This place is great! Me and my lady came here for a spa night. Amenities were great. Cold towels, mint steam rooms, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a massage and my lady had a facial. We both enjoyed the experiences. Will def be back! Highly recommended.

The Joule Spa experience was one of a kind! Joanne was absolutely fabulous and my facial was impeccable. It was my first time getting a facial done and Joanne educated me, was so friendly, and helped me reach peak relaxation. The spa itself is gorgeous and feels very exclusive. The amenities are top notch and the staff was wonderful. 11 out of 10 experience!!

I preface this review by saying I have been to the spa two times and had amazing experiences, but after today I will not be back. A group of 4 of us had massages for a bachelorette weekend in Dallas at 8am Saturday 10/19. We show up promptly Saturday morning only to find out 2 of our appointments had been cancelled. We were shocked! They told us they called and emailed us but I did not show a call or email sent. So that was clearly a lie. They went on to confirm our information was correct and FINALLY ended up admitting no email was sent to myself. I understand mistakes happen but truly the worst part was the customer service. For an expensive and top rated spa, I am so disappointed in the lack of empathy or apology! The staff did not do anything to make it right and was going to charge a cancellation fee for the appointments still in tack even though two of the 4 in our group, appointments were cancelled! I work in customer service and am appalled at how the Spa at the Joule handled everything. They would not take accountability or offer a gift card to reschedule my 110 min service. I have been told the Spa Manager Lisa is going to give me a call. That has not happened. Completely disgusted with how their personnel handled the situation and ruined what was supposed to be a fun Saturday morning celebrating our bride.

Overall a great spa experience, but the crowing jewel was the massage therapist Derek. I had an issue with my shoulder that he dialed in on and worked the heck out of with great success. It was like he took the best parts of a bunch of different massage styles and smashed them all together in one amazing experience. It was hands down the best massage I've ever had. The spa kept asking if I was OK with a male therapist and I'm so glad I said yes. It was not awkward at all. Make sure you do at least an 80 minute so you can enjoy the scalp massage. I'm tempted to fly back to Dallas just to go here again!

This morning I went to the Joule Spa with a party of 4 for a spa day that had been planned months in advance. Upon arrival at 7:30 am Saturday morning, we were told 2 of the 4 reservations had been cancelled. We were told they tried to contact the 2 parties but were unable to reach them. We asked for sent email in which they could not provide. We asked the contact information they had on file, and it was correct, although they also claimed one number had been disconnected. For an establishment like The Joule, I would have expected an apology and them to go out of their way to make it right. THis did not happen. Although after much discussion they provided two 50 minute massage gifts cards, not the 110 minutes service we had scheduled. Again, they did not inform us that the giftcard was for a 50 minute service. We did not realize this until we got home - again not forthcoming. The Joule Spa fell very short on what should have been a very special family celebration.

The service was absolutely amazing and we felt catered to at every point throughout the day we spent here. Mario our attendant saw to every need and request we had and really contributed to making this a special day for us. We were leaving for our wedding two days after this so it was a great time to relax and decompress. I can’t recommend spending a few hours here with a massage mixed in to unwind.

Had an incredible experience at the spa! Hubby and I did a weekend staycation at The Joule and booked a couples massage. Y’all when I tell you I melted into that massage table…omg the best I’ve had. Also recommend you try the Eucalyptus Steam room 🧖‍♀️ and ice bath experience.

