Top tier experience. As a spa guest you are granted access to all amenities. Showed up a couple hours early to workout and use the steam room. Workout area has everything you need, plenty of rooms to workout in, and insane views. Steam room was not just functional, but fantastic. After both, I used their hair gel (one of 25 things they have for you in the locker room) to slick back my hair and then headed to the spa guest only waiting room. This room was insane, excellent dim lighting, unreal city views, great loungers, and this all came with macarons, energy bites, other treats, plenty of teas, and cucumber water. They recommend you come at least 30 min early to enjoy this room and I now understand why! After all this I was already pleased and then the massage was also great! Staff here is on another level, from the person who checked me in all the way to the masseuses, super friendly and understand customer service. Will be back!

Pros--The receptionist was most kind and thoughtful. She took care of us very well. We had a great experience eating at The Terrace for brunch the day we came to use the Spa. We enjoyed the relaxation room immensely. Cons--We had come for 8:00am for 60-min couples massages and while one of our massage therapists was decent, the other was not as professional. Our package included a 30-min grape-seed bath soak before our 60-min massages. The water in the tub was warm and ready for us upon our arrival and the transition from the tub to the massage beds was fine. About 30 min into our massages, one of the massage therapists began walking over and releasing the water from the soaking tub(in preparation for the next session I suppose) but it was distracting, and she left my friend on the table 2-3 times as she attended to the soaking tub. She was also placing or pulling items from cabinets in the room a few times mid-massage. At another salon/spa it wouldn't have bothered me as much, but it was disappointing that the massage therapist didn't stay with my friend on the table the entire 60 min. While we each paid over $200 for this experience, it wasn't worth it. Beautiful ambiance, and I wanted to love our experience, but we didn't. I am not a salon snob either. I have had hundreds of massages over the years--some amazing, some not very good. I verbalize how I like my pressure, even mid-massage. I give the massage pressure and technique a 3.5/5 for our massages. Massages technique seemed choppy, somewhat unrefined(maybe my massage therapist was a new massage therapist?) and the distraction of releasing the water from the soaking tub in the middle of the massage seemed very unprofessional to me. The massage therapist who released the water from the soaking tub wasn't a new massage therapist however. She was the lead massage therapist in the room that morning. Thanks for reading. I hope to be back sometime and am hopeful our 2nd experience will blow us away!

The aesthetic of the place was very nice. You’re able to relax and enjoy the pool or sauna room after your massage. 1000/10 highly recommended

It was my first time experience and it so amazing, i love that i can get spa, sauna, pool and all the amenities . And if you want to use the fitness section is available too. I hope i can go back again next month.

best spa in chicago, curiously omitted from top spa lists when searching for top spa chicago. i wonder why?? Why would that be?? so strange, so unusual. did someone's feelings get hurt that they can't include a 5 star spa destination on their list. i'm a foreigner, i don't understand.

I paid for a deep tissue massage, nothing about it was deep nor was it like any other massage I’d had before. There was really no rubbing or relaxation technique, something I’ve never experienced. I’m disappointed in the amount of money it cost + the extra service and gratuity fee they add on, for the service I received. It made it the most expensive, worst “massage” I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t go back unless I was guaranteed a more traditional experience.

The spa was amazing here at Trump. I recommend having Lori as your massage therapist! This was my first massage and I will definitely be back. The facility was clean and the staff was very kind. There are chairs with blankets as you wait with some macaroons and tea. Relaxing quiet area to view the beautiful city of Chicago before your massage! Definitely will be requesting Lori when I come back!

Andy - My experience at the Trump Tower Spa was exactly what I wished for it to be. The luxury coupled with the professional services made it feel like a dream. I took my girlfriend here and surprised her for her 21st birthday and she was even more blown away by the experience than I was. The staff was very professional, respectful and friendly, they were able to cater to all of our needs/wants. They did a great job at explaining everything and helping with any questions we had. This experience was 11/10. The little things like the complimentary Prosecco for my girlfriend's birthday and the small snacks in the spa lounge kept me very satisfied throughout the experience. I would like to commend the outstanding work performed by Mrs. Ausra and Bryanna. They both delivered exceptional and premium services, consistently ensuring our comfort throughout the session. Their skill and expertise in massage therapy are truly remarkable. I will definitely start visiting the Trump Tower Spa regularly as it is my new favorite place in the city of Chicago to go to in order to unwind and relax.

