I’ve received 4 calls back to back regarding and approved rescheduling for my appointment. I originally was going to come today, 1/12/2025- but I had to reschedule for the services of my Aunt. I have gotten numerous calls from a Maureen and an Amber, and I am not pleased. Now Amber states that she has no record of our conversations from yesterday morning via email, approximately 9 AM for my rescheduled appointment for 1/26/2025. I would like to go ahead and not use your services. I’m not pleased- and don’t like being harassed on Sunday morning.

Horrible service. I received a $400 facial and it was the worst facial I have ever gotten with rough massage on the face and putting product in my eyes the whole time. Attempted to reach out to the manager twice with no response. They don’t care about customer service. Save your money and go to an actual 5 star spa.

The St. Regis spa is my go to when I want a great massage by myself. It’s very clean, the staff is always friendly, and they greet you by name, which adds a nice personal touch. I enjoy the complimentary champagne as I wind down. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a couples spa day or with friends, as it’s small and lacks many amenities. It’s really best for some quiet, solo relaxation. Overall, it’s a great experience, and they’re always consistent.

Ashley did amazing! I had the Boost & Brightening facial and she made my skin feel so good. The whole experience was relaxing and Ashley listened to my skincare needs. I highly recommend seeing her if you are ever in the Atlanta St. Regis Spa.

I had an exfoliating and body polish treatment with Natalia - it was top notch! Service from the other spa attendants was also excellent. The little tea service is a really sweet touch. The space is lovely, albeit a little outdated. I was a bit disappointed to learn that, even with a spa appointment, you can only use the pool (right next to the spa) during a weekday and only if you pay an extra hundred dollar fee. It seems like they should be able to work out a better deal for spa customers.

I recently visited the spa at the St. Regis Atlanta while exploring options for my anniversary, and I had a fantastic experience! Anniekay was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the services and products available. She patiently answered all my questions and made great suggestions tailored to what I was looking for. The atmosphere of the spa is calming and luxurious, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Thanks to Anniekay’s expertise, I’m excited to book the “Just for Two” massage for my anniversary celebration. I couldn’t have asked for better service—definitely a 10 out of 10! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Anniekay. You won’t be disappointed!

Started off great! I so deeply wanted to love it, but I’ve got to be honest… I’m incredibly disappointed. I made an appointment after a discussion that the pool was available for use as a spa guest. I was so excited to come here for the first time. It will be my last. I after a 60-minute massage for $275, you don’t have access to the pool on a Saturday. I’ll certainly be booking the Four Seasons Spa in the future.

I rarely write reviews, but this was such a bad customer service experience I felt compelled to share: I had an extremely poor customer service experience at the St. Regis Spa in Atlanta. I booked a massage for my wife, for her first Mother’s Day. Despite multiple attempts to contact the spa to reschedule or discuss transfer options due to unforeseen traffic delays, I couldn't reach anyone. The staff at the front desk, including Judy, were polite but unhelpful, as it was "out of her hands." She referred me to Rafael Gorina, who has been unresponsive for a month. Ultimately, I had to rebook online, expecting a $50 transfer fee, but was denied any refund for the initial $205 booking. As loyal Marriott members with high status, we expected much better service from a high-end brand like St. Regis. The lack of responsiveness and inability to resolve the issue has removed this hotel from our destination listing going forward.

St. Regis is an incredible spa and has the best massage that I’ve experienced in Atlanta. The relaxation room is moody and serene, the amenities are clean and beautiful, and the massages are out of this world. I have had massages at a few hotels but St. Regis massages cater to all of your senses, with added touches of heat and fragrance to truly relax the body and mind. If they had a pool and jacuzzi, it would be perfect.

Updated: under new management who cares more about cutting costs than customer service. There is excessive noise when receiving expensive treatments, they are removing amenities after increasing prices. I'll be looking for somewhere else -- as will their talented massage therapists. Don’t trust the photos: no pool access allowed. Previous review: Excellent practitioners, staff, customer service, and amenities. It’s a great self care refuge.

I left my jewelry in my robe after a treatment. I called 10 minutes after I left asking if they could grab my jewelry from my robe. Lost and found said they would send someone and call me back. I never received a call back and the next day, I found out they sent it off to their linen company without checking. They said they would wait to see if the linen company found it but I doubt they will at this point. Very disappointed on how this was handled. I tried to reach the manager to see if any more could be done and they also said they would call back and did not. Expected more from the St Regis. Unfortunately those were very sentimental pieces.

Absolutely the best spa ever. I was warmly greeted immediately upon entering the spa. The “vallet” was called to escort me back. Dominique was hands down the nicest person. She made the experience amazing. She made sure we had everything. She brought around fancy chocolates and macaroons. Every few minutes she came by to check on us. My facial was amazing. I feel more youthful after the brightening service. The rainforest shower was so relaxing and I love the complementary body scrub. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this spa to everyone. Recommend going as soon as it opens as it started to get crowded around 11 ish. We will return.

I had much higher expectations for the st Regis spa. I went for a massage, which was lovely, and a manicure, which was not. The spa attendants provided lack luster service and didn’t offer the amenities listed on the website. The manicurist was straight up rude. I was instructed to wait in the salon and she was looking for me in the lounge. Instead of saying hello, she immediately told me in a very accusatory tone that I was not where she thought I would be. I got gel and not even a week later it started to chip. I would not recommend coming here. The four seasons has better service

I loved the massage I had (with hot stones). I have been to quite a few spas, and this experience was excellent! No hot tub, and the sauna is small but delightful nonetheless.

I received a facial and massage on June 13, 2023. The people at the spa were very friendly and professional. The facial and massage were good, but not what I expected for the price. I have had many massages and several facials that were much better for half the price. The ambience was good, which I expected at a spa. There were two things that I considered to be bad. They are listed below. 1. There was a price increase that was not reflected on the website. I had to tell them they could not charge me more than the price that was listed on the website. So, after a discussion the price was adjusted. 2. They automatically added a 25% gratuity for each of my services and charged me the tax on the gratuity that is typically paid by the person receiving the gratuity. For me a 25% gratuity is reserved for exceptional service. It is for the reasons listed above that will utilize another spa in the future.

I was treated to a 80 minute relaxation massage for my Birthday. It has been a while since I had the time for one. From the moment I walked in and was greeted with a glass of champagne, I knew I was in the right place. Waiting area was quiet and private. My massage therapist Eli was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was very through and worked gently but firmly on my trouble spots. Also, he had a great personality and sense of humor. I will definitely be back!

I’m normally a Four Seasons Spa fan, but my friend wanted to try the St Regis Spa (my second time). It was clean and staff was attentive. The massage was excellent (I really needed it) and the new locker keys are a huge added plus. I’ll come back when I have time to try out all of the amenities (steam room, etc). Having a drink at the bar on the second floor before my massage was extra helpful in relaxing me… 😂

What an amazing experience. From the time you walk into the spa until the moments after the massage is over, is nothing short of amazing! All of the employees were exceptional and I would like to highlight Tallasa Williams. She went above and beyond after my service in the waiting area to make sure I had a nice drink and anything that I needed. She was attentive to all of the guests and was extremely pleasant. I will be back!
