I've seen Katherine twice now and already booked my third appointment! I suffer from really bad shoulder and neck pain and Katherine has really helped alleviate my discomfort. She is also really kind and personable. I was nervous to get my first message (ever), and she made me immediately feel comfortable. Pricing is very reasonable and her spa room is super relaxing! Katherine is a fantastic professional, on time and frequently checks in with you during your massage to make sure you are comfortable and getting the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend The Urban Spa Retreat!

Today I was able to have a massage and facial with Katherine. She made sure I felt welcome & it was such a warm experience. She was very knowledgeable about the massage as well as the products she was using during my facial. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated leaving. I highly recommend her services and will be back soon! The Urban Spa Retreat has become a monthly necessity for me. As soon as I’m able it will be a bi-weekly commitment and treat to myself. Katherine has blessed hands and a beautiful spirit. I can't say enough about Katherine! She is the consummate professional. She's prompt, courteous, and the massages are amazing. I have been a client for years. I currently live an hour away, and gladly travel the distance because she is the only one who can properly care for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. She also had me glowing for my wedding with facial lypossage.
