I was in the shopping center and decided to give them a try and get a hair cut. First time, never again. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never gotten such a bad hair cut in my entire life. Unfortunately, I did not get the girl’s name. My hair was so uneven that someone asked me if I got layers. I went to another salon to get my hair fixed.

i called and lady at the end confirmed to come at 12.30 for the threading. i drove for 20 minutes and when reached was told that it will take time and on insisting how long she flatly told 30 minutes. i seriously recommend the management to not commit or give appointment if that cannot be done . going and coming back without the service wasted my hour which might not be acceptable by many

usually the service is really good, I always get my eyebrows and waxing done by the same girls (they are really good). but this past weekend I went, they were not there and *Varsha* did my eyebrows. when I first arrived, she was doing someone else’s eyebrows and going SO slow, talking the whole time and not focusing on the task at hand. I had to wait 40 minutes for it to be my turn and she was not even looking at my eyebrows while threading! I got home and saw that she missed so many patches of hair, it was just such terrible service.

Felt too rushed, the hair stylist was too rough with her hands and my hair was still wet in the back and dried later only to become frizzy. Update: My sister also got her eyebrows done and they cut her skin on multiple areas around on the eye brow. Do not recommend this place at all!!

I went for my haircut yesterday . First a lady started to wet my hair and remove some tangles, later manju stepped in she never asked what look you want, she never took a moment to talk to a customer . She kept on talking with other person , she just showed me length ok?? I said I don’t need short haircut, maintain the length as possible . The moment she grabbed scissors in her hand she went on so fast . I have told her multiple times to don’t make my hair short , she said your length is fixed , I am just making layers . Within like 10 min she finished my haircut . I was so disappointed to see my hair sooo short now . Almost 10 inches of hair have been chopped. Never ever visit this place .

Trash service, the lady kept pulling my hair. 80$ for toning a mid shoulder length hair which the receptionist initially quoted 40, the lady kept doing stuff on her own and added to the bill. They didn’t even ask if whatever they were doing is what I asked for.

I had an amazing experience at the salon with Manju, who did a fantastic job on my haircut and color. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was warm and accommodating. Always had been the satisfactory place so far. I am very particular about my haircut and the only salon i trust is this one. With perfect skills I also cant not talk about how well- behaved and hospitable the staff are. Manju didi ,U slayyyyyy ❤️❤️❤️. Highly recommend. They make me feel beautiful 🫶🏻

Basically, I am new in Austin and was in search of best salon. So asked few of my friends & they recommended The touch salon which turned out my best choice. I had done my haircut and eyebrows here and it’s perfectly done. I am really satisfied with the services. I highly recommend to see the touch salon for your salon services.

I will never step inside this salon. They ripoff customers. The haircut lady called Manju, charged me 50$ to hack off 4 inches with no style, no shampoo, no layers nothing. I waited for 10 minutes after getting an appointment and then she took 6 minutes to hack off the hair and charged 50$. Don't go there if you value your time and money.

This is a highly recommended hair salon. I am visiting Austin and found about this Indian/Nepali salon. Manju did a fabulous job with my haircut. Very friendly, clean and fast service.

I recently went for a haircut and hair color. While the haircut was decent, I wasn't consulted about my hair color before it was applied. Manju assumed I wanted black, but I actually wanted a brownish-red. She went ahead and applied black, and when I questioned it, she claimed that I had asked for it, which I hadn't (who colors their already black hair black?). She then attempted to apply red over the black, which, predictably, didn't work, but I was still charged twice for the hair color. The lack of communication and the blame placed on me for not specifying the color was disappointing. I won't be returning.

Touch salon has been my go to place since 3 years. Their threading work on eyebrows is very clean and they pay a lot of attention to details of shaping it perfectly. Both Manju and Ganga are great and very friendly! Also recommend them for hair color, they ensure every strand is colored and take their time patiently to do it thoroughly.
