (and she was very tactful about the entire experience). No, the atmosphere is not ritzy like many places around here, but it’s nice looking, clean, and the staff are very professional. Why in the world would anyone pay $300 for infused water and bougie lighting when you can get an hour for $80 and the massage is perfect? At the end, she told me where my problem areas were and gave some suggestions to be aware of, which were greatly appreciated. I’m a school teacher with a six-year-old boy. I get it. I’m desperate. But overall, if I lived in Las Vegas, this place would have all my money.

Did a couples massage which is located in the Serene hotel. The hotel looks more like a motel and there were workers on strike playing loud music at the Virgin hotel directly across the street. The Spa is small the staff was welcoming and I enjoyed my massage. The negative part is you can hear the conversations of the people in the waiting room or outside of the room which can be disruptive, the bathroom lacks any rememince of a spa bathroom. Can't say I will return..

Anna could solve world hunger, she could bring peace to the Middle East. She could cure cancer. When I tell you this was the most magical experience of my life, I threatened to kiss this perfect angel of a woman on the lips! My sister was with Sophia and she had the most wonderful experience as well. We will be back! Also, I found them on Groupon but there’s no need to purchase through them. Just call to book with them directly and they will give the discounted price. I guess Groupon takes a big chunk of the money so it’s better to support their small business directly.

First things first, I thought my masseuse did a fantastic job on the actual massage but there's no way this experience could be 5 stars. My husband bought 2 Groupons for a 90 minute massage with body scrub. He booked them both for 7 PM and then just never got a confirmation until he followed up with them. Whoever emailed him back confirmed a couples 90 minute massage for 7 PM. We arrived and there was only one masseuse. When I walked in, she was on speaker phone telling an employee to come back because we were already here. There was nothing beforehand to talk if I needed certain places worked on or anything like that, she just jumped right in after we changed. After 40 minutes into my 90 minute couple's massage, the second masseuse arrived. She also brought her 2 kids with her and their iPad. We could hear the kids walking around, talking and their iPad for the next 90 minutes in the waiting room because the staff kept our door cracked open. It felt like we were in someone's apartment getting a massage rather than a relaxing spa treatment. When my appointment was done, you could hear my masseuse chatting with the kids on top of the iPad noise. We ended up staying 40 minutes past the time we should have been finished so that my husband could get the full 90 minutes in. The second my husband was done and the masseuse was barely out of the room, my husband said it was the worst massage he'd ever had, she kept elbowing his bone and that it felt like she was trying to tear his ACL. He said that he wasn't tipping but I asked him to please tip something because the massage for mine was good. There was no water for him or asking how he felt or any of the post treatment stuff that happens at other massage places. I got to listen to my husband complain the entire drive home how he thought his masseuse wasn't trained or must have been brand new. I feel sore today from the deep tissue massage and I'm bummed that this place isn't running as professionally as it should because I liked the actual massage part of my treatment but my husband hated his. Had an amazing experience here. First was the fantastic shampoo head spa experience that started with an evaluation of my scalp and followed by a treatment by Anna who tailored it specific to my scalp and hair's needs. She was very skilled and had me totally relaxed. Next I had an hour long body massage with Sophia. She applied the perfect amount of pressure making all my stress melt away. I highly recommend this quaint spa for your relaxing needs!

My daughter and I went here for massages with back scrub and hot stones. We both enjoyed it very much and our tight areas felt better afterwards. Although not a five star location or atmosphere, price was right and massages were perfect!

My friend and I had an incredible experience at The Spa at Serene Hotel. I had seen several Tik Toks about scalp massages, so my friend and I thought we'd try it out. It exceeded both of our expectations. It started with having Amy, one of the massage therapists/shampooists, checking out our scalps on the computer using something that looks like an ultrasound wand. It allowed her to see the condition of our scalps and know what products to use, and we were able to see the images on the computer. It was so informative and super cool to see. We decided to do the shampoo experience for an hour and reflexology on our feet for 30 minutes. The shampoo experience included a relaxing scalp, arm, hand, shoulder and neck massage. The reflexology included an equally relaxing foot and leg massage. I would 10/10 recommend doing this while in Vegas, and I will definitely go again if/when I come back. Treat yourself! When I arrived I received a hair analysis. At the end of it the staff member started digging her nail into my scalp aggressively sratching for a good 30 seconds. It was painful. When she was done she pulled a tiny piece out of my hair and said see dandruff and wiped it on my sweater. I really wish I would have ended it there. My daughter gifted me the 90min hair spa treatment with neck, shoulder and arm massage. I was so excited. This experience was nothing like the videos. My treatment was so aggressive. She dug her nails into my scalp and pulled my hair the entire time. She was very rough jerking my head moving it around. It was very painful. It's been 13hrs and my scalp is still inflamed, and my hair is very dryed out. My hair ended up in major knots and I could hear and feel her ripping my hair. I told her hey your ripping my hair. She laughed and told me I was fine, and that she was conditioning every hair. I had to ask her multiple time to make the water warmer. The water was very cold. She told me I like it to hot. I will say she did tell me in the beginning she has strong hands which was great for the small massage portion of the treatment. I do enjoy a strong deep tissue body massage. I bet she gives a fantastic one. As far as a relaxing hair spa treatment, this was not that

We booked an appointment here for the 60 min head spa! Overall, I enjoyed it. My hair has never felt that great after washing it. Anna did an amazing job, a little rough on the massage but I probably should have said something. The water was a little ticklish but other than that, I enjoyed it.

A full service experience! I Had a fantastic 90 min hair wash with neck and shoulder massage. With the add on of foot wash/massage & hot stone therapy ♥️ This treatment included scalp analysis as well. I really liked getting to know if my home care for my scalp and hair is ok for me. I have a good and healthy scalp 😁. Sofia was absolutely wonderful and took such great care of me. My scalp feels so tingly fresh (tea tree was used) and my hair feels phenomenal now😍 special shout out to Makeesha who also works there and is incredible at what she does.

My husband and I came here and did the 60 min hair shampoo massage. We had Beth & Sophia and they were absolutely wonderful! The experience included a very nice and thorough hair wash, a neck, shoulder and arm massage and then the head spa with the waterfall. It was so relaxing. I got a great blow dry afterwards by Beth. I highly recommend this place! The staff were so kind and the spa was clean and relaxing.

Mood - When you need to relax and truly decompress As most know my job is pretty demanding. Funny I tend to attract these types of employment opportunities. I can say when life is life-ing sometimes it isn't as friendly or hospitable as it could or should be. The term "Why" is always unspoken in my head. So this experience was def needed. I reached out online and made the appointment via email with Beth. Everything was accommodated easily. I booked the 90 minute head spa treatment. Upon entering they were pretty busy, but I was addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately some people showed late to their appointments which pushed others back a bit. But hey when life gives you lemons you make lemonade or a shot of Tequila 😀 Interior is a decent size. There is a small waiting area, and a 2 chair area for hair analysis, head spa area, and their massage area. Everything was very clean. The treatment came with an intense scalp massage that includes shampoo/conditioner/ scalp scrub/& neck/ arm massage. I was thoroughly relaxed. Would most def recommend- pricing is typical for a head spa. The customer service and treatment I received from Beth was very hospitable and courteous. Sofia will be my massage therapist when I go back for a full body. Location is in the Serene Resort building 9- ample parking

This place is amazing! Friendly stuff and great service! Very close to the Strip! It’s in a Hotel, their front desk person is also very friendly. They will take you to the spa if you cannot find it.