It was rly nice! Soothing. I was upset they don’t have a hot tub especially since they say it’s a spa, but the sauna/pool was nice. We got a trump classic couples massage. It was decent, I think it could’ve been better(maybe I should’ve gotten a different massage package), but definitely enjoyed my stay.

Went for a massage on a Groupon and booked a facial as an additional service; absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Staff were extremely friendly, facilities really clean and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend getting there half an hour prior to enjoy the waiting area before and* after. Macarons and chamomile tea as you wait. You can order a foot or scalp massage while you wait. Beautiful views. I went to Rebar for a quick bite and some wine after saunas. Way better and classier than Aire. This is a *must* in Chicago for relaxation.

Incredible experience! The reservation was effortless thanks to miss Katrina. The rooms are ridiculously clean and comforting. I recommend requesting Lori who is world-known reliever of anything that ends in “itis” or causes pain. Im coming back and brining my family.

I had facial- loved the massage portion and how attentive she was. I didn’t care for the constant leaving and washing up, banging the metal bowl at the sink, and sighing of the esthetician. You advertised 60 minutes, was done in 50. Definitely not coming back. Also, before you rush out of the room, put the legs down so the client can climb out of the chair. The devil is in the details…

I wanted to love it but with the ultimate facial having a price tag exceeding that of their full body massages of the same length and winding up with breakouts from the products on my face and chest, I just can’t. All the products felt nice while it was being done and the aesthetician was very nice so for that I give three stars. But there’s no way those products are worth the price. Within 24 hours I was developing new acne on my cheeks, chin, and forehead/hair line. Now, 2 days later I noticed bumps and clogged pores on my chest (above the bra line) where the products and oils were also massaged into.

Mistakes are going to happen, that's part of business/life... it's how you respond and recover that defines you as a company. I booked two massages for my daughter and I... when we showed up, they only found one appointment and didn't have another therapist to accommodate us. Katrina quickly stepped in and together we found a different date/time that worked for us. However, sensing our disappointment of this day, Katrina invited us to still spend the afternoon enjoying the spa amenities including fluffy robes, macaroons, and champagne... we had a great day! When we returned 2 days later for our massages, we were met with friendly faces, above expectation customer service, and an unforgettable experience! The massages were wonderful, the facility is immaculate, the attention to detail to ensure all of the guests are pampered (cucumber water, high quality body products, warm blankets, soft robes) was appreciated. We could have easily sat in the relaxation room, enjoying the city view for hours! Katrina genuinely cares about making sure guests are highly satisfied. And if you have the PLEASURE of meeting Sharon, you will be happy and well cared for! I am so glad we gave this spa a chance to fix the mistake... they have earned our satisfaction and loyalty!!

One of the worst I've ever had. Arrived 30 minutes early, as requested. Unorganized front staff, which severely delayed the appointment. Very rushed massage and didn't get the full time. Requested deep tissue and did not get very much of it. The extra scalp massage lasted maybe 1 minute. I do not recommend

Visited the spa at Trump during a work trip. As a massage therapist myself, it was time for some self care. I booked a 90 minute therapeutic massage along with 2 add ons. My therapist, Cynthia was great at the consult even though I felt as if my intake form was not read. Pressure was inconsistent, duration on each limb was different, hamstrings needed attention as I flew & because of the work trip. Was shocked the neck/shoulder area received 2 strokes & a stretch after mentioning those are some areas of concern. I did let front desk know that I’ve had better service. By the way, front desk associate was amazing along with the spa room attendant. I can at least say I visited.

My boyfriend and I got a therapeutic Couples massage on 12/14/22 and I 10/10 recommend! We were guests at the hotel and decided to treat ourselves to some self-care. The massage had a lounge with amenities where we were able to have tea and macaroons. There was serene music playing throughout the massage and it was very peaceful. My masseuse got all my knots out and helped me to relax.

The spa is nice and clean , so relaxing I forgot my gold necklace in a robe, I was last one who left from the spa , and my robe was only the one in basket , I came back in 3 hours to hotel , saying that I forgot that in the pocket . They said they would email cleaning services for the Spa , I called next day around 10 and no one knew anything I explained again, the lady said they would take my note , and never called me back , I came İn next day , noone was aware , I try to reach Katrina , the manager there but she was always busy to talk with me , and never called me back , after 1 week finally I reached her , and she said they didn’t found anything, I just don’t believe that can disappear , and they don’t have cameras in laundry room, I work at the spa for 5 years and totally surprised with that plus how they load the machines without checking pockets, I had a brown robe , the new one everything else were white and the pockets was so deep , that won’t fell off even in washer machine.
