Mandatory tip included but Tatiana didn’t even do my pedicure properly. She stopped way before the cuticle so only a week after my nails look grown out. She kept complaining about the shellac pedicure I had on before saying they did a bad job because they put more than two layers and her job taking them off was made harder. I also asked her to only file my nails but she ended up cutting them way too short. All around wasn’t impressed for it being $115.

I came in on vacation to get married. All of our friends flew in also, the young lady at the reception desk I can’t brag enough about her. The lady doing my hair was a miracle worker. I was in the middle of my hair for my wedding which was a few hours away and the venue called and cancelled the wedding. Those girls went into turbo wedding mode helping me find a new venue, to help getting all 10 of us there. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Excellent spa experience with therapist Carolyn for a 100 minute Swedish massage. Great amenities with access to pool and workout area. Very calming and serene atmosphere

Horrible booking process. Phone lines are down, didn’t call back from my voicemail, website doesn’t work, and booking in person had limited availability. The couples massage was mediocre and EXTREMELY expensive. Not worth a penny out of the $390 bill. Massage therapist didn’t listen to my needs and I left still feeling sore. Super disappointing.

I don’t know where to start…. The website works up to a point until you’re ready to book and confirm the appointment. The person inside is worthless since he cannot book appointments even though he is working there. The person that (the one and only person, god forbid this person gets ill) didn’t arrive or come in the morning. This is one of the least expensive spas (outside of the Asian spas) in Vegas. It seems everything that is part of Trump Hotels is subpar. I gave up on their spa booking and just will walk over to another hotel spa. Way to go Trump, a spa is for relaxation not for extreme frustration!

Is it just me or do a lot of these one star reviews come off as fake news? Seriously, I found the best massage therapist in Vegas there, her name is Lyndsey. I now see her regularly and they honor my original groupon rate. Well worth the extra cost when you have the ambience and tranquility the spa has to offer, seasoned massage therapists (I'm picky as I am retired from being one myself) and a great two-room to relax in prior to and after your spa service. Shocked to see the 1 star reviews. Thank you Trump Spa!

Like that the hotel is smoke free. That is rare in Vegas. We were celebrating our 23rd Anniversary and enjoyed the Spa. Very skilled therapists and estheticians. We were relaxed and pleased with our services over the 3 days we stayed at the Trump International.

Booked couples massage for anniversary, such a bad choice and a non romantic vibe at all. Non relaxing environment, the speakers were broken in the meditation room and you could hear every noise in the building. There was an employee yelling and carrying on in the main hallway where the guests were waiting for services. Another woman was so upset with this she called a manager in. No citrus water, hot tea was empty, no fresh fruit. In the meditation room the lights would not dim, according to an employee there switch was stuck so the mediation area was like a spot light presence and everyone in thier robes. Terrible experience in general, but for a Trump related property I was really expecting a certain class of spa. I contacted the spa director and she assured me she would make it right for us, and gave me a business card. Keep in mind I paid for my services in full at this point. She said she wanted to invite us back for a redo. I did attempt to contact her, leaving 2 messages and to date we no call back. I would have to guess her assurance was just a front to calm the incoming guest behind me, while we were checking out. The massage was not too bad but given the overall experience I would never make a 2nd visit. Also, the massage oil used was not an aromatherapy as we were told, because that's an up charge. People, this is Las Vegas and there are too many other spots in town that actually cater to the guests and seek to make our experience wonderful. I hope to save someone from being as disappointed as we were and we don't get the chance to be alone much since we have kids and this entire day was aweful.

Had a great aromatherapy massage and love the steam room and sauna. It is a bit pricey but good if you want to treat yourself especially if you are staying the hotel and can return to use the steam room and sauna for the whole day when you get. treatment.

How pleasant to be in a really lovely spa that's not pretentious and where the staff is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Actually, thh Trump is from now on my go-to hotel in Las Vegas--it's the best. The massage therapist was excellent. Tanya (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful, thorough, really knows what she is doing. Delightful experience. And loved the sauna afterwards! The spa robe was terrific-an ankle length wrap of comfort!--and I bought one to take home!
