I have to say how impressed I am with the professionalism and kindness of the team at The Spa Scottsdale. James found an appointment error and without hesitation he called me, addressed it very promptly and professionally and went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had a great experience. Suzi & Raina were absolutely fantastic masseuses and we left refreshed and happy. I highly recommend them. (The actual office was a little tricky to find- building A is to the left).

Jaime and Gaia were fantastic! My wife got messages and facials (with dermablade). Even though we were late the staff were super friendly and took great care of us. Highly recommended :)

My two friends and I wanted to book a spa day together and so happy we chose this little gem! Tyler the owner was so welcoming and we felt so relaxed after our massages and glowing facials. The champagne was a sweet bonus ☺️

Very lovely experience, Maria has the hands of an angel. I was given easy directions to find the suite which was very helpful I wouldn’t have been able to find it without the directions. During the massage I could hear the suite next door on the phone faintly but ultimately I didn’t mind and still found myself very relaxed and almost sleeping

Had such a great experience here! My mom and I came in for a spa day. Fantastic atmosphere and smell, the champagne in the relaxation room was such a nice touch. Janie gave me such a great facial paying attention to my more sensitive skin type, and Suzi gave me an amazing massage. My mom was with Carol for her massage and facial and had her first dermaplane! She absolutely loves how her face feels and cannot speak highly enough about the service Carol provided.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spa Scottsdale for a facial and massage with Karen, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance of the spa was soothing and inviting, which immediately put me in a relaxed state. The staff at the reception was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Karen was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my body and skin needs and customize the treatment accordingly. Her expertise was evident throughout the facial and massage as she explained each step of the process and the benefits of the products she was using. The facial itself was rejuvenating. Karen’s technique was gentle yet effective, and I could feel the difference in my skin immediately after the treatment. She also gave me great advice on how to maintain my skin. The overall atmosphere in the treatment room was perfect – calming music, dim lighting, and a comfortable bed that made the experience even more relaxing. I left the spa feeling refreshed, with my skin glowing and deeply cleansed and body rejuvenated. I highly recommend Karen and Spa Scottsdale for anyone looking for an amazing facial and massage. This was truly a wonderful and relaxing spa experience. I will definitely be returning for future treatments when in town!

This is my second time visiting Spa Scottsdale and the service is amazing and doesn’t disappoint! All the staff is incredible, the thought and care behind every service is top notch and I will definitely be coming back to visit here! I went to Spa Scottsdale for a lymphatic drainage massage and I had a great experience! I had a friendly greeting when I arrived and I was placed in the relaxation room while I waited for my massage therapist. The room was such a mood! I loved the music and the ambiance. My therapist was Christine. She was kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time, which is very important to me when receiving massage services. She was also very knowledgeable about her practice. She made sure to educate me on what to expect after manual lymphatic drainage and provided clear instructions for aftercare. She answered all of my questions as well. The massage itself was fantastic. I will definitely be back!

The staff is super friendly and very helpful! Karen, my Aesthetician is so knowledgeable and is amazing at what she does. This is my first Hydrafacial from her and I can’t wait to go back! It’s relaxing and satisfying all at the same time! You can see and feel your results! Definitely try them out! You will not be disappointed!

I came in for a prenatal massage, with a older/middle aged lady shortish blonde hair, unfortunately, the massage was not to my satisfaction, she was applying way to much pressure to my bones instead of my muscles, she clearly doesn’t know the physiology of the body, she also continued to ask me questions during my massage which did not allow me to relax and enjoy my time, it was pretty irritating. She was asking questions about my family dynamic. How many children I have, things that were irrelevant to my massage, then proceeded to talk about her family member who is also pregnant, and continued to talk about whatever she pleased. I also had a facial done, by Jamie, and this is why I’m even giving the establishment 1 star, if it was just a facial done, it would’ve been a five star rating but unfortunately -4 stars are due to the lack of knowledge and respect, or overall experience during the prenatal massage. Also, I paid over almost $400 for the services, which is completely overpriced. Will never return here. And I suggest if you’re looking for a great spa, there’s plenty of other places that will be worth your while and your money! Look elsewhere I wish I did! **** I am adding two stars because the owner just reached out to me, apologized for the services and offered for me to come in to have the services done at no cost. She did mention that they do not condone this at her practice, and she would like to make this right. I am a fair & honest person, so I’m willing to give them another shot. Will be back to update review after receiving services again.

Booked an appointment online AND PAID. Never received confirmation of appointment. When I called to confirm, they told me the online booking system is inaccurate and I did not have an appointment. She told me she'd work to find a therapist for my scheduled time and would call me right back. Never called me back, and I had to call and cancel. Person I spoke with was very rude and chastised me for calling her personal number... which was the number on the receipt I was emailed. Very bad experience - plenty of spa options in Scottsdale, don't choose this one!

I hate writing bad reviews and I rarely do... but I went to Spa Scottsdale at their old location, a few years ago, which was an actual spa and it was an amazing experience. Imagine my surprise when my husband booked me an appointment there again since the last time was so great and this time I show up to their new location, which is just a small office space rented in a large office building. It felt very thrown together as if they had just thrown a few chairs in the lobby and a cheap desk for the girl to sit at. This is not a spa experience. There is no bathroom in the actual "spa", you have to walk down the hall, in your robe, past several other offices who share this bathroom if you need to use it. It is not a professional set up. The facial room had cheap blinds so it was bright as day in there, no music, quite warm and felt very amateur, the same facial I was once given at an aesthetician school by a student. The massage room was darker, as they had hung sheets in the windows, but had no AC, after the massage I thought I was going to pass out after being in what felt like a sauna for 90 min. The masseuse did a decent job but the room was so uncomfortable it was hard to enjoy. If I had paid for a cheap place to get a massage and facial I wouldn't have minded so much but this place has no right continuing to charge spa prices at this new location when it is not providing a spa environment or level of professionals. I'm disappointed it was not the professional spa experience I received from this brand in the past.

I’ll be honest, after reading the most recent comments, I was very nervous coming here. Let me start by staying if you wanting a true spa experience, meaning the atmosphere/vibe, this isn’t it. BUT if you’re wanting a good service, relaxing time. This spa will not disappoint. It’s very strange how it is tucked away in an office building, and when you first walk in, I will agree with others, it feels very “thrown together”. But I had Karen for a 90 min massage and then Suzi for a 60 min facial. Both woman were amazing. The massage the best I’ve had in a very long time and the facial was perfect. Dark rooms, nice relaxing music, very attentive to what you requested. The only reason for giving 4 stars is being of the esthetic of the “spa”.
