I’ve been visiting Twila at The Spa Midtown since 2022 and have always left feeling restored and relaxed! Twila provided me with prenatal massages throughout my entire pregnancy and I’ve continued to see her for other massages since. She’s always been kind, professional, and attentive to my body’s needs. My shoulders, back, and feet are usually tight and after a massage with Twila, I feel physically lighter and my limbs feel more flexible and relaxed. I would highly recommend her to anyone that visits The Spa!

I was really worried during my visit today because my first ever experience was horrible during a message. I told the tech soft compression while doing my message but I left feeling like I had just been abused at my own expense. Fast forward I told the tech (Twilla Reed) here at Spa midtown this was my first experience because it actually was . She was so professional and thorough performing with great care and accuracy, especially with regard to smallest of details. Her performance was so on point I forgot where I was and fell asleep and that’s a never for me . I highly recommend this Spa ask for Twilla and tell her Anita sent you !!!!

Just wow! Kaye was absolutely amazing. I received a mini facial and was simply blown away by her level of detail and care. She walked me through different methods and things that I could do to improve my skin care. I will definitely be back for a customized facial. So great!

The Spa Midtown is the absolute best. I come to Kaye for the dermaplane followed by a facial and always leave feeling refreshed and glowy. I am moving to Nashville but will not let anyone else touch my face, so I will be driving to Memphis to see Kaye as much as I can!

I got the Diamond Glow service from Kaye. The results were seen immediately. She was very knowledgeable of products offered and her services impeccable. I will be returning! I left relaxed and face refreshed! Worth it!

I’ve been going to Spa Midtown for about two years now. The space is always so calming and clean. I always select Twila as my masseuse. My first session with her was so amazing that I just kept booking with her and referring my friends and family to her. I definitely recommend, 10/10.

Just about to leave the spa but I just had to sit down and write a quick review. This spa is just fantastic. The staff is great, the Renew Mini Facial was very relaxing. Nas was so helpful in helping me get a skin care routine together. great experience, will def be back!

Nas was send my my mom. This is need she had to say : Nas was very efficient and professional. I appreciate how kind and gently she was with my facial and massage. I would recommend her to anyone. Mom definitely wants to see her again! I saw Kaye, she was absolutely amazingly. She had such a gently touch and amazing spirit. She made me feel like I was right at home. The perfect duo. Twala and Kaye. Twala always does a superb job on my massage. Very friendly down to earth and professional. You can't go wrong with booking a massage with her. Please don't hesitate because she books fairly quick. You'll be glad you did Kaye has been my aesthetician for some time now and to say she just gets better and better is an understatement The lady is just Gifted and my skin always looks amazing! Thank you to my better half for booking me a massage and facial here. The facial was only the beginning, it was so soothing and relaxing then followed up by an incredible massage session, hot oil scalp massage, body dry brush (that was a different feeling, wasn't bad but won't do that again), back and foot scrub, and a full body massage. The ladies were so accommodating and made every part of my body relax. Very serene, calm and clean facility. Great location if you want to grab food or drinks before or afterwards. Will definitely be back for more pampering!
