I took my mom here for her birthday to get a facial. The staff were all incredibly kind, informative and considerate. The decor is beautiful as well! Will definitely be returning.

Update 1/6/25 Sophia is wonderful! I had such an amazing experience (as always) and request her for my services because she is calm and peaceful and executes her services expertly! Update 7/28/24 Vicky and Sophia were equally amazing with their individual services. I am a repeat customer and look forward to my next visit! Sophia and Sandy were both amazing! My mom and I both felt like we escaped from the world for 90 minutes. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and the environment is always calm. Thank you for another amazing experience!

Te ofrecen un precio y cuando llegas es otro querían cobrar 225 por acrílico uñas y pies es realmente malo esto… la que me atendió estaba molesta por que pedí que me hicieran solo gel y terminó haciendo lo quiso me me hizo pedicure regular y manos gel un color sencillo por 124 dólares ..me exigió una propina de min 24 dólares .. me quedé en este sitio por que mi novio me había regalado una tarjeta de regalo de 100 dólares del sitio pero no volveré más… en otros sitios pago la mitad y son más amables …

Highly recommend the Spa Lounge. Allyssa at the front desk very welcoming and accommodating. Wonderful Swedish massage and Essential facial with Jenny. Definitely will be booking another appointment.

Had such a lovely experience today at Eastern Breeze! A 45 min massage by CeCe and facial by Sandy. They were both super relaxing and it was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!

Have been living in Woodbury for more than 2 decades & used to frequent the Red Door. Currently I am a regular client at this Spa. The Masseurs are good, they do standard facials, spa is clean but the place is too expensive & people at the reception are very rude, abrupt & not helpful. A lady named Kim is extremely rude but if you need help, ask for their other manager, I do not remember her name but she is knowledgeable & empathetic towards clients. Instead of going on an attack mode in the face of criticism, the spa management needs to listen to clients.

Sophia is AMAZING!! I’ve seen her for both a facial and a neck/shoulders/back massage and both times have been so relaxing and healing. Definitely will keep coming back!!

Great experience. Kim gave us a tour, the place was beautiful and immaculate. I booked a 1 hour Swedish massage which Jenny gave me. My husband booked a 1 hour Recovery massage which Doris gave him. We both felt absolutely wonderful afterwards. The changing rooms offer everything. The relaxation room is serene. We loved everything about this spa and can't wait for our next visit! We went back 2 weeks ago. Kim remembered us which was so nice. The whole spa is so serene and relaxing, beautiful and spotless. Jenny gave me a Swedish massage and Nina gave my husband the same. Both of us said... wonderful. We met afterwards in the lovely relaxation room. It was my birthday and Kim brought me a glass of prosecco and a sunflower tied with string. It's always the little things that make a difference. We will return whenever we go out that way

I came in yesterday with my best friend for a relaxing pedi and girls spa day! This place is a hidden gem with top quality service and their Manager Jenny is the best! Jenny was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about all the services and recommended the best services to fit our needs! Our nail artists Ada and Vicky were top notch while we were pampered with the works! Champagne, soothing music and a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. All around 5 star experience! Thanks again Jenny you were the absolute best!

I had the most phenomenal facial and head spa experience!! This was my second time at this spa and I have to say, they're amazing. I had Sandy for both services and she was extraordinary. Another employee, Chris bought me a glass of champagne for my birthday in-between my services. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They truly made my birthday extra special. I can't wait to come back 💜

Such a relaxing prenatal massage from Sandy, much needed!! Felt absolutely amazing afterwards and loved when she brought me out to an area to rest even longer and enjoy some water and snacks. Fantastic place, will be booking with Sandy again!!

From the moment you enter, till the moment you walk out , you feel so welcome and relaxed. The spa is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I got the “Essential Hair Spa Experience” with the Kerastase products and have never had such an incredible spa treatment in my life. It was incredibly interesting to get the scalp analysis before and after to see the difference in your scalp health and the hair follicles. I had Vicky, and she was the best ! So friendly, warm, and a wonderful masseuse. Will be back 😊

I went in today for a Head Spa and had the most relaxing experience. Jenny gave me the treatment - she is amazing!!! Thank you so much for the scalp massage, deep scalp cleanse, and body (arms, neck, upper back and legs) massage! I had a painfully tight right shoulder, but the neck and back massage helped so much. Highly recommend Eastern Breeze~

The atmosphere is nice, the place is spotless. Super clean and organized, I’ve been there previously for a spa day last year for my birthday what was an absolute 5 stars experience so I’ve decided to repeat the experience what was kind of disappointing. I don’t know if maybe it’s because I booked for a Sunday this time, but the staff didn’t seem very happy about being there, what made me feel a little bit uncomfortable, what turned my experience into a quite stressful experience (the completely opposite of what I was looking forward in a spa). It also made me feel uncomfortable that during the procedure the professional kept trying to sell me things that wasn’t included in the services that I bought, what overwhelmed me and didn’t allow me to relax as I’d like (maybe a recommendation in the end of the procedure would be ok and highly appreciated, but definitely didn’t want to hear about it the whole time). I really just would like to enjoy the silence and relax (I probably could just have told her that, but I understand that is her work and I didn’t want to be rude). The manicure and spa pedicure is a waist of money, I wouldn’t recommend. You can get a better service for half of the price in any nails salon. Well…. Overall I think that the place is beautiful, clean, boogie, but I am definitely not going back or recommending to my friends.

The fist time I came here I got the head spa experience. It wasn't for me, I didn't like having my hair wet for the duration of the appointment. I decided to give the spa another try since it was highly recommended to me by several friends. I made an appointment for a massage. I got a deep tissue massage done by Jenny and it was awesome. Jenny is kind and polite, she was very accommodating and asked me several times about if the pressure was good. I loved the massage and felt very relaxed.After the massage, I was brought to the lounge where I had a complimentary drink and snack. The staff in the lounge and the receptionists were very friendly.

This would be a 5 star, but the receptionist wasn't so rude, a still question for a not so nice answer. " we don charge, we only hold the card on file". The attitude and tone in her voice was very not welcoming I'll be taking over 500$ bills not else where.

Had a wonderful signature message today with Lisa. And although I was not scheduled for a mani pedi the manager was able to accommodate my request. The staff here are all wonderful !
