I had a consultation appointment yesterday and Jayla was awesome! She explained everything thoroughly and my face felt great after the appointment. I will be going back for a Deep Facial Cleanse in a couple weeks and I will be making an appointment for my daughter this week. I had an amazing beginner facial at the Vanity Lounge! My services were easy to book online and the descriptions were clear about what was included in each category. I enjoyed the reminders via email and text message prior to the appointment that provided information regarding the appointment location, parking and her contact in case there were issues with finding her suite (the instructions were very clear and I had no issues finding the suite). Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and provided with everything to get comfortable. The atmosphere helped me to relax. Jayla walked me through the process and was patient with my questions. The facial was so refreshing. She took her time and really catered to the needs of my skin type. At the end, she provided me with a thorough skin assessment where she reviewed recommendations to improve my skin care as well as instructions post-facial and expectations following. I really enjoyed the document I could take home to make sure I followed the recommended morning and night routine! I definitely plan to have her services in consistent rotation for my skin care maintenance routine and would recommend her services for anyone who may be considering! 10/10 would recommend!

I received the beginners facial today with needed add-ons!!Jayla's professionalism, consultation and conversation was top tier. She provided clear and precise details to locate her suite. A reminder email and text was sent prior to my appointment. I appreciate reminders. The establishment was clean and well sanitized. Jayla took her time while providing my initial consultation before she began my facial. She answered all my questions and design me a at home regiment to obtain the results I desire. I really look forward to continuing my skin care journey with Jayla! I highly recommend her services.

My husband and I decided to get facials as apart of our wedding anniversary. I looked online at many businesses and I chose this one because she had availability, and her Instagram looked professional. Upon arriving, I was nervous, I can be very picky, but I am so glad we came to Jayla. The atmosphere was relaxing, it was very very clean, it smelled very good. She was very kind and informative. My husband is not keen on skincare and he’s always looking to me for answers but I’m not an esthetician. After his facial he forgot everything she told him to do, he messaged her and she typed up a document for him of what products to use on his face. She did the same for me and I’m so excited to put this skincare into use. I’ve been to other to others in GBO, and they didn’t have this level of care. I definitely recommend Jayla and her business.

Today I had the Time Out treatment at The Vanity Lounge. Tammy delivered these blissful, quality treatments with professionalism with friendliness in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The back massage ironed out my shoulder knots, the facial made my face absolutely pop with vitality, and the manicure and pedicure made much more of a difference than I expected and gave me such a lift. I loved every minute, and can't wait to go back. Thank you Tammy!

I have very sensitive, acne prone skin. Tried many facial spas throughout the Greensboro area, however none of them seemed to help. I booked my first gentleman’s facial at the Vanity Lounge and was instantly impressed with Jaylas knowledge regarding my skin. From there, we were able to get me started on a series of chemical peels to help heal my skin. I’m really impressed with my results so far.

Jayla was absolutely AMAZING!! This was my first facial experience and she set the bar extremely high!! I will be visiting Jayla every month - this was just the self care I needed!