I booked this spa for my girlfriend's birthday after reading great reviews online. The idea of using the amenities (pool, steam room, sauna) an hour before and an hour after seemed like a fantastic way to enhance the experience beyond a typical spa visit. Our appointment was at 8 am, and the email stated to arrive an hour before to enjoy the amenities. We arrived at 7:15 am, valet parked, and attempted to get on the elevator, but the spa button wasn’t working. I asked the front desk if we needed a key card, only to be told the spa doesn’t open until 7:30 am. This was frustrating because the email stated otherwise, and it reduced our time to enjoy the amenities before our massage. At 7:35 am, the elevator button started working, and we, along with two other guests, made our way to the reception. The couple in front of us checked in without issue, but when it was our turn, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation. This was baffling as I had multiple confirmation emails and had even received a phone call confirming the reservation two days prior. We stepped aside while the receptionist checked in the next guest, who quickly voiced her frustration as she received the same email stating to arrive an hour early. The receptionist explained that for 8 am appointments, guests are allowed to use the amenities for two hours after, rather than one hour before. In my opinion, if this is the policy, that is fine, but it should be communicated. I had made brunch reservations based on the email sent to me, so the two-hour post-massage use of amenities was not helpful. Meanwhile, the other guest was visibly upset and canceled her reservation, demanding to speak with the manager, which lets just say, wasn’t very relaxing. Once she left, the receptionist continued to look into our reservation. She was very apologetic and offered to let us use the amenities and reschedule the massage, but it’s my girlfriend’s birthday, I’ve done everything correctly, have confirmation emails, received a phone call confirmation, how could this possibly have happened? Apparently they are unable to search by the confirmation number, but after I get frustrated she asks what my email is. Using my email she finds the reservation under my girlfriend’s name, despite me booking it and all confirmation communications being addressed to me. Bizarre and perhaps something was manually entered into their system wrong. Eventually, we got everything sorted and began our massages, which were excellent. We then used the pool for an hour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The manager did stop by to acknowledge our trouble checking in, which was appreciated, but we were trying to relax and chose not to discuss it further at that moment. Upon checkout, the receptionist offered us a discount due to the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture, but honestly, I would have preferred to pay the full price without the drama. Overall, while the actual spa services were great, the disorganization and lack of clear communication significantly detracted from the experience, especially considering the premium price. Side note, I tried to respond the the survey they send out and it will not allow me to submit my response.

Top notch service from the hotel valet parking to the spa staff. The spa facilities were clean and serene. The wife and I both enjoyed the couples massages. Wife remarked it might have been the best massage she’s had. Special shoutout to the valet attendants who both excelled at customer service. Would visit again when in DFW area.

10 out of 10, no notes! This place is phenomenal and the best spa I have ever visited. I have done their Biologique Recherche facials and their massages, both are spectacular. The amenities you also receive are of the best quality Dallas has to offer. The sauna, steam room, pool (you can even order bites from CBD and have it delivered by the pool area), and to top it off, they offer mimosas or champagne while you are waiting for your service. I promise this spa is work the price tag!

Phillip was the most amazing masseuse. Probably the best massage I have ever had, 110 minutes, completely customized. So friendly and kind, amazing service and experience. Mimosas before the service were excellent as well. Cannot thank Phillip enough, what a treat!!

The service one receives from The Spa at the Joule is truly un matched. The entire experience from the tour with the spa attendants, the European heat experience, and the massage itself is amazing. I have experience in many others spas, but the staff that make up this spa truly make a difference in all the meaningful touches they provide to a persons experience. Special thanks to Lana ❤️

Amazing experience! There are a few broken items in the men's locker room that need an update. Clearly, the maintenance and spa attendants are stretched thin. However, my service was absolutely excellent.

Best facial of my life with the AMAZING Lorena! The spa area was beautiful and relaxing - they have a steam room, sauna, ice to cool off, and a body temperature pool with jets that felt so great on my neck and back. The tea and snacks were much appreciated.

I am absolutely blown away by The Spa at the Joule. I visited for a 50-min customized massage on a Tuesday and OMG!! From the moment i walked in, until i walked out the customer service was amazing. They give a very detailed tour when you arrive and it was so welcoming, i felt so comfortable there. There are PLENTY amenities available ( 2 saunas, a rain shower, a relaxing body temp pool), as well as slippers, robes, bags, towels, toiletries, snacks, tea, water, champagne and everything you can imagine. My favorite part, besides the massage, was the wet sauna, WOW what an experience. My masseuse, unfortunately i can't remember her name, was amazing, very attention to detail, very communicative, and very good at her job. I think her name was Lana (that's a guess) but when i return i will be requesting her. I would highly recommend this spa and i will be back. Also, they validate the valet parking at the hotel.

