I’ve been going to Chanell since August, and my experiences are always amazing. She specializes in healthy natural hair. I had some perimeter breakage when we started and she’s gotten me back together. A true relaxing, spa like experience. Worth every penny.

I had an amazing experience at The Untangled Experience! I received the classic head spa treatment, a trim, and a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire experience was so relaxing from start to finish. The environment in her suite was calm and inviting, and the snacks were a thoughtful touch. She also made me feel completely comfortable with great conversation throughout. My hair looks and feels incredible—soft, shiny, and healthy. I highly recommend The Untangled Experience for anyone looking to treat themselves and their hair!

Not sure where to start...I had the most amazing experience here today. I got the superlux head spa treatment with blow dry and omggg it was so relaxing and perfect. It was worth every penny spent & every mile I drove to get there from north Georgia. I will be returning monthly for this service. 100/10!!

Amazing experience! If you're contemplating coming to this stylist... don't!! Book the service! The head spa was amazing and the service was A1! She's so personable and warm! I've been in Atlanta for almost 9 years and have yet to have an experience as such!

I’ve been looking for a head spa that specializes in black hair FOREVER! This was by far one of my favorite treatments I’ve ever received, and I will continue to come every month because it’s now necessary! She really takes her time and gives the most relaxing head massage shampoo hydrating treatment you could imagine. It’s crazy how no one in ATL is doing it like this. I definitely recommend. 4c friendly!!!!! And she’s so sweet and professional. 10/10 experience

Words cannot describe how happy I was with this luxurious service. The classic head spa was everything I needed today after a long week at work not to mention, she provides a classic blow dry, silk press, and trim if needed. If you’re in Atlanta, definitely recommend to try it out. 1000/10!!!

The head spa treatment is top notch. It is by far, the best service I have ever experienced. The atmosphere is set for a complete relaxing, unwinding, healing and rejuvenating experience. Every woman should experience this type of pampering at least once in life and incorporate this as a self care routine. The shampoo is the most important part of a hair service, but Ms Chanell takes this to new levels. I had to apologize for snoring. Thank you. Trust me and book!!

Such an amazing experience!! First of all, I was served hot chocolate on the coldest day of the year to start my service. Impeccable shampoo experience and hydration. My silk press lasted 2 weeks. I used her shampoo in between my service, which i loved. Needed a last minute appointment for a wedding, she gave me the sleekest ponytail. The Customer service is top tier and such an intimate and cozy space.
