Even though, it had been a while since my last wax, I was treated with care. Whether it was the stress balls or the fan, she was super accommodating. The Vajacial was super relaxing and overall this was one of the best experiences I've had and with the best results! I will be a repeat customer!

If you book with Ms.Vee you’re in for a treat. Not only is her establishment clean, organized, and welcoming but her services are top tier. Explained in depth about each step of my chemical peel and kept in touch to see if everything was ok. She has beautiful customer service skills, she truly makes you feel at home. A great an experience as waxing can be. The esthetician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She displayed covid procedure protocol, and ensured her safety and that of her customers. I will return to this location again. Update- second visit, and still really impressed!

Best Brazilian I’ve had in years. There’s enough conversation to make an awkward procedure not awkward but doesn’t cross the line of being too chatty or forced. I also had my first vagicial which I was unsure what to expect but it wasn’t too intrusive at all. Lastly, I had an overdue bacial. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I’ll be back next month.

First time. Good music, little privacy, horrible bedside manners. Valencia turned a small space, with two full length windows, into a waxing studio. When asked to closed the drapes she said “you can’t see in…those are privacy screens” but I clearly saw her preparing the table when I walked in for my appointment. She didn’t want to close the drapes as if she had someone watching that couldn’t see with the drapes closed. Of course she closed them, but not to my satisfaction so I close them, completely, myself. When she waxed me, it felt like she was peeling glue from my underarm. She couldn’t grab the hard wax properly, so I decided to change the services I originally scheduled. I felt like I was being waxed by an amateur. She had a really good play list that produced a chill vibe but ruined it when she joked about how much hair I had on my body (as if I wasn’t in a waxing studio). Nice lady but I won’t return.

I got a brazillian at vee spot after not being waxed for about a year and she was so quick and efficient! She’s very detailed and you can tell she has a passion for skincare. Her space is very cute and I love the details of the stressball, offering her arm to squeeze, the exfoliating glove, natural products and not feeling rushed. Definitely coming back.

OMG!!!!! Ms Vee is amazing! She was the first person I went to for a wax (just moved to Charlotte) and I knew I had a new wax lady half way through my appointment! That vajacial was EVERYTHING and I didn’t die on the table! Lol Thank you Ms Vee and see you again soon!!!

I must say, IVE NEVER EVER had a Brazillian wax b4 and I wz VERY nervous about getting it done, but IM here to tell you , she made me feel so comfortable and relaxing. Yes , I said relaxing.. The experiences I've heard from others as well as what I've seen on t.v WAS NOTHING like it.. yes the peeling of the wax caught me off guard but she made it a great experience and I've already scheduled my 2nd waxing. She applied a warm compress to my "who-ha" afterwards as well as a soothing oil. I can't thank you enough for ur PROFESSIONALISM, great quality, CLEANLINESS, ect, ect as I would not have expected anything less. THANK U FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I've told soooo many people to make an appt soon...

Love the products the body balms are great. The candles. Relax in the tub with the candles burning and your favorite balm make you want to stay all day. Waiting on the foot scrub. Can’t wait to try that. Love to keep feet soft and moist. All of the products that I’ve use are great. Try it your will love them. Love that the oils are good for the skin keep it soft and looking great
