Crystal is amazing! I did my First Brazilian wax ever with her and she walked me through everything! How to position, when to breathe in and breathe out, and to take care of my area afterwards. Many girls I know have had bad experiences for their first wax, but with Crystal, my first experience went amazing! Please make sure you ask her questions before your appointment as she will recommend wether or not you should wait (small hair vs long hair, etc) I just did my second Brazilian, full back, and underarms with her and feel confident! I get married within a week and she honestly came through!!

I had my first appointment with Crystal last week. The experience was wonderful! She is timely and efficient. Her studio is clean, she has great energy and plays great music. I've been getting waxed for about 7 years and considered myself intimately familiar with my skin and hair down there...or so I thought. I don't know what tricks she has up her sleeve but her technique, wax and after care has left me with minimal growth and no ingrown hairs!! No wonder her calendar fills up so quickly! I follow her advice with my own aftercare skin regimen too. I've already booked my next appointment :-)

I recently started going to #TheWaxCode after a long search of waxologist in the Houston area. Crystal is professional and very detailed. You don’t have to worry about plucking hairs left behind and it doesn’t hurt when she pulls (she’s gentle). Best part, she’s never rushing you out! Her work area is always clean and smells pleasant. It’s also nice to know that if you’re thirsty you can grab a drink on your way out. I appreciate her interaction on social media with her clients. Crystal is always giving advice on after care etc. She never moves my scheduled appointment last minute like some have a tendency to do. I truly appreciate her work and so does my husband!

The Waxcode is the best! I highly recommend Crystal and her services. I felt little to no pain during my 1st brazilian wax, of course there is mild pain but it was not that bad. Crystal is very informative and very professional, she talks to you throughout the service and answers any questions you may have. 1st off let me start by saying Crystal is by far the BEST waxer I have ever met in my entire 17yrs of waxing! Her salon is GORGEOUS! The colors are inviting and calming. Everything was clean and smelt so fresh!! If you are looking for an amazing wax and glowing skin, I highly recommend Crystal! Crystal is amazing! I have always threaded my face and have been going to the same place for over 6 years. Due to Covid I started looking into waxing my face and arms and I found The Wax Code! It's been 2 weeks later and my skin still has a glow and barely any hair. I don't know how she did it but I love it! I asked ahead if I could bring along my little one and she was comfortable with it....Crystal's personality is one you easily gravitate too. I felt like I was visiting a friend and not going in for a painful service. Which I can truly say was pain free compared to when I threaded! The Brazilian is next on my list to get done and I loved how she answered all my concerns...sometimes we get discouraged by the way our body looks but she's given me the confidence to go for it. I went to a very popular wax center and my first Brazilian wax was so painful I said I would never wax again. Well my sister told me about TheWaxCode and how Crystal took her time, didn’t rush and there was no pain. Honestly I was so nervous but I was also tired of shaving. So I tried and let’s just say my sister was right!! I just had my second wax from her and it was 6 weeks later!
