I'm so happy to have this salon in Martinsburg. The atmosphere is perfection. The salon is decorated beautifully- Simple, elegant, and comfortable. Gemma was wonderful to work with. She was great at listening to what I wanted, and talking with me about how she was going to achieve it. I have definitely found my new favorite salon.

Love, love, love this salon! Decided to lighten my hair for the first time ever and the final result exceeded my expectations! My stylist was Hailey. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she was also super sweet! Will 100% be booking in the future!

Had a simple haircut appointment with Day, and it was a great experience. The length of the appointment didn’t take too long to finish and I really like the cut. Also Day had a really kind, chill personality which made the haircut a relaxing experience.

I have been seeing DAY since December and let me tell you 1) he speaks LIFE into you 2) he took me from dark to blonde without pulling gold tones like I normally do 3) he recommend the perfect BLEU products for me that I’ve been using for almost six months and have changed my hair! I can’t say enough good things. It’s not just a hair appointment it’s such an experience I look forward to. I also LOVE Savannah Grace boutique. Love love loooove this place. Everyone is so kind! I believe Danielle is the gal that did my hair, and let me just say...I am sooo picky when it comes to who touches my hair. I usually fly to Arizona or Michigan to go see my regular girls. But I can't travel right now so I thought I'd look around out here. BEST CHOICE EVERRRR!!! If I'm ever in this area again I'll definitely be back! Thank you ladies for making my day💜

Scheduled my daughter for an updo for her 8th grade formal. I booked online and knew I would be paying slightly over $100 for an appointment that was estimated to take an hour. Gemma took less than a half hour to do this updo that looks like my daughter did herself. For $100 I expected way more than this, it doesn’t look professionally done and looks like we did it at home. I could have booked a way cheaper salon, but wanted her hair to look really nice so I opted for a place charging a significant fee. Highly disappointed.

Caitlin slayed my hair. She nailed exactly what I wanted! She listened to my wants and needs and delivered! Her salon is modern and full of character. A beautiful mix of hair products and fashion. I wish I had a before photo, but take a look at this after hair photo!💫

Beautiful and welcoming space that I didn’t know was downtown. Attended an event tonight for teen girls who are adopted/in foster care. Everyone was extremely sweet and helped my daughter enjoy herself. I wish I got the woman’s name, but Natalie couldn’t stop raving about the stylist who did her hair, which is a huge compliment since she likes no one touching it.

Caitlin has been doing my hair for a little over a year now and I have only ever had good things to say about my appointments with her! After The Vault opened I KNEW I had to book an appointment to see her hard work in action! The Vault has such a warm, welcoming environment filled to the brim with people who make it evident that they love what they do. Their passion and care for clients is unmatched. I absolutely adore this salon and it’s stylists!!!!

Kasadie is amazing! Finding a new hair stylist can be nerve wracking, but Kasadie made it a breeze! She listened to what I wanted, made a plan with me, and then gave me the perfect hair! Definitely found my new favorite hair stylist!

Recently had my hair colored and cut by Kasadie. And she killed it! I love my new hair so much. She was great to talk to, made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere of the salon is chill and welcoming. I’ll definitely be recommending the salon and Kasadie to all of my friends!

The salon is a beautiful and clean environment, I see Caitlin for highlighting religiously every 2 months and she never disappoints. If you’re a blonde and need someone to help you maintain it, Caitlin is your girl. The other stylist Danielle also does really amazing work with color and extensions. The salon also has a boutique attached inside so you can your product, new hair, and new clothes all in one place. Love The Vault and everyone inside, I can’t recommend them enough!

Wonderful experience, wonderful salon! I can't appreciate enough the environment and comfortability I felt while there! Danielle was absolutely amazing g and so sweet! I will definitely continue to go back, and the fact that all the stylist there were all very welcoming, sweet and friendly dly was so helpful! Also having to bring my 4 year old son with me, they were also very welcoming of him! Very easy going, not stressful. All around the best experience I've ever had! Thank you all so much, and Danielle thank you even more for making my hair beautiful and healthy again!!!
