I had a massage there after my wedding. Worth every penny. I have a lot of medical issues and my muscles tightened for a year prior to this massage. I've been in PM etc. After this massage I had a major migraine. The next day I could move more than I had been able to in a year. The following day my muscles loosened and my spirit lifted. I had over 10 muscle knots in my neck. He worked every one out. I had a SCS trial and my back was locked. The pain relief after this massage lasted roughly 3 weeks. That was amazing for me as I have tried everything. I'm now considering adding massage therapy back to my medical treatment plan due to the success of relief. Nothing was helping loosen my neck. Thank you so much. You made the start of my marriage almost pain free and we could enjoy things like when we fell in love.

The Westin spa was nice the reason I am not able to give it five stars is because the relaxing/waiting area was very small, only a few chairs. The highlight was the massage and facial. Ronnie did a great massage and by the time I left the massage I don't really recall the facial persons name, I was so relaxed. I will say, the hydro-facial was amazing and was the first time I ever had one. All in all I had a nice time very relaxing and chill environment just wish it was a bigger area to relax.

Best spa experience and I’ve been to many spa hotels! From the booking, arrival, phenomenal mani/pedi in a private room, and amazing facial, I left feeling like a new person! I even fell asleep during my facial that’s how relaxed I was! The staff went way above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make my experience that much more memorable and relaxing. Thank you all! Can’t wait to go back next month!

AMAZING SPA EXPERIENCE, from beginning to end! Making my appointment with their kind staff was stress-free. The choices of treatments & fee's were straightforward and easy to understand. I was met in the spa's beautiful setting with a gracious welcome by the friendly Spa Coordinator Gina who led me through my entire spa experience. I had, hands down (no pun intended) the best therapeutic massage I've ever had in 20 years by Casey. After a carefree relaxing Spa visit, checking out was brief with no surprises. I was also met by their great Spa Supervisor, Randolph, who took the time of introducing himself to me & inquiring about my satisfaction. The entire staff here is extremely professional yet has a unique personal touch. A very rare & refreshing quality to find.

Husband and I came for a couples massage. We had additional services like hot stone, scalp, targeted leg and pressure massages added. We went there expecting a good service, it was nothing but a huge disappointment. The therapists did not know what services they were providing/we were getting. No communication or feedback with us while and before massaging and those extra options were not acknowledged. We walked out very disappointed. And had to pay $100 tip on top of it!! giving 1 star just for the amenities.

I decided to try the spa before I flew back to home. Overall nice massage however it was loud, either other therapists or guests were laughing and chatting loudly during my service which was a huge turn off. My therapist was great but the overall experience could’ve been better.

More of a rub than a massage. No communication or feedback while in Massaging. Complete Waste of time and money
