My experience was terrific at this spa. I received a clarifying facial from Ashley during a hormonal breakout. I felt relaxed and my breakout healed quickly. It is now one week later and my skin looks and feels healthy and clear. If I lived in Reno area, I would return to try their other facials! The spa is available to customers all day. The facility was clean and comfortable. There is a salt room in the co-ed area and steam/sauna in the locker rooms.

The Spa at Silver Legacy in Reno is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, the tranquil ambiance sets the tone for pure relaxation. I had the pleasure of having Skyler as my masseuse, and she was incredible—attentive, skilled, and ensured every moment of my massage was soothing and rejuvenating. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free! Beyond the massage, the spa offers an array of amazing amenities that make the experience unforgettable. The access to both dry and wet saunas was perfect for unwinding, and the salt room felt like a serene escape. One of my favorite spots was the silent room with its cozy birdcage swings—it was so peaceful, I could’ve stayed there all day. The private jacuzzi was another highlight, offering a luxurious soak in total privacy. Everything about The Spa at Silver Legacy was designed for ultimate relaxation, and the staff made sure every detail was perfect. Whether you’re looking for a massage, a day of pampering, or just some quiet time, this spa is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

The spa itself was a great experience. But my 5 stars is directly for my masseuse Julia. The detox treatment was awesome and felt great! But was even better is that SHE was amazing and we talked the whole time! I have never told a stranger deep details about my life but I felt so comfortable and relaxed with her! Definitely made my 21st bday trip even better!

We booked massages for the day we were coming into town. As I made the reservation I needed to put a credit card number in for a cancellation fee if I were to cancel within 24 hours. I understand that. Not a problem. However, in the middle of our trip there we came to a dead stop on the highway and suddenly our trip time doubled. We called the spa to let them know that there was no chance of us arriving on time and then they let us know the cancellation fee was 50%! We had booked two massages so our cancellation fee was $160! That to me is unacceptable. We did not cancel on a whim, we had to because of circumstances beyond our control. I would have paid $50 or something more reasonable without complaint but to me, this should have been fully disclosed, and they should have an acts of GOD clause. I will not be considering their services for future trips.

First, the actual service (hot stone massage) was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful.. Other pros - clean, quiet facilities. The challenge for this spa, is the competition. Unfortunately for them, there are two other stellar spas in town - Peppermill and Atlantis. Sorry Silver Legacy, but you're not even close to the same league (one small example but representative - the lights were blinking in the Himalayan salt room; I thought I was in the opening scene of the Tom Hanks movie "Joe Versus the Volcano"). I could provide more details but any other guests who have visited the other 2 spas will get it. A different universe.

I had given my wife a gift with a facial there and when she came to meet me in the casino, she looked like she was beaten to the pulp. She mentioned of her skin condition and yet everything that was applied just burned and made things a very uncomfortable experience!

The 1 star review is on the Spa not the actual casino or hotel I'd love to give a review of the Spa here but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone after trying for 2 days! Finally went down to the spa front desk and the girl (without looking up from her cell phone)rudely said, We don't have anything today or tomorrow, the soonest would be next Thursday! This is a casino, most people aren't staying for over a week. I walked away and thought if that's the service out front, not sure I wanted to find out what's in the back. Management needs to train staff in customer service or at least how to answer the phone lines. Not a good experience

Very nice ambiance and has the added features of salt room, sauna, and steam room. My masseuse, Nick, was excellent. This is the second massage I’ve gotten from him and I will always request him in the future. He was attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable in working out my chronic shoulder pain.

Had the pumpkin facial and it was fantastic. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Sauna/Steam Room/Showers on site and available to use before/after treatment.

Definitely not a full service spa! The treatments were great! I had a massage and my wife had a pedicure. We were disappointed with the facility! The hotel guest pool is also for the spa. It was pretty small and crowded! There is little to no shade. Not enough chairs. No umbrellas and no food or drinks 🤯 we were told they have food and drinks on Saturday’s, and we could get our own food and drinks from the casino. Not what the website says!😡 While in the spa lounge area, I could hear the pool area music through the wall over the top of the calming spa sounds. The locker rooms were nice, and the staff was very friendly, but we were disappointed with the overall experience. Not very relaxing at all!

Great, fantastic, amazing,wonderful,and customer-centric. I don't know how to describe this because our sensual package was far and beyond any spa experience we've had before. Hot bath with bubbles, chocolate and champagne! Followed by fantastic massages by Crystal and Nick. Then they brought us more champagne that my wife and I enjoyed at the quiet room. Freaking phenomenal!!!

I had a great mani/pedi with Lyssa - so great I've booked another one for when I return to Reno in a month! I waited in the main spa lounge upon arrival. It's a beautiful, contemporary area with unique furniture and access to the spa-only hot tubs. There were also refreshments - fruit, protein snacks and bottled water. The salon is intimate, extremely clean, and modern. Everyone was very friendly in the salon and Lyssa is a good conversationalist. She gave me my first mani/pedi since pre-COVID times, so I was long overdue! I was so relaxed during my pedicure, when Lyssa left me while I had a paraffin treatment, I fell asleep! I look forward to returning to the spa for massage therapy and other treatments.

MY HUSBAND AND I ENJOYED OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE GETTING PEDICURES HERE...THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE SPA WAS VERY RELAXING AND CLEAN...WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK SOON AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SPA HERE. NEXT TIME WE WANT TO GET A COUPLES MASSAGE.
