I found my way to The Things We Do after learning about their incredible Dew and Go at home microneedling stamp and the results were amazing. When I realized that TTWD (DTLA) was only a few blocks away from my apartment inside ROW DTLA, and learned more about their World-class treatments and facials, I was all in. I've been getting PRFM w/microneedling with Steff ever since and my skin looks better than ever. Had such a great experience with the provider at TTWD! I’ve wanted to increase the thickness of the skin on my hands for a while. I finally came in for PRFM on the hands. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and I can’t wait to see the results soon!

Everyone from the moment I walked into The Things We Do made me feel incredibly confident and cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially as a newbie to cosmetic procedures. I HIGHLY recommend TTWD for WoC as I feel Venessa and her team really cater to our needs and “get” it. But I think any person will feel comforted, equipped, and empowered getting a treatment here. I never felt pressured, scared or intimidated. My favorite part of the experience? When we began I was asked, “What do you like *most* about your face?” 🥹 what a treat and thoughtful approach to an overall incredible experience. I can’t wait to come back for more!

I cannot say enough things about this place. The actual location is great, easy parking and cute coffee and whatnot in the same complex. On to TTWD! Their space is so welcoming, clean, and beautiful. The staff is always extremely welcoming and gracious. They have many wonderful products available for sale as well. I’ve gone a few times over the years and I literally feel like a superstar when I go- that’s how amazing the staff is. I had the unique pleasure of meeting the owner Vanessa during one of my appointments with Kelsey (who is AMAZING TOO!!). She was so engaging and gorgeous in person- you can definitely trust her eye. This place is unique because they don’t push over the top, fake beauty. They will customize their recommendations for YOU and you will be amazed at their variety of services. I love my results from PRFM and lifting threads!

I just had the best facial of my life by Aziel! She analyzed my skin to determine the type of facial I needed, then explained the purpose of each step. The results were amazing right after the facial, but then she and Vanessa explained it will only get better within 3 days. Thank you for rejuvenating my 51 year old skin!

One of the most luxurious facials I’ve ever had. Also one of the most expensive but I really feel like you get your money’s worth. Facial lasted 90 minutes and was personalised to fit my skin’s needs, even down to mixing together specific products/ingredients. Honestly worth it! So happy with how my skin looks and the experience was so relaxing. Belinda was great and I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in LA.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now. Could not ask for a better experience! All of the staff are so sweet and genuine. I’ve never been pressured to spend more or add on services. My injector focuses on enhancing and never ever tries to get me to do more, if anything she likes to start very mild. I look forward to all of my visits with Stef!

I am so happy I found The Things We Do! I have struggled with adult acne for a looooong time and finding an esthi that is kind, understanding and encouraging can be a challenge. I feel so comfortable here with the staff welcoming each time in such a gorgeous location. Mary, is simply the best, always on time and really makes me feel safe and understood about my skin troubles. Each time I'm there, I leave glowing! With healthier and happier skin. I've been with Nurse Vanessa for years. When I started my journey looking for injectors I saw many different people for opinions. All of the conversations with other injectors always ended with them suggesting other places to inject that I didn't ask for. When I met Vanessa she turned my life upside down. She told me I was beautiful and to not self deprecate. She didn't inject me the first day because she could tell I was unsure. She spent time with me, she listened, and she cared. That's the difference I felt with her team vs everyone else. They listen, they care, they enhance, and they are not afraid to say no. I am so incredibly proud of everything she has created, she deserves the world. Her entire team injects very naturally, they give you balance and make you look refreshed and youthful. They are true artists! I travel to go to TheThingsWeDo and it is SOO worth it.
