I booked the couples fall package for my husband’s birthday. We had the WORST massages. The massages were nothing more than them putting oil on you. They did not massage you light as my husband asked and me firm as I asked. If you want some where to get oil put on your body go to this place but this is not a real massage place. We left still very tense and more stressed out because of the amount of money we spent for nothing. Booking this place did not help me make my husbands birthday weekend special!

Danisha was a fantastic masseuse. She took care of my fiancé and I making us feel absolutely fantastic for his body celebrations. From the way we were received, to the relaxing waiting area with refreshments, we couldn’t recommend this spa more. Insider tip: go earlier in the week for quieter wait times and privacy in locker rooms.

Awful customer relations. Major miscommunication of date and time of a facial appointment. Spa manager charged a ‘no show’ charge and refused to refund despite being a longstanding Hilton Honors member and guest of the Highland with 4 more years of frequent visits. (Spa manager is defiant and front desk personnel was incredibly rude.) To boot, no one ever apologized nor made any concession for the future. Would not recommend this facility. They are wildly desperate to charge guests and incredibly unyielding in their operations. Horrible experience.

Sholeh is outstanding! She understands the skin and gives thee best facial. She also creates a calm, soothing environment to help relax you and ensure you have a 5+ star experience. I am a member and enjoy a monthly facial with Sholeh followed by a glass of champagne in the relaxation lounge. Highly recommend!!

$490 for couples massage - Darby was nice, but the experience itself was not even close to worth the 1 hour price tag… no hot tub / sauna / steam room / pool available when we came…. It’s part of the hotel and we couldn’t gain access to the hot tub or infinity pool (which I was not told was part of the hotel and not actually part of the spa)

Beautiful spa with top services and massage therapists, but the steam room is out of order. Rather than repair it - management plans to replace it with chromotherapy, which somehow is becoming more popular despite certain types being linked to early cataracts and even cancer. Very unfortunate as the fitness classes they offer are top notch. Melissa is an amazing instructor and tailored my workout to my specific needs and goals, over 5 stars for her!! If the spa fixed the steam room it would hands down be the perfect place for a spa and fitness membership.

My husband and I enjoyed a couples Swedish massage. My massage therapist Darby was excellent! Very service oriented and attentive to every need. The facility is also very nice, and my husband and I enjoyed the complimentary tea, champagne and chocolate!

My husband got me a Groupon for Mothers Day. I got a 50 min Swedish massage, and it was WONDERFUL! The staff was accommodating and kind. It was very relaxing. Whitney was my massage therapist, and she was amazing. Great pressure and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I hope to be back soon!

My wife gave me a massage at The Spa at The Highland for Valentines Day. I loved this beautiful place so much we decided to become members. The Spa checks off all the boxes. Beautiful, calm setting (check). Massage therapists are excellent (check). Locker rooms are clean and upscale (check). I think what makes this place so special is the staff. Everyone there makes you feel like a king. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a luxurious escape from the daily grind.

Nice spa area, terrible service. Don’t waste your time & money on any facials at this place. They damaged our skin & didn’t have the courtesy to return our calls for questions & concern. Worst place we have been to.
