I go The SPAaaht regularly, as I have standard appointments. I get facials, eyebrows shaped, handcials/manicures, and a scalp massage. Those scalp massages are the best! I go as often as I can, because every time I leave that spa, I feel rejuvenated, relaxed and so refreshed. I can't stop raving about the high quality of service provided. Not only that, the customer service is exceptional! My next appointment is coming soon, and I simply can't wait!

My first time in many, many, years having a complete facial. The experience was above anything I could have imagined. Her hands make you feel safe and relaxed. There is professionalism and caring in her treatment. It would take pages and pages to express my feelings about this well expended time? Something I did not know I really needed. LaJuana has a true gift. Her space is the very definition of welcoming and healing. On a trip to NYC, I booked my partner and myself the 60-minute massage. The experience was so intentional, starting with a short consultation during which she asked questions to get to know us better, and then an explanation of what to expect during the massage. She used a variety of techniques during the massage that reminded me of Thai massage + Swedish + hot stones and some other tools that I had never experienced before. I felt like a new person once the hour was over! My final note may seem superficial to some, but it made the experience even more meaningful for us. As a Black and Asian person respectively, my partner and I value wellness care facilitated by people of our shared identities. (Sidenote, we also booked this on Feb 14 to celebrate Lunar New Year, Black History Month AND Valentines Day) The quality of the energy here is so easy to surrender to. We are so grateful that this place exists--it really lives up to its name as THE Spaaaht!

I've been going to The SPAaaht on and off for over 7 years. LaJuana is the real deal! She helped me balance my skin with customized facials when it was in need of gentle care. I will always admire how non-judgmental and tender she is in contrast to other business that will push services and products you don't need. She is a business woman with integrity. Now that my skin is in a much better place, I love LaJuana's insight on how to care for texture and aging with gentle treatments and non-evasive ingredients. I recently used a wellness stipend from my employer and treated myself to one of her massages and WOW! She's got the touch! A true healer. I’ve done a lot of pedicure treatments in my life, but the one with LaJuana just blew my mind. I have never had my toenails look so baby pink and shiny after she polished them. My feet looked so healthy and beautiful. I can’t imagine doing my pedicure anywhere else. The entire treatment was incredibly relaxing. She laid me down on a massage table, covered me with a blanket and let me just relax while treating my nails with such attention and professionalism. I cannot wait to go back. The best pedicure known to a woman!

Usually Lajuana is on point but my last experience was horrible. Her energy was off the whole time. She got an attitude with me because I inquired about her rewards plan. To this day I still have no idea how points are garnered as they seem to be solely at her discretion. I then simply asked about the CBD add on that I PAID for , this turned into about a 10 minute lecture from her about “not giving away free products”. Im like girl ive paid for this service and have never asked you for anything free so im confused why you keep mentioning “free”. My session was interrupted several times by the phone ringing and the door bell. I will NOT go back.

I live across the street and was so excited to see such a highly rated spa nearby! I agree with all the 5 star reviews, La Juana and SPAaaht are absolutely divine. I have had many spa + sports massages in NYC and this was the best one I've ever had. She was attentive, treated all the areas I was having pain in, and provided an absolutely luxury experience.

It may be strange if the husband writes a review about his wife's facial he just experienced but it was like always exceptional and I felt like people should know this. I didn’t know that all this massage comes with it. All musicians with their aches and pains should get on her table, she knows every little muscle musicians use.