I booked a 110 minute massage for my wife and I. From the moment we walked in things were great. A gentleman took me one way and a lady took my wife another way. From that moment things got complicated. I kept wondering where was my wife? A young lady came in brought me into a room to relax. There were two beds in the room and I kept wondering where’s my wife. Then a therapist brought me into a room with two beds and I asked where is my wife and she said she was getting her massage in a different room. I said that was unacceptable. I wanted to have a massage with my wife alongside me then a manager came in and asked how can she help me I said I want to have a massage with my wife and she says that was on it unavailable so I calm down, went into my massage room and realized the foot massage bowl was gone. I ask a therapist what about my foot massage she replied there was no time for that. I said that’s unacceptable. She said I guess I’m not gonna be able to please you do you want to cancel absolutely I will go somewhere else. Awful experience. Scott from Atlanta

I came in to experience a facial and massage, for the first time here. The stars are only for my facial technician and experience with her. I would have giver her five stars had I just gotten a facial. The massage was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had in my entire life. After being brought into the room to get my massage, my masseuse talked through trouble areas with me and asked what I normally get. While talking through he scoffed at a response I had to his question. The massage was 80 minutes, he spend 60 of those putting oil on my body. If someone says they’re used to getting deep tissue you might want to ask about pressure and ensure you’re applying the right amount. Then when it came time to check out I told the receptionist about my problem with the service and with the most lack luster careless response says, “I’m sorry you had a problem with your service, I can apply a 15% discount for next time” or something. I couldn’t even hear her because she didn’t care enough to speak up and actually show she cares about my feedback. To spend over $500 on these services I expected A LOT MORE!

I go here to pick up one of my favorite candles - the Paris scent by Niven Morgan. However I’m changing my review from 5 to 2 stars after an unsatisfactory purchase in which management was unwilling to help rectify. I purchased a new Niven Morgan candle scent called Whitewood and Sea Salt and the quality of the candle’s hot throw was beyond weak and incomparable to the Paris scent.

I love this hotel and I usually come just for an amazing Chia Latte from Weekend Cafe or to do some work in the lobby and people watch, but today I had a spa treatment. My massage was heavenly I told her what I wanted, what was hurting and she executed falsely…if for nothing else I’ll be back to get a massage. Now the spa areas, pool, steam room, and sauna. I’ve experienced better and for some reason the spa area was cold and a little crowed. Everyone was complaining about the temperature. That’s the only issue I had and the powder room attendants could have been more attentive. I felt like some women were being attended but while others, ie Me, weren’t and I had to continue asking for items. That’s just not a good look and they may need more training. However, I’ll be back it’s the little touches for me. The art, the music in the lobby, the cozy spaces, the library with the amazing sex books. 😉💜😉 The house car that will take you anywhere and pick you up within 3 miles of the hotel. I feel like you can’t beat the extra touches.

I spent a day at this spa getting pampered and loved it! I got the signature facial, it was AMAZING! Celeste was my aesthetician, I would highly recommend her and will be returning very soon. Before, during, and after my facial I received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from every staff member that I came in contact with. I also ate at the roof top bar and enjoyed the Barbacoa tacos poolside and had drinks downstairs at the bar. Food and drinks were excellent. My sister and I had the most amazing experience! Valet was a breeze. It was our first time there so we were given a very in depth tour. We enjoyed the abundant facilities before and after our treatments. It was beautiful, CLEAN, and relaxing. So many thoughtful details. The staff were amazing all around. Exceptional service from everyone. The attendants in the locker rooms are more like magical fairies. Quietly restocking and cleaning constantly. I would take a towel from the stack, turn my back, and boom! Restocked. All requests were met with a smile. Everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. I booked the Earth Inspired package with Cedric. He was absolutely fantastic. I will not use anyone else in the future. He took time to explain the oil pour process and answered all of my questions. It was easy to tell that he really cares about his clients. My experience would not have been the same without him! I left the spa feeling totally rejuvenated. I do wish there were more vegan menu options as it is a wellness center! And neither the cookies nor the granola laid out in the relax room were allergen friendly. This is absolutely a 5-star experience. It seems like the people who were rating anything less were mostly complaining about things that could have been avoided if they had read the company’s cancelation policy that is clearly stated on their website. I can’t wait to book with Cedric again!

What a terrific spa! I scheduled services for a party of three, which meant a bit of trickiness in trying to get everyone the service they wanted. The schedulers I worked with were excellent and creative in crafting a great experience in the end. The interior of the spa is amazing…and their combo of hot and cold therapies truly unique. I look forward to going back!

I recently booked a spa treatment that I was running late for. The customer service is so horrible, that even when I called- they told me they had to charge 100% for my treatment and not get the full time. I asked could I be rescheduled for a later time today and although available- I would be charged 100% of the treatment amount. They were also going to charge gratuity. I asked them not to - that’s the least they could do. Very expensive lesson learned. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else
