All the staff performed amazingly on the services provided (massage, facials, pedicures). However it is the small intricacies that are neglected leading to 2 out of 5 stars. For instance, the spa only has 1 shower/locker room which is co-ed. The spas features isn't accommodating to men larger than average, for example I am 6 foot tall, size 12 shoe and thr robes were too short and they had no slippers that would fit. I had to walk around the spa all day in my socks! The tables used for massage and facials aren't heated so my wife and I got cold during the service's. The "relaxation " room is anything but that. It has cold plastic chairs and is right next to the front desk so you hear all the conversations so unable to relax. The "hot tub" is really just a small jacuzzi that is outside in the back of the spa. Definitely not the best spa but decent if you're on a budget.

The staff was amazing. My massage with Anastasia was so good. I got a facial with Anastasia as well, and my skin looks and feels great. The pedicure was also great. Singly I felt pampered during each step, but all together made my day super amazing!

My friends and I visited The Spa as part of our 25th friendship anniversary celebration. We all traveled from out of state and found the service to be excellent from beginning to end. It was easy to schedule and Andy was happy to accommodate multiple services for each of the five women in our group. When we arrived, they rolled out the red carpet and offered a variety of complimentary beverages. We received a facility tour and were offered a sitting area to eat the charcuterie we brought with us. The real highlight of the experience was the outstanding treatments provided by each of the technicians. I was with Destiny for both my massage and facial. She was knowledgeable, offered practical recommendations, checked in frequently about my comfort, and provided me with an utterly relaxing massage. After my facial, my skin feels so smooth and my friends said that I’m glowing. They were each equally pleased with their providers - Anastasia, Eduardo, Brian, and another kind esthetician. All in all, we loved our experience at The Spa.

I wish I could say this was an amazing experience but I left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. There was parking which is great and the front staff is extremely nice and welcoming. However, I was 15 minutes early and they were at least 5 minutes late coming to get me from the waiting room to go back for the massage, they yet still ended the massage on the hour, on the dot. The room wasn't anything special. No heated table or towels. It felt clean. But the music was very quiet and I could hear my therapist's stomach grumbling and people at the front desk talking. My massage therapist was nice but smelled like either cigarettes or weed which was really off-putting. It was a full body massage but they didn't massage my hands for some reason and the overall massage was.. uniquely bad. Before my massage I was contemplating a membership, but I definitely won't be doing that now. I'm sure with another massage therapist the experience would've been better.

My husband booked a couples massage as a anniversary surprise for me. The staff were very nice and welcoming and it’s sad that the place looks rundown. The massage room was just two massage tables and that’s it. No ambiance or soothing vibe at all, the head covering on my massage table was even stained. My husband had a guy masseuse who did an excellent job, my husband said the massage was very good but unfortunately the “herbs” he must have smoked earlier was all we could smell. Not sure I can use the appropriate term here but basically a popular herb that’s illegal in many states. It was overpowering and not in a good way. My masseuse was a lady and it was the weirdest massage I’ve ever received. I didn’t get massaged, I was given a dry exfoliation. My husband later said all he heard was rustling like when you briskly rub your hands together. It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage which I told her my problem area was my lower back - didn’t even touch it. My shoulders got less than 5 minutes. She briskly exfoliated (I am using the word exfoliated or frothing because I don’t know what other word is appropriate) there was no manipulation of my muscles at all. No pressure, no kneading, tapping or whatever else you associate with a massage. It was a disappointing visit and although I could deal with the no frills aesthetics, the fact I didn’t receive the massage I requested was why I gave it 3 stars.

Beautiful and clean spa. I came in for a manicure and their dazzle dry system was suggested. It lasted so long and longer than any other polish I’ve tried that wasn’t a gel. I love that when applied, there is no sanding of the nail bed and no UV lights used. I only wish they offered a simple polish change without Dazzle Dry instead of a full manicure. I’ll definitely be back.

For my scheduled nail appointment, I was happily greeted by reception and immediately taken back to start my mani pedi. My nail tech, Aariel was great. She has great attention to detail and is gentle with the nail tools. It is very relaxing there with the quiet atmosphere, massage chairs, and offering of beverages. I’ve been coming here for years and recommend The Spa Orlando for nails & massage.

I took my fiancé to The Spa Orlando to get a couples massage and pedicures and we couldn’t be any happier with our entire service experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a glass of wine while we waited. Our massages were exactly what we needed, we walked away floating. The ladies who did our pedicures we paid such amazing attention to detail. I’ve never had a pedicure this good. We will definitely be back and are for sure signing up for a membership. I got a relaxing, long-lasting, beautifully done pedicure for a great price. The front desk receptionist was exceptional and helped me pick my color. She heard my husband was in the car and that we were celebrating our anniversary. She invited him in, offered him wine, and let him sit in an empty station next to me. I wish I lived in the area. I’d have found my place.

I had such an amazing experience at The Spa. All of the staff was so friendly and the facility was very nice. I had a prenatal massage and it was the best prenatal massage I’ve ever had! They use a bolster so I was able to comfortably and safely lay on my stomach for the whole massage! I’m so glad I got a membership because I can’t wait to come back!

10/10 Excellent customer service and follow up. I showed a picture to Ana & Courtney, and they did what she had to do! No hassling about memberships and actually felt at home receiving VIP care. I’d recommend to anyone! Book in advance due to deposit requirements!

I hosted a large party and prepaid for the service, including gratuity. The service itself was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, the facilities were not updated, and the hot tub was not functional during our visit.
