I got a manicure done here by Christee. The sides of half of my nails were missed and the application of the color was noticeabley uneven. It was also just weird because she asked me about me and then judged everything I said. I was offered to come back and have her fix my nails but I had no time as it was right before Christmas. She would not give me a refund. I've had other people tell me this place isn't that great and now I see why.

Julia gave me literally the best massage I’ve ever had ever - and I used to manage a spa and have received more massages than the average person! She was communicative, sweet, intuitive, and professional. I will certainly be rebooking with her and sending all my friends and family to The Spa Upstairs!!!

I love this place so much. They do everything here. They are friendly and welcoming. I have been going to Jeni for a while for facials, and I really enjoy the atmosphere she provides. You can tell she honestly loves what she does, and wants to help anyone that comes in for treatment from her. I have worked with Gretchen as well, and she is also extremely awesome! She provided the same comfort as Jeni. The whole setting at this place is just amazing! I cant say enough nice things about everyone I have met, whether it was just someone greeting me when I came in or someone working with me, everyone is so nice! Also the space is extremely clean and smells good!

Liz here does the best manicures! She is so sweet and good at what she does. Also, she is the only person I know of that uses the Apres gelx tips in Portland. Definitely recommend her if you're looking to get some amazing nail art or just want a warm friendly experience with great service and attention to detail.

Christie gave me the most amazing facial! Not only did my skin look and feel refreshed afterwards, I felt completely refreshed! Christie's process was more relaxing than any spa treatment I have ever had. Do yourself a favor, and let Christie give you a facial!

This place is beyond fabulous. Spa treatments are customized and executed beautifully. It's a quiet, restorative place too. You will love coming here. They make you feel pampered without cleaning out your wallet.

My experience was excellent. Beth did the massage. Amy the manicure and pedicure. Ali the facial. I left there feeling wonderful: refreshed, relaxed, rejuvenated.
