Hands-down, the absolute best. From the top down, the staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The facility (all locations) is clean and welcoming. I love Laura’s “refreshed not different approach” and guidance on what is needed to achieve the right results! Definitely recommend!

If I could give 10 stars for my experience with The Spa and Laser Center I would. The entire staff has been nothing short of AMAZING! I recently had a terrible experience elsewhere at new med spa. I was injected poorly and left with migrated filler. My confidence was shot. Laura has been helping me restore my appearance by carefully dissolving the migrated filler. She has done an awesome job on my Botox and I plan to do more with her soon. The entire staff is caring and professional. It’s nice to be in the hands of a true professional injector. If I can give any advice, do your research and go with someone like Laura that has the knowledge to give you the results you’re looking for! Don’t trust just anyone with your results! Go to the best!

I recently visited The Spa and Laser Center for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The entire staff was welcoming and my injector Michelle was absolutely incredible. I was extremely pleased with her attention to detail and have loved the results. Highly recommend!

Had my first appointment with Sue yesterday at the VA beach location for Fraxel laser. I drove from Richmond because I wanted to go to an expert and someone I could trust with my face. I honestly cannot put into words how impressed I was with Sue and the entire staff. Sue was kind, professional, knows way more about lasers than I ever intend to imagine (and that’s coming from someone in the aesthetics industry). But above all, Sue makes you feel welcome and at ease. She even texted me this morning to check in and see how I was doing. Kudos to the spa and laser center, you’ve got a client for life.

I went here on a recommendation of a friend. At booking you make a $100 deposit to reserve the appointment. When I checked out the day of my appointment after my service, I paid for my service and then after I paid, I asked if the $100 had gone toward my service. The receptionist seemed to indicate that she forgot to apply it and said we could apply it to a next appointment. Since beauty/aesthetic appointments are few and far between for me I said i’d rather not apply it to the next and just get a refund since I didn’t know when I’d be back. She was very nice and said no problem and that she’d call after she spoke to the manager to refund it. I Ieft feeling kind of like id been swindled out of my money, but felt a little better that they would refund me. I called back a few days later as I hadn’t heard anything from the office and I spoke to the managers Dana who said they decided to apply it to my next appointment since I had a “follow up in 4 weeks.” At that point I was pretty frustrated because not only had they tried to use my deposit once in a way without telling me, but then did it again even after they said they’d refund me. Additionally, the follow up appointment was supposed to just see how I liked the treatment, so who says I would even spend $100. Dana was very nice and understanding and gave me the refund. I’m not usually one to nickel and dime but not everyone can just go around leaving $100 deposits here and there. Laura did a good job and was very thorough, although i felt quite rushed through the whole appointment and that if I hadn’t spoken up for myself she would have done more of the service than I originally indicated. I will not be returning. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt like all they cared about was getting my money. The only reason i’m not leaving 1 start is because they were extremely nice and polite and were very accommodating to my schedule.

Wonderful! I have been a client here for a few years and always impressed by their entire staff and services. Laura is amazing and you can tell how much she cares and personalizes each experience to make it comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

I spent several thousand dollars here, and none of the services I received were worth what I paid. Last year during covid, I decided to use my down time for self care and embarked on a journey to do the cosmetic things I'd always thought about, but never had time for. I bought multiple laser hair removal packages, over 3k in purchases on that alone (which btw, they're prices are much higher than many competitors), and 6 months later I still have the same amount of hair in all the areas that were treated. Such a disappointing waste of money. I also had filler done here... BAD decision. The nurse who did my injections put filler in places I specifically asked her not to. She also over-filled certain parts of my face, and I had to see a plastic surgeon to dissolve it. My face still isn't the same. My advice to anyone considering filler is to see a cosmetic surgeon or board certified doctor/dermatologist. If you must use a nurse for your injections, be sure they have A TON of excellent, verifiable reviews- and if their face looks over-inflated, don't let them touch yours. Update re owner response: Naturally, my online profile is an alias- who actually uses their real first/last name on Google for the world to see? Really weak response from spa management.

So this place is amazing. Debbie is the only person I ever have, or ever will go to. I will fly back to va for her to touch my face. The only person you should ever trust with this kind of stuff is Debbie. She's the real deal. I cannot recommend this place any more or high enough.

Debbie is truly a master at her craft. She has taken injectables (Botox, Juvederm, Voluma) to a whole new level. I walked out of my appointment looking 10 years younger. She really knows her stuff & has a keen eye for detail. Debbie is the best!!

I’ve been to multiple places to receive my Botox. My husband bought me a gift card for my birthday and I’m glad he chose The Spa And Laser Center. Debbie is great, I received filler and Botox. She was kind, caring and a perfectionist with her work. The staff also very professional and kind. I found a new home for my cosmetic care.

Rescheduled due to COVID-19 multiple times. Unable to use my filler syringe due to rescheduling then relocated due to the military. Center would not refund the cost of the syringe that expires in 6 months. Would not offer clinic credit for future use. Would not recommend.

I went to Debbie for treatment of forehead lines and frown lines that were developing between my eyes. She is truly amazing! After my first visit, my wrinkles and lines were smoothed away leaving a natural, more youthful looking me! She told me exactly what I could expect and she was spot on! I’ve been getting my lip filler by Debbie for the last 6 years and she is AMAZING! Ask her to do a dental block and I promise you, you will not regret it. It will be the best filler experience of your life!! I felt nothing...no pain, no pressure, no pinching, no nothing but left with my lips looking freaking amazing!

Debbie Turner has helped me look and feel better than when I was 25 year’s younger since I’ve had several surgeries for recurrent skin cancer. Treatments at the Spa and Lazer center improved how I look and feel after all the surgery trauma. Debbie is an artist, Kate’s facials & peels are amazing, Sue’s lazer genesis treatments made my complexion glow. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring.
